Staff seemed nice, but I had to wait 30+ minutes for a mobile order. I never have these problems at any of the normal Starbucks I go to. It’s always this Crestview location. I also like how other locations put their mobile orders out so that you can easily go in and just grab it and go.
I have no words.. keep coming back because it’s the only sbux in town. Ordered 2 frappes during their NOT busy time still had to wait 20 mins for my drinks. And ordered peppermint mocha holiday drink. With no chocolate curls? How are they out of it first 1/2 day of holiday drinks hitting the store.
It was good but for the price I think its over rated. I went through the drive thru and had to order online because the menu lights were out. I did find that they have a secret menu though. Tried the frosty frap off it and it was pretty good. But honestly I can go to a couple of convince stores and make my own coffee that is just as tasty and cost 1/3 the price.
Although I just buy basic mocha frappe. The drinks are always amazing.
I am not a Starbucks fan at all. That being established the staff was great. We are collecting the state mugs for my sister-in-law. So we have ventured into roughly 8 states on this trip. The staff was extremely helpful!
This is the most efficient Starbucks I have ever been to. I was traveling and hesitant to stop during the morning rush hour. I will say it was extremely busy. However, the baristas still welcomed people as they walked in and were very on top of things. I didn’t see any customer in there wait more than a few minutes for their items. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. I also never leave reviews on Starbucks so this one meant a lot. Thank you baristas for doing an awesome job!
Always provide perfect service, but theyre far too slow in the mornings. I ordered my drinks at 620am when I left the house and its now 645am that Im waiting for one drink.

Your coffee MIGHT taste good once out of the 4 times you go in a week. Never consistent. Customer service isn’t good. If they hand the car in front of you, your order by mistake they will try serve you that same thing after dug through & handed back to them. this has happened 3 times. Brought my bacon Gouda back due to the bread being hard as a rock.I’ve Spent way to much money at this establishment for less then half my orders to be correct.Wont be returning.

Absolutely love this place!! The coffee beans I buy here are to die for. However, the lady taking my order told me to stick a funnel in my a** and pour the beans down it… other than that the coffee was phenomenal and I hope to visit again.
Horrible, matcha was rushed and not filled in cup.... Tipped when I shouldnt have... The girl had a typical excuse of her generation x would normally use..... Basically didnt care just wanted me to move out the way so she could serve the next customer. This is probably one of the worst experiences I have had at Starbucks as far as my drink is concerned
Stopped here for a pit stop and customer service was outstanding. I just started a new diet and Amanda “not Samantha” went above and beyond to make me a drink that I would like and it was amazing! Thank you so much! We got other two coffees as well and they were amazing as well 🙏🏼
App vs what they have. The app showed they have the cinnamon dolce drink and when I drove there to order my hot drink, the lady was unpleasant and they didnt have the stuff to make it. I would have been more upset if I placed that order on the App. Happens more then often.
The absolute most unorganized Starbucks (consistently) that I have ever gone to. I have gone to this store 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Each time my order was wrong, the wait was over 30 minutes, and full of chaos and confusion. Lobby full of people, drive through full, and trying to fill mobile app orders. If you aren’t staffed properly, then shut one of your services down. People were picking up the wrong drinks (because of similar names). Customers complained about waiting (for 10 minutes when you know you’re half hour behind) so the employee stops and makes their drinks..leaving the people who have been waiting half an hour to wait even longer (because we weren’t complaining). Drink order was simple, yet still wrong. One drink has the cold foam on top, the other didn’t. Employee says “what’s wrong with it”...no cold foam. No apology from the staff. Just took the drink back and added the foam. I do not mind waiting, clearly there were busy. I have seen stores this busy, and busier. It’s all about the way it’s handled. Try shutting down your mobile app orders for a short time if you can’t properly serve your customers. Getting names wrong, mixing up the orders, “losing” orders (twice I heard the employee say the order must not have gone through)....chaos, confusion, unorganized. Very disappointed.
They usually get my order right but they completely ignore you if you walk in for a mobile order. Almost every time I come in to pick up a mobile order, I can SEE my order sitting there and no one will give it to me. Today specifically, my order was supposed to be ready at 3:28.. they didn’t hand me my order until 3:45. Even though it was sitting right there. Employees are nice but come on, why can’t they hand out the mobile orders? I’m going to be late for work now.
Quick service for the volume they were doing. Hint though: park and go in, the drive-thru was slammed
The person who originally was taking my order spoke very quietly to the point where I could not understand them. They also mixed up my order, but the person who came to fix it was very friendly and well-spoken
I waited at the register to order for 10 minutes. I was completely ignored. My wife went back through the line and finally ordered. Then we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Only my Wifes came out. My drink never came and when we asked about it, a staff member said there was no drink for that name. So after about 40 minutes of frustration we left in disgust with less than we paid for. Staff here were just talking and playing around on phones off to the sides of their work space. I never write reviews but this was the worst Starbucks Ive ever seen. Just keep driving.

