James is awesome! I did not know about all the different types mattresses and all the different features. He did a really great job of explaining all of them and helped me pick one out that worked best for me! I brought that mattress home and have had the best sleep since! If youre looking for a great mattress, ask for James! He really knows his stock and will make sure you choose the right one for you!

Teri was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. I love that she didnt try to pressure or up sale us and really tried to match our needs and desires with the appropriate level and type of mattress and base. The atmosphere was relaxed and we were able to take all the time we needed to try the mattresses and make a decision.

Answered the phone right away and ordered my mattress. Got an email of the receipt minutes later. Free delivery and the driver was courteous and provided updates via text. The mattress is great and the better alternative to Amazon.Will buy from Mr Mattress again.

Ms. Young at Mr. Mattress of Crestview, FL went above and beyond in order to get my wife and I into a wonderful new bed. The reassurances given by Ms. Young went a long way toward my decision to get a hybrid mattress that should last quite a while. Having dealt with back issues and multiple surgeries over the last 15 years scared me into thinking Id never have a good nights sleep again. Hopefully this new mattress will solve my issue for years to come.

Teri is a new salesgirl at this store. She is a sweetheart to deal with. She gave us such a great deal on a bed, we ended up buying 2. She is a no pressure, no hassle type salesperson but knows her stuff. And she is a hoot to talk to. Totally happy with Teri and the store. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Buying our bed was a no hassle experience. We walked in, was informed on what we wanted to know and ordered the bed and frame. There was a small scheduling conflict but the owner personally called me to make it right by ordering from somewhere else and getting what we needed sooner.

Very disappointed and disheartened that the management of a renowned establishment in the area would ignore the fact that their associate made an error with my purchasing order, yet they refuse to do anything worthy of being called suitable for me as the customer. Management admits the store error, but states its an error that I must pay for. The owner refuses to return any of my calls. Im out of thousands of dollars, do not have what I ordered nor want, have been treated as one who is less than, dismissed, and unfairly.

Came to Enterprise, Al from NJ with my daughter who will be stationed there for a year and a half. We needed to buy a bed and stopped at this store. Salesman was extremely friendly and showed us our options based on what we were looking for (i.e. low to moderate price). Not pushy at all and it was a was a very pleasurable experience. Bed was delivered and set up by friendly delivery service employees, and my daughter is very pleased with the quality.

Great service! My wife and I bought a mattress from Terri a few days ago. We have had the best nights sleep ever since! The salesperson was extremely informative and really helped us out on the selection process. The delivery guys knew exactly what they were doing and were extremely careful in our home (My wife can be particular). Thank you again for your patience and professionalism.

It’s 1:30pm on Sunday and the store is supposed to be open at 1pm no one is here and doors locked no notes saying why. All signs say open at 1pm and one says will return at 1pm 😒

Bought a brand new mattress almost 4 years ago with a 5 year warranty on it. They replaced the mattress once with a worn used one. We didnt know it at the time. Called them back up and nobody ever showed even though they wrote it up it was replaced last September. WRONG no they didnt. Now call em again and the man comes out and wanted to give my husband a little attitude and then refused to replace it even though we still have a warranty. So beware anyone who buys from them they will lie on you and give you a worn mattress and swear to you its brand new and wont honor their warranty on it. Now we have to buy a new one from somewhere else or continue to wake up in the morning and hurt like crazy from sleeping on this mattress. Wont be buying another one from here. Their a rip off
