From the moment I walked in, my son and I felt so welcomed. The staff was so courteous and professional. The receptionist was a rockstar.The building is also really beautiful and well-kept .

I saw doctor Batson today. She was very friendly and personable, I very much enjoyed our conversation. She helped me figure out what was going on with my eyes, so I definitely would recommend coming here and seeing her.

Dr. Batson and her staff are all very friendly and proficient. They make me enjoy my visits rather than dread them. They also are very up to date on all of the tests and their equipment is up to date. I especially appreciate the machine tests I receive for macular degeneration and the special time spent with me explaining about the nature of my tests and my problems. Their suggestions for the eye vitamins are great and seem to be helping so much.

Great service! And eye glasses are reasonably priced! Bought my 4 year old glasses today and came home and searched the exact glasses online and their price was lower than most of the websites! We saw Dr. Mayes and he was wonderful!

Dr. Batson and staff are wonderful! They are friendly, nice and extremely helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Batson for several years. My children saw her when they were here in the area as well. Her exams are through. Whatever the vision issue is or medical eye issue she will be sure to find it and offer a solution. I trust her, and that says alot!

Very friendly and helpful. I was down from South Carolina visiting with my daughter and the nosepiece fell off my glasses. My glasses are for reading and my close vision. I tried for 2 hours to fix them and got very frustrated. Found them on the internet went by and they not only replaced the nosepiece, but also replaced the other one for me. Highly recommend them. Thank you for your help today!!!

Doctor was really nice. but staffs were rude, my glasses took FOREVER. I wore glasses for 20 years, it was the worst store ever.