I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 9:34am. I waited 30 minutes past my pick up time before my order was ready. Two of the drinks were not even made right and were not what I even ordered even though the sticker on the side of the drink specifically stated what it was supposed to be. I will never order through the app for this location ever again. Horrible experience. When the drive thru moves quicker then a order you place a head of time there’s something wrong there.

Literally worst experience at a Starbucks I have ever had in my life. Stopped here on our ten hour trip home to get the kids a special drink and went inside to order. There was no wait to order but thirty minutes later still didn’t have my drinks. Asked several times and still would not make them. About 20 or more cars went through the drive thru while we waited. Asked for a refund and left with NO DRINKS after it added 45 minutes to our trip with a screaming 2 year old in the car.
Great location for that much-needed pick me up. We stop here every time we return from Atmore, Alabama on our way home to the Beach. If they are out of dark roast, be sure to ask for a pour-over. The pros know how to ask you if they are out. Customer service is great and we will return again in the future.
This Starbucks was terrible. First I was practically yelling in the speaker and they still couldn’t hear me and made me repeat it about 10x and made me talk louder, then they made a strawberry açaí for me and it was completely watered down and had no strawberries and then they scanned my app for payment and it didn’t work for them so I had to do it again. worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I waited about 30 minutes in a short line just to get a drink that was not made correctly.
It’s a good starbucks, but still Starbucks. There are plenty of local options around here that I would Recommend instead.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Today is Christmas and Patrick and crew had such holiday cheer. Our drinks tasted fantastic and the service was even better. Thanks guys for putting us in a great mood & spreading happiness. 💞🌲💫

Worse mens restroom ever! No papertowels, only one urinal and its at a 3yr olds height. Parking is horribly cramped as hell and not enough room to backout and the drive thru line right behind you. Just a bad experience, youd think they would make it a better experience being that the area feels nice.

Literally the worst starbucks in NWF. The lines always super long, orders take forever and the orders are always messed up. The place is pretty much ran by young adolescents. Whenever they’re out of something specific for a drink they won’t tell you. The mango dragon fruit is an example. They don’t even tell you when they’re out of the dragon fruit. The frappuccino’s are always watered down and tastes weird. They’re always out of forks and are for some reason out of straws?? I don’t want to sound like a Karen but this place is horrible and it’s been going on for years and it’s getting old. If i’m really craving starbucks i’d willingly drive down to niceville.
As always a nice slushy drink and 2 birthday cake pops...sure hits the spot. Although I still think they are pricey. We only through occasionally.

Just stopped in for a couple cups OJoe for my wife & I during our partial cross country journey. While I went inside to get our coffees the wife took the dog for a walk by the big magnolia trees out back. They asked for names to our on our cups. I jokingly told her to put my Renee is Beautuful on hers & Ron the Great One on mine. I didnt expect her to actually do it, but she did, & it made my wifes day!! -Points scored! Lol...But seriously, this was a great, happy, & friendly team working @ this Starbucks location... And they made us a good, strong cup of Sumatra for me & decaf for my wife - just how we like it! Thanks!

Always quick service. My order was messed up only once and had I mentioned it, Im 100% positive that they wouldve fixed it, but theyre human. Mistakes can happen and I wasnt concerned with 1 mishap since Ive had a zillion other great experiences while there.

