Crestview - On initial delivery, somehow the incorrect size was sent. Mistake was caught by the driver.. King base versus Queen base. I refused to accept incorrect size. Not a problem, I called Brendon at our Crestview store, and relayed the problem . Then went down to the store and Brendon, together he showed me samples of the King size mattresss in the store. We found one we liked and Brendon checked its availability.. The next day I checked in with him, at the Destin store and he had worked the problem.. Not only did he get the one we wanted, but found a refund, due to make, and told me they would deliver the King size the next day in the morning. Now from late afternoon the first day to delivery in the morning of the third day... That is action and professionalism reflected the folks at Mattress Firm. From office to warehouse to home (a second delivery) in less than 48 hours (evening to morning). What else can I say. Oh, happy wife, happy life

I really needed a decent bed. I went to about 8 places and really did my research. I called here before I went in and spoke with Rebecca, she was very helpful. When I went into the store a couple hours later she had already had a few models suggested to try out. She was polite professional and got me a great deal. Buying a mattress during COVID is no easy feet. Jeremy Brown was very respectful of the COVID restrictions. He wore a mask the entire time and kept 6 feet away while being patient and answered all my questions. He was willing to make an appointment for me before store hours. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all my needs. Jeremy helped me find the mattress that was right for me. He did not pressure me or try to sell me a more expensive product. He allowed me to use a towel to lay on the mattresses for protection and even made a safe plan for delivery and pick up of my old mattress that would limit contact. He knew where all the products were manufactured and shipped from explaining the entire process from beginning to end. I would definitely shop at Mattress Firm again.

In store experience was fantastic, quick and easy. When our bed was delivered it had stains on it, they replaced it right away. We also had a little bit of trouble with another thing we purchased from them. I brought it to there attention and they were very apologetic about it. A little later I got a phone call from them, they refunded me for part of the purchase. I never asked for a refund so that was a very pleasant surprise. Lots of places now get very hostile when you bring problems to there attention, the people here were always kind and easy to talk to.

Don’t let them fool you, it’s not the “120 days to try a mattress and if you don’t like it return it to get another one” it’s actually 120 days to try a mattress and if you don’t like it you can try another but pay $500 for cleaning fees. Unbelievable that it cost $500 to clean a month old mattress with nothing on it.

Mattress Firm was a life saver! I’m a military spouse who moved to Crestview with basically nothing (long story). I was sleeping on an air mattress on the floor and couldn’t find anybody that had mattress inventory due to the pandemic. My husband and I just purchased a new mattress from Mattress Firm in Crestview, Fl. We were greeted promptly by Rebecca Clemmons, who was very friendly and helpful. She showed us the different types of mattress firmness models and made sure that we actually felt comfortable in what we was purchasing instead of just selling us any kind of mattress. Rebecca really made us feel appreciated and my husband and I really appreciated her help on purchasing the perfect mattress for us.

I went on Labor Day for research, unsure about how to find the right mattress for my 14 yo. I arrived around 4pm. Guy pulled out few mattress for my son to try. Offered us $100 off but said it wasnt a guarantee since he needed it to be approved by his manager. I told him that I was only there to do research and wasnt interested in buying THAT day but that I would come back since it sounded like a good deal, that he was trying. I asked for a business card. He said no because hes been in the business too long to know that I wasnt gonna come back and refused to give me a business card. From that moment right there, he ABSOLUTELY lost my business for that kind of attitude. I prefer to give my business to someone that will happily give me a business card whether I actually do come back or not. Its called professional courtesy. So I definitely bought a mattress from another local business. I would not recommend others to walk through Mattress Firms door with the risk of being treated the same way I was.

