Well I always love this Tom thumb its very convenient to go to but today I decided I was going to get myself an energy drink and also a couple items from the deli. I purchased some corn nuggets because they looked amazing and a fellow named Stefano helped me out as Im looking at items I noticed that there was some broccoli casserole so I asked Stefano if I could please have some broccoli casserole Stefano stared at me for about a minute before he started to fill the container and he sarcastically saidanything else!! I had rubbed Stefano the wrong way. All I did was ask for one item and then decided I wanted an additional item and stuff and no acted like it was the end of the world. Stefano was in a bad mood. This occurred on 11/3/21 . As I politely said thank you and left he continued to stare at me angrily. I never realized ordering two items would have ruined somebodys day. I hope things get better for you Stefano. I really hope management considers paying attention to what employees are saying to customers and how employees are treating customers at the deli.

Its a very good gas station. Went in to use the bathroom and not only was it clean enough BUT, the lady behind the counter was great. It helps its big and spacious, easy to move around inside and out! Gas was a reasonable price to. If you see it on the way to whatever and need gas, stop by!

155 am. No coffe available for people traveling on the interstate gas was outrageously expensive. Never stop there again. Man in store rude wouldnt even make coffee for us.

Out of most of the Tom Thumbs in the City of Crestview, I believe this location is the best one in town. Due to its proximity to I-10, it’s definitely the most busiest locations, but they always manage to serve people here fairly quickly where the lines remain small. It must be due to them always having two to three cashiers working during the day.I give them credit for having clean bathrooms, plenty of hot food available, hot coffee is always freshly brewed, snacks are always on the shelves, and plenty of beer to choose from.This place is open 24/7, and the staff here is always friendly and great to all customers. Gas prices here are fair, and competitive with nearby gas stations, but they are often lower in my opinion.Tom Thumbs has one hidden secret no one really knows about, and that’s their breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast here is served from 5am-12pm, and they are really a hidden gem. The biscuits are freshly baked every day, bacon, chicken fried steak, sausage link, sausage patty and biscuits & gravy are extremely delicious (but not really healthy). If you in the mood for some comfort food, or want to prevent a really bad hang over, try their breakfast, you won’t regret it.

I love the staff here all very friendly and professional. This is a very busy store and yet they always seem to have the time to say hi as u walk in or smile. They all deserve a RAISE

If your against wearing mask, this is the only tom thumb, that Ive seen. where employees dont wear masks, and patrons dont have to. One of the busiest stores due to location so very surprised there is no covid preventative actions taken place.

Its on the right side of the road on my way home and their gas is a little cheaper.

It had room for RV’s to fill up. The inside was clean and prices were fine. The bathrooms didn’t have soap or toilet paper though.

Chris was on top of his game tonight! Its christmas and we are on a long drive back home and were beyond impressed with the cleanliness and order of this establishment. He was extremely friendly and an excellent representative of the company! Hope he gets the recognition and and appreciation that he deserves from his enployers!

Clean, easy access but be careful. People speed through the parking lot and dont seem to pay attention to pedestrians. Weve almost been run over on every visit- twice this last trip.

Its a gas station, what can I say? Prices good. Normal variety of choices inside for snacks and drnks. Friendly professional help.

They stopped taking debit or credit at the pumps. They say for good. Trying to push a thumb credit card or you have to walk inside. LAST TIME I will shop at Tom Thumb

All Tom Thumb stores are excellent with one major issue present at every location - they require a photo ID for all credit card purchases. This means that for a regular purchase, like for a drink, Im handing them THREE cards: credit card, photo ID, and Tom Thumb rewards card. I find it mildly amusing that one of the simplest transactions - a convenience store - takes this much work. Theres a reason no other store ever requires this, guys... its a major hassle.

Never a problem at a Tom Thumb always clean friendly service, good gas at a good price but not top tier quality like Shell fuel. Im used to Tom Thumbs being called Turkey Hill because its the same company.

I understand that this is a gas station but I left my wallet and explained that I was trying to find a way to get it. And let them now the day of that it was mine. But they turned it into the police in which now my uncle cant get it because I have to pick it up from the police which I can not do. I understand that is policy but I proved that was my wallet. Two managers completely blew me off. This was absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. I hope this happens them.

Nice selection of just about anything you could want from a convince store/gas station. Theres also a deli with some good chicken among the other foods!

I live up John King Rd about 1/2 mile from this Tom Thumb. It is convenient to stop for gas. I use my debit card and at least 4 of 10 times you can not get a receipt. Then into the store and get in line for a receipt that if managed properly and maintenance at the pumps was performed then debit/credit sales could be completed at the pumps. Management 6 months ago said new receipt printer gizmos were on the way. What a line of Bull Sh**. This is the only T. Thumb I experience NO RECEIPT.

Wide assortment of items for those on the go. Friendly staff. Coffee, food & drinks available. Gas prices were reasonably in keeping with the norm.

This used to be the best one to stop in on the way out or back into town until the city decided to put dividers into the John King side of the road preventing left turns while leaving. Still stop here on occasion if I need to but the cefco on the Destin side of town will get my businees when I make deliberate trips for gas or snacks.

Like the gas rewards when I make a purchase in the convenience store. But, the company recently changed the rewards card system. I lost any points I had and the store employees are not sure what may happen.

Just saying, it is a fuel station with plenty of pumps.For those stopping off I10 for fuel, just go the extra stoplight south to get the better price of fuel here

Whenever we go through Crestview, we almost always stop here for fuel and food. Tom thumbs fried Chicken is very good. Plus all the drinks, coffee, even some Krispy Kreme donuts. theyve changed the way you go in and out to make it safer at the intersection so just pay close attention. The drive goes round behind the building.

Good place, but thier rewards system never works and there little room to maneuver around the parking lot.

Its what we have come to expect from you average gas station/hub. While the drivethrough for the deli is now closed, the deli is still open inside, offering everything from dresh fried chicken, to pizza, or even ribs. Staff has always been frendily and helpful. Ive not encountered any issues at this location. If youre a local, or just hopping off the 10 freeway, this is a good place to gas up.

I dont think supermarket is the right word. Its a gas station / convenience store.

Self service for auto fuel. This particular Tom Thumb location was not as clean as others, the windshield washer fluid dirty n smelled, the wiper wand sponge was falling apart and the blade side was damaged. Of course, the higher price per gallon in Crestview FL appears to be the normal and Im not sure the explanation is well excepted.

I have now become very averse to shopping at Tom Thumbs in Okaloosa County. The company that runs them is in my opinion bilking its customers. In short, the stores have now become a ripoff. I go to the nearest Dollar General instead. If I need gas, I go to a cefco.

WOW, This place is NOT easily accessible by an RV, dont listen to the sign on the interstate. If coming from the Interstate you have to drive behind the building down a narrow path to get to the pumps.