I usually have no issue with these guys, but a couple weeks ago someone spit snot into my drink. I didnt know what to do because I didnt think anyone would believe me. I looked awful and my face was red so I guess they thought I was sick and wanted to punish me for being sick in public. But the reality is Im not sick, I had been sobbing all day. And the cherry on top was people judging me for something I wasnt doing when Id already had a horrible day and wanted a comfort drink. It made me so sad.
I was asked to wait outside because I was not wearing a mask, meanwhile the store manager by the name of Lenay was sitting in the lobby on a computer without a mask on, sounds like a double standard to me, I would have been willing to wear one of the store manager would have, I will not be back
Ordered on the app. When I got there my order was not ready, an employee also advised they dont have white mocha. My husband clarified you dont have white mocha? The employee said Sorry. Another employee passing by said no were not. Were not sorry. My husband told them to make it without the white mocha, because we had our own syrup in our car. The employee said so you want a peppermint latte? There was no price adjustment made, for the difference. My other drink was made correctly and enjoyed. But the disrespect and lack of care displayed by the employees made this a bad experience.

Horrible parking lot and no concern for customers blocking the flow of traffic in and out. The drive thru line is a mess and they do nothing to assist when people block the line and refuse to move their vehicles. The woman working the drive thru window was rude when an ordered item was repeated after she called it something different than what it is listed as on the menu. If they don’t want items repeated then they should repeat them as they are listed on the menu. Will not be returning to this location.

The staff is friendly. I use my Starbucks mobile ordering most of the time. The drive thru line is usually 10 cars deep, so it gets very congested in their parking lot. Sometimes they are very slow with mobile orders (I live 20 minutes from the only Starbucks in Crestview, FL), and my order has not been ready when arrived. Lately they have been out of many items on their menu, so its frustrating.
Had my latte cold and a blueberry muffin as a treat for a rough day. I felt so much better!! Also enjoy a lot of other items from their unique menu. I think they need another store in Crestview. Even before the virus the parking spots would be filled and the drive through line would be wrapped around the building.

Food is great when its made right. I just picked up my remake of caramel ribbon Fraps (x2) and bacon gouda sandwich. Once again, no ribbon crunch and no mention it was out until I picked it up and waited in line.The morning shift lead needs classes on customer service. I definitely dont like this location, I think Ill start driving to fort walton just to be treated with dignity and get my order right.

So my daughter works at Starbucks in another town in Florida, I have spent plenty of time in Starbucks across the states, and I think this is one of the worst ones I have been too in a long time. They are slow, the people dont move with a purpose, they are lackadaisical, and the moble orderes were not serviced (just sat on the counters) in a timely manner. While not only did the entired drive through, around the building and out to the road, finish getting their orders, and also the people coming in and ordering from the point of sale got their orders, there were those still standing there waiting on items (even before I came in with my moble order). I thought that maybe the person was new and needed extra time, but when I found out it was the shift manager who was slow and inconsiderate of those waiting, it frustrated me even more. I know that I will never stop at this starbucks while traveling in this area ever again!
Employees have been great with each visit. Lucky for them too, cause the store itself on the outside is disgusting. Desperate need for a power wash.
They are always nice here lines just way way to long always wrap around the buildings.

This Starbucks location consistently has amazing service, and my drink is always perfectly made! Today, they went out of their way, to hand deliver my coffee to me, so I did not have to wait in the drive-thru long line for my mobile order! I dont generally write reviews, but today I felt the need to say... Thank You to Crestview Starbucks for your consistency on great drinks, excellent customer service, and always caring about each and every customer! Today, again, just proved why Im such a loyal customer!

I like going here, because the staff can be very friendly, but gosh are they always busy. They mess up not to often, but its a major pain to get it fixed since they are so busy.

Absolutely absurd that you want to take mobile orders and shut down your dining room. Working in a doctors office I don’t have the leisure of waiting ungodly amounts of time for a coffee and some bagel bites. This is not the first time this has happened. Even pre-covid it would take sometimes an hour to get a coffee. My mobile order is sitting there withering away currently and I’m at work yet NOBODY is answering the phone. Sorry I don’t have the ability to wait in your line that is going down the highway. This store is beginning to be a joke.
