One of the best supermarkets in Rhode Island they have a bit of everything the produce is second to none. The steaks are also fantastic and reasonable priced. There seafood is some of the best in town. Summertime is here so I make all my beach trips stopping by and stocking up on cold cuts, and fixes for sandwiches and goodies for the beach

Went from five stars to two stars, heading down to one star. RUNS OUT OF ADVERTISED PRODUCTS. NOT ENOUGH CASHIERS ON DUTY, WHEN THE MOST PEOPLE GET OUT OF WORK. Thats why people are going to stop and shop, or Walmart, down the street. IF YOU WANT TO GO TO A GREAT SHAWS, THEN GO TO SHAWS IN HUDSON MASS.PROBABLY THE BEST STORE IN THE COMPANY... THEY HAVE EVERYTHING, INCLUDING CASHIERS, TO CHECK OUT ..

Better to go there than get delivery. With delivery the quality of the produce is lower. Make sure to check the expiration dates on delivered items. I feel as if they deliver the stuff they want to get rid of. They still dont take coupons with delivery either.

Pretty clean market. Seems like they have an issue with keeping the fresh meat stocked tho. Theres veen many times ive gone for something as simple as a whole chicken, and the shelves are almost bare.

Went to 5 stores no lobster salad sandwitches.guy told me to come back next week. Still no lobster sandwitch. Another store said they have not had any in 3 months.

Very upset once again with this store! Not one person in the store could write happy birthday on a cake. I will now start going to Shaws in the mornings from here on out. I have consistently spent a lot of money on cakes and pastries and never had a problem even though sometimes it is VERY sloppy! At least it got done. Now I am done with this store!

This stop & shop its super clean the clerks are very attentive even tho when I went to pay it took a Lil longer then what I should of waited not to many register clerks be ready to use the self scanning registers.

Their stock seemed easy to find items. Their staff are willing to help you

Usually a nice place to shop.

The staff at here so far are particularly friendly and helpful, from the deli/seafood to the checkout. I used to go to competition in Garden City and although professional, friendliness and feeling welcomed there was spotty at best. Selection good, prices fairly good too.

Organized shelves. Deli customer service was polite & friendly. Bakery rolls were soft & fresh. Citizens Bank inside the store. Store guest Wifi.

Fresh, good sales, plenty of parking, shop & shop gas station on premise.

Was not thrilled with this location at all. They have such a limited stock that I could find nothing I was looking for. And the deli staff was horrible. They were so busy talking amongst themselves that they totally ignored customers. I will never go to this location again.

Its ok bread always got a day or two on it who eats loaf that fast

My husband and I noticed the meat department has pre packaged steaks . We have tried the t bone and strip steaks . The new packaged steaks are fatty veiny and not good at all. We have decided to get our meats elsewhere. Everyone see Shaws lately ?Very nice inside and they cut their own meats and they have lots of sales . I will not be going back to Stop and Shop until the butchers come back. I also advise everyone else to skip over these prepackaged expensive garbage cuts of beef .

Only one thing left of neon food coloring and some selfish person stole the coloring and left the box this is extremely rude at least take the box away so ppl dont think they can get it. I love stop and shop its my go to market

Place is pretty empty because of the storm. Produce is not stocked but the rest of the store is good.

Wide variety of quality food. Employees are very helpful. I just wish they had Black Bread.such as Kasinoff brand.

Workers are nice and the place is always clean and organized.

Produce is empty, damaged, or rotten. Sale items scan at regular price every visit, and employees have sometimes been argumentative about it, saying 2/$6 means you have to buy 2 even if it doesnt say so, which is clearly false. This particular location is even worse than others.

This is our go-to S&S. Unfortunately on today’s visit at about 430 pm on a Monday afternoon when foot traffic was heavier than usual, store management was visibly absent that made for a pretty poor job enforcing physical distancing. No wipes available to wipe down carts. No one was paying any attention to the floor arrows designed to restrict the flow of traffic. It was a bit chaotic and people were definitely imposing on other peoples’ space. You can do better.

A suggestion. Please make available the item /aisle cards that you have at the beginning of each aisle available on line (and update as necessary). Im over 60 and very familiar with the store layout, but my daughter is now doing the shopping and takes a long time locating the items on the list. To minimize the time that shes in the store, and her frustration, Id like to make a shopping list also giving the location of the items.

Worst customer service ever! The women behind the deli counter were very rude and nasty to me.

Courteous staff, well stocked shelves. Completive prices. Bathrooms were not very clean.The staff here were very helpful and accommodating. The location is actually convenient being in Warwick, but also extremely close to both Cranston and Providence. Food items were fresh.

Too expensive. Variety has been decreasing for years. Not enough store brand items. Closest store to me is too small so I have to drive elsewhere to get stuff they dont carry but should. Free gas program only works for big families - how about the rest of us?

