Went to Big Lots to purchase an office chair, old one retired on us(broke). This store has necessities, personal, household and just for the fun of having them and unique items that you just have to have. Store was clean and even manager was walking around greeting customers. Very nice and had friendly atmosphere.

Big Lots in Crest Hill needs an over haul in customer service/employees. They give attitude so if you can’t handle customers asking questions then quit your job!!!

A clean and orderly store with helpful employees around the place who know where the items I came for are located. They have good prices in this store and the cashiers are very fast at checkout. I bought the worlds cutest Christmas decoration here in 2019

It has been a while since I last went there and there has been some rearranging. I did not find envelopes, but found a couple of other things that made the trip worth my time.

Walmart didnt carry this in our area, Big Lots always comes to the rescue. Different color then I orginally wanted but still beautiful. And the staff is ALWAYS NICE. REMEMBER THEY ARE WORKING DURING A PANDEMIC, BE NICE AND THANK THEM FOR BEING OUT THERE FOR ALL OF US. XOXO

I attempted to complete a pick up order, after 3 attempts and 2 different credit cards errors I had to call corporate to complete my pick up. So I received a email my order was ready, as I picked up my order I only got 4 out of 9 items ordered. So I then went into the store found similar items, as I was in check out i asked about my 20% off and she stated that I couldnt use it because, it was used on my short changed pick up items. I stated how does that sound right when your website stated you had these items at your location. She then called a manager and she stated, the website isnt correct ever ! Because I used my coupon for pick up then thats it. I asked why does it become my problem that your website isnt correct? Wouldnt that be your inaccurate information be your fault ? Needless to say she was talking in circles that made no sense at all. She refused to honor my coupon !!! Horrible customer service and the customer surely doesnt come first at this location!!!

Good sales but they refused to sell me a set of dog pajamas that they had on the rack as they said they had a vulgar remark on them! Had to call corporate to have them sell them.to me!

Love this store!!! Always neat and organized. All the workers are friendly and helpful! I wish the owners would consider updating their parking lot. I had difficulty parking. They might want to consider updating your bathrooms so your hard working employees have a decent place to wash their hands.

I bought curtains for my house. I needed 4 pair for my windows. I bought them on clearance and only paid 50.00 . I signed up for their rewards card and got $5 00 to spend on my next trip. Great Deal! The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Ive only been to Big Lots twice. Both times were nice, I got what we came for. The checkout line was getting a little long but they quickly opened another lane. Nice!

We went there to buy random stuff for the house. Everything was neatly organized and there was nothing on the floors that would make the store look cluttered. The prices were decent and the customer service was good. Im sure we will come back again for our household needs in the future. Just your typical Big Lots.

Descent selection of items. Just wish the patio furniture wasnt so expensive!!! Some items though however are more expensive there than at other stores on sale!!! Store is to small and way to crowded with merchandise!!! They seriously need to move to a bigger location!!! Hard to make it down many of the isles there!!! Especially if your in a wheelchair!!! Many isles have a pole right in the middle of them!!! Poor layout!!!

I had a horrible experience. I had a cart full of items, went to check out and the register would not take my check. It was the only form of payment I had. I had written checks here before with no problem. I had to leave without my items. I then went to the location in Lockport loaded even more items into my cart and checked out with no problem on the very same night. Yes, I wrote a check. Im glad I had another check on my person since this location did not give my check back to me and had actually torn it up and trashed it. I do not think I will visit the Joliet location anymore.

Its just okay. Kind of dumpy place I visit for bargains about twice a year. Each time I go in I remember why I dont shop there more frequently. Its like a dollar store, but the items are priced higher than $1. The parking lot is dangerous and not marked well. The cashiers are slow and were arguing with each other on my last visit. The aisles are uncomfortably tight. The entrance doors are always dirty as well as the bathrooms.

I love my mattress! Second time I have purchased from Big lots. The first time lasted over 15 years!

We went in today we were standing in line so long that my husband asked the cashier in the next aisle if she was open he asked her 3 times before she responded and then she responded in a very smart alec fashion he chose to remain in the line that we were waiting for so long.. They were having Problems with that first register it seemed to erase things that the cashier entered so instead of opening up a third register they chose to remain with the two registers with the lines getting longer now after 10 minutes we decided to leave my husband was so angry at the manager slash cashier and the second aisle for her smart aleck response to him when he asked her politely if she was open that we just gave up and left the cart full of items.
