When we first ordered our granite everything was great,we were told that day that they would do the template on January 2 and would install the granite on January 8. We rushed to get everything ready,on the 2 the tech showed up to do the template and he was fantastic,,he was very helpful and knowledgeable.we were very excited about everything. On the 8 I took the day off to be there,they called around 930 am and told me they had an opening on the 9. When I talked to Adrian she told me they had me scheduled for Friday,,when I told her she had told us it would be on the 8 she said I was mistaken and there was nothing she could do. We are redoing the whole house and still have 2 bathrooms to do but I will it be going back to them,very dissatisfied with the service

Luxus did a really good job. At first we had some issues with my cabinets but the group of installers were able to help me solve the issue I was having and also make the most professional work I ever seen. Keep up the excellent job Luxus.

This is the first time we worked with Luxus Marble and Granite. From the moment we met Nikki in the office until the final install by William and Mario we couldnt have been more satisfied. Nikki is a wealth of knowledge who was able to guide us to the perfect slab at the beginning of the job while William and Mario were very professional during the installation.

I shopped numerous stores looking for the perfect choice for my kitchen counter tops and I chose Luxus. Nikki was by far the best salesperson... she took her time with me walked with me through all the slabs of interest and quoted me prices for all. I left and wanted to go back the next day to think about my choices. I returned and Nikki was AMAZING from start to finish. Upon installation the initial slab had a crack. John, Manager came out to view the crack and John assured me they would have an answer the next day.. they did and a new countertop was put in! It’s beautiful! The customer service I received was outstanding. Nikki and John were both professional and pleasant to do business with!

Wow!!!! What a great experience at Luxus. The people are great, selection outstanding, service par excellence and pricing competitive! The two women up front, Lori and Adrian, are wonderful. They are super pleasant, very helpful and knowledgeable. I honestly dont think that Adrian has ever had a bad day as she is always upbeat and positive. Jeff the template guy is knowledgeable and efficient. Knows his business, gets in there and does his thing. I was amazed at the high tech..I honestly thought these guys came in and take physical measurements so very impressed with the laser technology apparatus. The installers, Leo and William, were also terrific. They showed up on time and knew what they were doing. They problem solved on site which is great as things dont always go as planned. Just a great overall experience. Luxus did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. What more can you expect as a consumer. They were also very flexible with scheduling times as I had to cancel one appointment and requested a time slot for the installation which they honored. Great job Luxus ...you do Rhode Island proud!!!

I worked with Luxus for my kitchen counters and they were a dream! They used a laser templating system to get the counter to fit snuggly up against the wall leaving me with a perfect fit. The installers were on time professional and knew what they were doing...10/10 would recommend to a friend

I had my counter tops done at Luxus Marble & Granite and got nothing but the best. The office crew is knowledgeable in every aspect. The stone was stored in an open warehouse that was well lit and this was wonderful for it was raining the day I went into select.Chaen the template was great with many ideas.The install crew did a great job I cant even see any seam, but there is one!I recommend this place 100% :)

I spent 4000 on the last countertop and I wanted to replace my bathroom vanity countertop . I spoke to jon who said he would help me but would not return my phone messages .plus the woman in the office never called me back like she said she would . Horrible communication. Ill be taking my business else where

Salesperson continually bypassed us as the contractor and would call client. Raised price significantly after deposit from quoted price, never let us know until final bill. Told us we were not their client even though they were billing us. I will never do any business with them again, and would discourage any contractors from sending their clients to them.

Exceptional customer service from great selection to in-house measurement to installation! This place does not disappoint!

The company did not give me what they stated they would. 1.) We had to pick a different slab the night before the install and it was 2 weeks after it was paid for already. Instead of offering a similar slab they seemed to want me to change to a different color, probably something they had in stock rather than what we wanted. It took over 8 hours and multiple calls for them to get back to me for a selection for the new slab. I would want to think I was a priority since there was an issue but I did not feel that way after 8 hours. 2) the template was done and the installer told me how the granite was going to be cut and then drew me a picture to show how the grain would flow. The granite was installed in the opposite direction and was contrary to what he stated would be the best way for the granite to flow. I guess they dont document very well what they said they were going to do when the template is created, Make sure you get everything documented so you can have retribution. 3) Upon notifying the company of my issues. it took over a week for them to respond to say sorry.. Not very good customer service.

I went back to Luxus to get granite for my bathroom vanity after 4 years because they have wide variety of stones and provide excellent customer service. The staffs are very friendly and patient to listen to all our needs. Every was installed well and on time. Strongly recommend them for your future needs.

We are so in love with our new granite countertops in our kitchen! Adriane, the templater and installers were all very pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable and we are very happy with our decision to purchase our granite through Luxus. My only recommendation would be to offer hours outside of the standard 9-5 and to have more than one associate on Saturday mornings (or make Saturday mornings appointment only). Our first visit to Luxus was very rushed and we shared our time with about 3 other families.

Quite the experiance, we shopped around and found Luxus the best by far. Adrienne was a huge help and we got two beautiful remnants for the baths, and full slabs for the kitchen and island. The time she took with us was extrodinary. The installation is perfect due to the accuracy of the professionals using the laser and the masons in the cut room. The tour of the water jets and finishing processes was top shelf. The service was as fine as their best marble.

We got a blue pearl granite countertop and it is stunning. The template was done with a computerized system and the person doing that was very knowledgable and considerate. The two men installing the countertop were polite, pleasant, and did an incredible job. They paid careful attention to detail and took the extra time to do a perfect job.