This stop and shop falls short of the others in the area.edit: Thank you for the response. we will continue to shop here, but it would be great to see an improvement in the staffing especially in the front end and bakery Departments.

Citizens Bank was very helpful there.

Its a lot better then the one on Garfield in Cranston. This will be my new stop and shop. Garfield stop and shop needs front end people that pay attention to details, off there cells, stop huddling in a corner and talking to one another, fill the baggage area with of course bags, wipe down the registers area and keep the shelves stocked.

The store is very organized and clean. I always find what I need. I love that there are selfie checkout registers. The bathrooms are well maintained.

We shop here every week. No complaints. We also like to make fun of Marty the robot. 😂

Not good at all. 5 soft serve all packed 3 4 5 customers per line people that work there was standing around nobody helped to bag nobody seemed to care they claim thats not their job and only two regular registers what open it took me for two items over 25 minutes to cash out. I have never seen a store with so many people that work there standing around doing nothing and watching customers paying people that pay their salary struggle to hurry up so the next person in line for cash out. Over 10 registers in only two were open and they were mobbed packed that would not self-service I will never go there again from now on Ill go to the one in Meadowbrook they just as lazy but at least wall registers are open better yet I might just go to Shaws.

Its Stop & Shop, so they are all pretty much the same. This was a quick trip in for something on the go. It worked out great as I had a clothing donation and book donation to make at the drop off bins.

Some of us elderly went Wednesday not realizing the early opening was Thursday dispite the info one the internet and posted on your door. When told we had the wrong day some people acted very rude to the stop and shop staff...yet your staff remained professional. I apologize that some people were rude especially when you are trying to help..I guess we get old and cranky.I will be back tomorrow on the correct day I hope we can be kinder

Found everything with no problem. Very nice produce fresh and sales galore. Yum.

Fast pick up

Very nice and clean. Highly recommend this store for customers to go shop for groceries. They also sell Ripta tickets and have other services inside the store as well. Very convenient that I find. Awesomeness.

Everything its ok but you dont fine enough cashiers open and it seems that they want you to force you to serve yourself. Sometimes its confusing w/ prices specially if you dont Stop & Shop card. The personal service its ok but the automation service Its not a good experience.

Its a clean store and the cashiers are nice. The produce however is less than desirable. Half the time the produce is on its way out and/or its really tiny and the prices are insanely high for what youre getting. Ive left a couple of times and driven clear across Warwick to go to PriceRite on Bald Hill for my produce. The frozen food is priced too high also.

A little small and a little more expensive than Shaws across the street, but well worth it. Never a bad experience with an employee or the the cleanliness. Highly recommend for the area.

Its good. Just as of layely though....They have always been out of something. Never restocked accordingly. And I always end up with something expired from this one. Weird. Need new managers to whip departments into shape. Just grabbed a drink mixer that expired in Feb of 2015. Imagine that

This is another great Stopnshop! Items displayed clearly, clean surroundings and lots to offer from produce, the bakery section, seafood, meat department and a sweet little flower shop. The employees aim to please and they do!

I dont walk the aisles very much, but when Im not well I order from pea pod.Update: 10/23... I ran in looking for a carrot cake and I found more than I expected.. This carrot cake is great!

Ive been shopping here for a few years now, always friendly staff, and customer service. Today I needed a copy of a receipt for work, the customer service associate was very friendly, and a manager assisted me quickly and retrieved what I needed. As a manager myself, I really appreciated the quick and friendly customer service I received, bc I know my type of a request is a real pain to get lol.

Great store to shop at, nice and clean and great selection of foods

This Stores accessible sucks. You have major problems getting through the door. When you enter the store and turn to the right, youre fighting traffic leaving the registers. Turn left and your fighting parked traffic at the deli. You cant even get in the store. The set up sucks, especially on weekends. Its horrible.

Store itself is fine...however, checkout- non existent! It doesnt matter what time of the day it is - morning, afternoon, early evening, late night - I swear Ive never seen more than 3 registers opened with cashiers (usually its 1, rarely 2 and I was shocked when once I saw 3). When I go shopping- I go shopping- carriage overflowing. It is soooo annoying having to check myself out! And every few minutes the register beeps that the bagging area is too full. Then I have to stop, grab my purse (so the person behind me isnt tempted), go bag the groceries then go back to the register to ring more stuff out. I was always a Shaws person, but started going to Stop and Shop because their produce is better. I went today and was so upset when I got to checkout- aggravated at myself for not remembering that I hate this store because I always have to ring myself out. Today put me over the edge. I have 2 little ones and ringing out an overflowing carriage with them marks the last time I will go to this Stop and Shop.

They provide a vast variety a good food at good prices.

Please teach ur baggers to bag raw meat separately. As well as to correctly bag all other merchandise we have now paid for. Wont come back. Poor service from cashier while on her cell phone. Good bye stop n shop.