I purchased a Purple 2 mattress back in February, I was at a toss up between ordering the purple 2 and the purple 3. The lady that helped me insured me that if my husband and I wasn’t satisfied with the 2 I had 120 days to exchange it and she would order us the 3. We decided to exchange for the purple 3 so I contacted my local store to get it done but due to the covid 19 my local store was closed and my call got routed out to another store 40 mins away. The lady at this location told me I would need to contact the other lady that originally placed my order, she told me what store she “should” be located at so I called that store and a guy answers and tells me that there’s no one there with that name and he’s worked for the company for x amount of years and has never heard of her. So I explained to him why I was calling and he immediately cut me off and said they don’t have “access” to the purple 3 and 4. And started trying to sell me on other beds. I explained to him I wasn’t interested my husband and I have a hard time agreeing on a bed and we love everything the purple has to offer we just was it a little more soft hence us wanting the 3. He was no help at all basically made me feel like I am either stuck with this bed or I would have to settle for something else. I got off the phone with him and called the other lady back and she told me to come into her location she will get it done (why we wouldn’t have just done that to begin with is beyond me) so my husband and I drive all the way out there and sit there for over an hour to find out she isn’t able to order the new mattress and tells me it’s because their market is too small and they don’t have access to it and that I should call around to their bigger markets (because I’m suppose to know which stores those are apparently). When I got home I tried calling the their corporate number and because of the covid 19 the automated message says they are only communicating through email at this time. So I sent out an email waited a couple weeks after that and finally someone called me. She said she could order the purple 3 for me so here I am getting my hopes up again and explained to her everything I’ve had to do up to that point and she explained to me that the local stores misinformed me and that it has nothing to do with their market size for the reason why they can’t order it, it was because it’s not a red carpet delivery. I told the lady I honestly could care less about the fancy delivery I just want the mattress I would told we could get from the beginning and the purple 2 we originally got was delivered by fedex anyway and we had to set it up ourselves we didn’t get the special service with that either so. I waited on hold for a while and she then tells me that her supervisor will be reaching out to me because she doesn’t have access to the company I financed through to place the new order. She told me I should hear from someone in 24-48 hours. Here we are 2 weeks later and I haven’t heard anything. If I’d now how much of a struggle this was going to be I would have just ordered from purple themselves but I like to try and shop local and I wanted to feel the mattress before buying and I didn’t feel right going into mattress firm to lay on the purple just to walk out and order it online when the lady was nice and helped me. I like to shop local when I can but this has been the most ridiculous process between all the phone calls, driving out to different locations and trying to be sold on something else I have waisted so much of my time. I sent another email out and haven’t heard anything and knowing my luck by the time someone does reach out to me they’re going to tell me I’m past the 120 days to exchange! So I guess for now I’m stuck paying for a bed we don’t even want!!I am HIGHLY regretting purchasing from mattress firm!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !! I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but I felt the need to share our experience with Justin Keane at Mattress Firm in Crestview, FL. From the moment we walked in the door, Justin went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We had shopped four other stores/companies before stopping at his store. Although great people, NONE of the other places asked us how we slept; all they wanted to know was what we were looking for. All we knew was we were in desperate need of a great night’s sleep. Justin guided us through different options while actually listening and watching how our bodies were responding to different mattresses. I had no idea I would spend that kind of money but I know without a doubt we will be extra happy. The one thing that sold us on buying from Justin and Mattress Firm was product knowledge of different styles for how we slept (side, back, stomach, etc) as well as their product warranty. They were comparable to other companies as far as prices but definitely not on service, quality, and warranty. Justin said he didn’t sell us a mattress, he just guided us to what we needed and the mattress sold itself. He was right on the money. No pressure at all, just great customer service. When my husband and I went into this store, we were looking for a mattress simialr to the one wed slept on in a hotel, which was off the chart awesome in comfort. Justin Keane, the salesman at this Mattress Firm knew immediately which mattress the hotel carried. He was also very knowledgable about which type of firmness levels work best for different body types and sleeping positions. He fixed us right up, and added in some great discounts on sheets and the mattress pad - things we needed, because we were in the proccess of relocating from out of state. Oh, and did I mention he included an adjustable Head Up base for no charge? Seriously, we got an excellent deal on a quality product. Well be purchasing a second mattress in the near future, and will definitely go back to this store!
