What a pleasant experience at Eye Site today. I didn’t have to wait at all, and the initial eye exams were great. Dr. Howard saw me and explained everything about the photos of my eyes. He was friendly, and I didn’t seem to be rushed. The eyeglasses lady, Mary, was so helpful with my selection. I left feeling happy!

This optometrist is by far the best in the area. I have absolutely no complaints as far as the knowledge and competence of the staff, and the majority of them are gracious, personable, friendly, and pleasant people.However, the major complaint I have against this office is their insistence upon mask wearing. Circumstances being what they may be, when a person such as myself with a legitimate, doctor sanctioned, MEDICAL reason not to wear a facial covering, they should NEVER be asked to reschedule an appointment that has been anticipated and planned for for months, especially when theyve already shown up for their scheduled appointment, nor should they be asked to conduct business involving personal medical information OUTSIDE ON THE SIDEWALK. I find the very suggestion to be positively asinine. I would highly suggest a higher level of empathy and understanding from certain staff members, and certainly a different method of handling your mask free (for whatever reason) customers.

Dr. Howard is the best optometrist that I have ever dealt with. He is very precise and explanatory. His staff is extremely helpful and polite. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a new Optometrist. They will always have me as a customer.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr Howard was very thorough with the exam and made recommendations for helping with my dry eyes. Called to book an appointment. They told me they are booking appointments in December (its October). I explained that my glasses were broken yesterday so I currently cant see. No effort whatsoever to accommodate my needs. Zero compassion on the part of the receptionist. Very disappointed.

I have never had such an extensive eye exam. I was a new patient and my appointment was 2 hours long but at the end I understood why. He found several things wrong with my eyes and by the time he was explaining everything I understood why I was having vision problems. The most important thing he found was I am at the beginning stages of Macular Degeration because of age. Im 70. He suggested a vitamin that could help slow the progress..They also told me of an insurance plan that could save me money and has better benefits.Im going to get my husband an appointment with them and eliminate the drive to FWB

I have traveled and moved to different places but I have kept coming back here when I visit family to keep my eye care with them. I have always trusted them with my eye care and glasses.

Eye Site of Crestview is amazing. I have been a patient here for 17 years. The staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. During my visit, I never feel rushed by any of the staff and all of my questions are explained to where I understand. Ive been seeing Dr. Howard for a while now and everytime I go I have professional service and they really spend time with you and make sure to cover any questions. My last tech, Tiffany, was extremely nice and did a great exam before I went to see the doctor. Everyone makes you feel very welcome. I have had Lasik before so this is cheap insurance to me to go check my eyes once a year or so. Will be seeing you next year.

Friendly helpful staff. I had a fall and broke the frames on my regular glasses. They fixed the frames for me at no extra charge. The eye exam seemed very thorough and the doctor explained what he was seeing as he went. I bought 2 pairs of new glasses. I wanted inexpensive frames to help keep the cost down. There was no pressure to get more expensive frames. Very positive experience.

This is the one of the best eye care provider I have been to in years. I wish I found them sooner. Since the time I walked in to the time I left I was provided beyond excellent staff and service. They made me feel right at home and I was no longer nervous to get my eyes exam. They provided me with a new prescription for glasses and fitted me for new lenses. I probably tried on 20 different frames but the staff was patient with me and help me every step of the way.

Weve been seeing Dr. Chris Howard for years. My insurance changed and I went to a different doctor. That doctor was not anywhere near as thorough as Dr. Chris. I re-enrolled in VSP in order to return to his office. Dr. Chris is extremely thorough and has a great office staff who know how to fit you with what you need. They carry frames and contacts, so you dont need to go to another office for lenses. Best place in Crestview for eye exam and glasses or contacts.

He gave me the most accurate prescription of any optometrist I have seen. So happy I found a great eye doctor in Crestview!

Ive been going here for 5+ years and have had nothing but outstanding care and service from Dr. Howard and the Staff. Since then my wife and son have starting going there and they now understand why I have raved about Eye Site of Crestview so much. Its incredible how much the optician staff knows about lenses, frames, fit, build, reliability, etc. and they will patiently work with you until you get the right glasses for you. Super Fan!

This eye shop excels in customer service! In comparison to another shop right here in Crestview, they could learn a lot from Eye Site of Crestview!! On our first visit it took an unusually long time for my son to go from the eye tech to optometrist. Close to 30 minutes actually. Because of that, no matter what our insurance covered, any frame my son picked was free on our end! Im very thankful for their customer service and kindness! I will be returning for my annual next year.
