I have serviced my vehicle at many different places. Until I came to the quick lane at Tasca. From the mechanics to the Gentleman Adam at the service desk the service was impeccable. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will only service my vehicles there from now on !!
One of the best and most professional car service shop in RI. The guys at the front desk were honest from the beginning and actually saved me money by recommending a different service. Communicated well and service was done pretty quick.
Been here a couple of times. Always nice and professional. In and out for a oil change and inspection.
Everything at Tasca is state of the art, classy and great! I cant believe I shopped, frequented and got my trucks service and maintenance done any where else was just silly of me. Everything about this place including the Quick Lane is great. They try their hardest to get you out as soon as possible and they are so courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else for my cars/trucks needs. Tasca and Quick Lane provide it all. Thank you all. Even the top officials in the business like the owner and sons will stop and talk with you. I love feeling like an important person to a business and thats how I feel there. Great job Tasca and Quick Lane. Ill see you soon. You keep my babies (vehicles) extra nice and for that I thank you !
Booked an appointment online for an oil change on a saturday the website gave me several time slots to choose from. (130, 2pm, 330, and 4) booked for 2 showed up at 145. They said they were closed and only do oil changes on weekdays. Then was told our website has been wrong for a couple years now, you probably shouldve called first!! (What an embarrasment for a dealership this large to not have this resolved) On top of that, when i rescheduled for a weeknight and asked how long it would take they said well have you in an out in no time 90 minutes later i found myself asking why do they call this QUICK Lane. Nothing quick about it!
CUPDATE: Tasca went above and beyond to fix my concern and help me understand what went wrong. It was ultimately a miscommunication, and partially my fault. I took the experience personally and Im sorry for that. Ive updated my review to reflect this change. Thanks for doing the right thing, Tasca Ford.I am very disappointed in the service I recently received in the Quick Lane. I went in for an oil change and left with a bill of over $1700. There were services rendered that I did not request.
Quick and thorough.
I drive over an hour away for service on Our vehicles. This place does a great job all the time. This is the only place that knows there stuff when it comes to Fords. Thank you Tasca for all of your good services.
Great, friendly service. Always quick. Reasonably priced.
Not a great experience here. I made an appointment online a few days in advance and dropped off my car Friday at 7:00 a.m. for a 7:30 a.m. appointment for service to check out some minor stuff (check a/c, tire rebalance). This was my first ever visit to Tasca for a used Ford I just purchased. Around 3:00 p.m. that day, service called saying they were just too busy to get to my car, even though I had an appointment in advance, and they were open until midnight. To be fair, I was offered a loaner, but this is still unacceptable considering I had an appointment, was there when they opened, and needed my car for the weekend. When I arrived at 5:00 p.m. to pick up my unfixed car, the man at the service desk said he couldnt find my keys. After 10 minutes and three attempts, still no dice. Then after another few minutes, a woman came to the desk and also began to search for my keys. She apologized, saying he was new and found my keys organized under--wait for it--my last name, of all things. I, rather exuberantly in hindsight, expressed my displeasure with their departments unprofessional service. The woman wrote a note for the manager, Dave, to call me about my experience. Given how the day went, I really didnt expect Dave to call. Dave did not call. But wait, theres more. After I got my keys, they had no idea where they moved my car, so I had to walk around chirping the alarm with the keys until I found it.All in all, not a great experience, to say the least. I dont think Ill be back for service or sales. Shame, really.
I had a great experience at Tasca Quick Lane! Stopped in without an appointment and was out within the hour. Everyone said Merry Christmas and it was overall an enjoyable visit and they did a great job. That being said, if you want people who just got out of high school and push you out FAST without even tightening your oil filter, then go to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube and pay twice as much for the speed ....who cares if they dont put the right weight oil or check for leaks...this old guy will be at Tasca
Should be called “Slow Lane” I’m always waiting around for 3 hours for an oil change.I’m here now and I’ve been waiting 2 hours and my car hasn’t moved from where I parked it when I got here.
Dana from Ford was so helpful, hes the man you want to see if you need to be here.
Andy there is always prompt, professional, and helpful.
Takes way too long to get an oil change. Always 2.5+ hours. They are too busy going through every inch of the car trying to upsell you repairs.
