I agree with many here who praise the variety of selections and the quality of the finished product. However, so much of this type of business is working with the customer, and that is where they fall short. Once we chose what we wanted and got a quote it was IMPOSSIBLE to get someone from the company to call us back when it came time to try to schedule a template. After a week of trying by phone, leaving voice messages AND messages with the receptionist, I finally drove there (an hour for us!) to talk to someone in person. They apologized left and right to my face, but did nothing to back up the apology. Because of their inability to call us back our project ended up being done 3 weeks late. All the men who showed up at the house to do template and install were very nice and did a great job. If I could leave two different reviews I would, but overall, our experience left a lot to be desired. I will not use them again.

We were working with Michelly and she was not committed to helping us. After 1 visit (we never heard back about the second appointment and we showed up anyway because I hadn’t heard anything in days and we needed to return samples and we needed to order) we knew they didn’t want to really sell us a countertop. I’m surprised she never reached out. We spent our $15,000 elsewhere and are using the new company for 2 other rooms in our house, our business office and in our rental property. I was disappointed because they were highly recommended from our cabinet company.

We used ECC a couple of times(granite countertops). They have a great selection, very fair prices, extremely efficient and friendly installers. I will continue to use ECC for all my stone needs and would confidently recommend them to anyone.

I went to East Coast after a disastrous experience with another countertop stone company. I had been treated poorly and given such poor quality material and customer service that I was pretty apprehensive about dealing with another company. At East Coast I was lucky to meet Alicea, who very helpful. She was knowledgeable, patient and sincere. Everyone I had the opportunity to work with at East Coast was impressive. There was a huge selection. The countertops were of quality Granite, perfect designed, cut and installation. A special thanks to Amos and Fabio who installed the countertops. Their work was flawless. I cannot speak any better of East Coast and I recommend it to everyone.

The folks at East Coast Countertops are the best. I did a kitchen remodel from August 2018- November 2018. Im a very particular person and I visited 2 other companies before deciding on East Coast Countertops. The employees there are exceptionally helpful. Soomin helped us and took her time with specifics and was very knowlegable. Everyone we spoke with from the girl at the front desk to the workers who cut the granite were very courteous, pleasant and helpful. They have an awesome selection of granite slabs. We picked out Typhoon Bordeaux granite for our kitchen counters. It looks amazing! The installers were punctual and professional The counters fit like a glove. I would highly recommend this company and wouldnt think twice about using them again. Thanks East Coast!

Shopped around at a handful of places before we came here for our kitchen remodel, and after leaving it was a pretty easy decision to go with E.C.C. for my partner and I.the first thing that stuck out compared to other places we looked is you get to see the entire slab which gives a much better representation of the color and character than the small sample pieces other places would show us.the second this is the pricing (including sink and install) was roughly $500 (15%) less expensive than other quotes for the same type of quartzThe third thing is the guys that came to install were great! i attempted to install the cabinets myself, and they found a few leveling mistakes that i had made, and they spent the extra time and effort to fix them. i talked with them for a bit and they were direct employees of ECC (not sub-contractors), they did a fantastic job with the install (can barely see the seem if you look for it) and they spoke highly of there employer which is nice to here.overall great experience and id go back for future needs

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL!!!I ordered three different things from Eastcoast Countertop. The company handled the first two orders well; they were both done ahead of schedule, but the third and largest order was a DISASTER, eventually delivered and installed over a MONTH LATE.I wont go into all of the details because its not their mistake that is unforgivable; its the way they chose to respond to their error once I brought it to their attention; that is why I would never use them again. Even when I provided management with a detailed written recap of the situation, all of which was supported by emails between myself and the salesperson, Liza Bibeault, they did nothing to correct their oversight. NOT EVEN OFFERING AN APOLOGY.I would NEVER USE THEM again and would warn anyone who does use them to BEWARE . . . they do not value their customers. In the end, it became clear. They are very busy and have more customers than they can handle, so they lose a few along the way, no big deal. I hope you arent one of those hung out to dry.

This was a great experience from beginning to end! When I first called in and Alicea answered, she was knowledgeable and patient. She took care of us from the beginning measurements to picking out the countertop and sink. The installation team just left and they were timely, neat, and professional. I will recommend this company to anyone for home improvement.

Amazing selection of stone, & its all indoors for convenience! Their staff is highly informed, & very personable! I have been to several granite places, & even occasionally do my own polishing, but having experienced doing business with East Coast a number of times now, I dont bother going anywhere else. Not only do they (always seem to) have the best deal, but the experience is always a pleasant one!

They did our kitchen countertops about 3 years ago, and we were very pleased with that work. So there was no hesitation to go back for a small vanity

We are still finishing our kitchen remodel but I wanted to post a quick review. We were extremely satisfied with everything regarding our coutnertop - from the selection process all the way to installation day - everyone we were in contact with was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will follow-up with some photos once everything is finished.

Alicea was super helpful and pleasant. Huge selection. Found 3 possibles for my countertop. Going back to firm it up tomorrow. Cant wait!

Employees are not pleasant when they come to your house, its a chore to them and if you ask a question they are annoyed. I would not recommend just from that alone, it made me very uncomfortable in my own home.
