The staff here are overall very friendly however the level of cleanliness (or lack thereof) is very disturbing. Its obvious that the night staff dont even clean the bathroom before closing the store, instead they leave it for the morning clerks who dont have time. This location vhas the potential of being a very nice store but its being neglected. So sad.
Having such problems with trying to transfer my scripts from one CVS in Coral Springs FL to CVS store in Crestview FL. I cant believe that I have all my meds at a CVS and they cant even get it right!! Even went into the store sw the pharmacist personally and they are still messed up!! Horrible!!
Horrible pharmacy customer service. This location’s pharmacy department customer service has disappeared. Drive through service is extremely slow. Drive away if you see a line or you will be waiting up 15 minutes minimum. If you need to call the pharmacy, good luck. Once you go through all the prompts and finally get to the point where you ask to speak to the pharmacist, you will either get through and the phone never be answered or you get disconnected. If you go inside, it’s not better. Whether there is a line or you’re alone, expect to stand at the counter and be ignored. My last 3 visits resulted in me standing and waiting for someone to at least acknowledge someone was standing there to pick up a prescription. Doesn’t matter how many people are there waiting, doesn’t matter the number of employees working. If these occurrences where a once in awhile issue, it is acceptable though frustrating. However, this has become constant.
I was informed that my prescription was ready at 5:30 in the afternoon and was in line at the window at 5:45 with 3 cars in front of me. Got to the window at 6:05 and was told that they could not give me my prescription, but to drive to Milton 40 minutes away! Unfortunately, the employees there did not make me feel like their customer service training was taken under consideration. Their “Oh Well” attitudes is why I will not use CVS EVER again!!
Definitely the best place to buy you drugs not bad on merchandise either. I appreciate them not selling tobacco products.
Horrible horrible horrible! The WORST pharmacy in town. They claim they never received your perceptions doctors office calls them multiple times. Still claim they don’t have it. Then they claim you picked it up when you try and switch pharmacies. However, you didn’t because they claimed they never got it! Do not ever go to this pharmacy! Save yourself!
Customer service is horrible!!! The “cashier” Tayeva walked past me multiple times while waiting 10 minutes to check out then informed me that I had to use self check out because “the registers are down”. She was very passive aggressive and the self check out didn’t even take cash. I will NEVER go to cvs on Crestview again!!!
This pharmacy is horrible. You call with any questions and after talking to a computer for 3 minutes and finally being able to select an option to talk to an actual person you sit on hold listening to horrible music only to hang up 45 minutes later because nobody will answer. Customer service is not there at all.
I waited on hold 2 times for 20 minutes just to check on a refill. Never got through. I. called back a third time and hit the the doc or health care provider and they picked up right way and as soon as i attempted to speak they hung up my husband called and tried to speak to a manager and they hung up as soon as he question ed why no one could answer calls .Very rude people we no longer deal.with them howeverwe were trying to transfer refills to another pharmacy . And apparently thats not an option over the phone.
This CVS pharmacy is horrible!! The pharmacy wont answer the phone! How can you call to check on prescriptions? Im going to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy asap!
Shopped at CVS in various states. Always quick, efficient, and minimal waits. NOT IN Crestview! This branch is slow. They are extremely busy. Any given day dozens of cars in drive-thru. One faithful tech waiting on dozens! One would think they would hire needed staff. Not this group! Instead they send everyone home and close the drive-thru! One pharmacist, one tech. Crestview needs a second CVS or a manager that can deal with public. This franchise is poor.
Great customer service. A little slow due to stay shortage but all in all a great place for all your needs from makeup, toiletries to scripts
My Dr put in my pain pills before discharging me from c-section at 11. I called several times one call which lasted 45 mins with no answer. Tried to go pick up pills a little before 6pm close and come to find out they closed and left early that day after arriving late that day. And they never filled my script. I was in excruciating pain all night with no medicine. Chasing 2 kids and caring for a newborn. Very unprofessional staff and very rude. NEVER ANSWER PHONES. NEVER fill prescriptions when you need them. Worst CVS location ever.
My daughter needs a physical for school. I called here and ask if they do walk-ins and they tell me yes, and that they can help us today. So I drive all the way here with my children and in person they tell me I need an appointment and that theyre booked for weeks. A lying employee wasted more than an hour of my time
They do not answer the phone. The customer service has gone away at this location.
Fast in and out drive thru
My daughter had surgery this morning. After issues at the drive through I went inside to talk to someone about getting my daughters medicine after she got her surgery. They refused to serve me unless I had a mask. After I covered my face the supervisor of the pharmacy proceeded to insult me. They have lost my business until this supervisor is appropriately dealt with.
My wifes Dr put in my pain pills before discharging her from c-section at 11am Sunday. I called several times one call which lasted 45 mins with no answer. Tried to go pick up pills a little before 6pm close and come to find out they closed and left early that day after arriving late that day. And they never filled her prescription. I watched my wife cry all night especially when she had to get up to go to the bathroom or nurse the baby.. she didnt sleep at all because of the pain she was in. I called right when they opened and the meds still were not ready when I got there. She went a full 24hours with no pain management after a complicated C-section.
Why does no one ever pick up the phone..
Pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE with answering phones!!!!
Did the minute clinic over the phone and prescription was to be filled in an hour and of course it closes at 6 really. The visit was at 515 and how was I to get the medication if your closed. Awesome system you have no wonder people switch their prescriptions. Useless
Incompetent. If you try to call the pharmacy they will not answer. Have held 45 mins. No response. Wish I could use a different pharmacy.
Always find what I am looking for and at really good prices
Sad place for a pharmacy
Refused to do a covid test because I had my toddler with me.....
Overall, pretty good. I prefer Walgreens but my insurance no longer covers them. I had one medication that my insurance didn’t cover but I needed. It was more than I could afford and the woman behind the counter went out of her way and was able to get me a lower cost so I could get my meds. Very grateful for that.
Worst pharmacy ever, my son needed meds for flu, his chart is supposed to be labeled as no liquid. After being charged $168 for his meds (with insurance) they gave me 2 bottles of liquid. When asked why 2 bottles answer was because we didn’t have a bottle big enough to fill the prescription.....so not only did you give me liquid and charge me for 2 prescriptions now you won’t exchange it out for pills??? Yes we can give u pills but we won’t take the other medicine back...you will have to pay for both...you screw up but yet I still have to eat it. Will never use CVS again
I went into the Minute Clinic, and Doctor Rollins was very helpful and kind. I will always go to this CVS because of the care and service I received.
Lately when I come in this store, it is always busy. I never have to wait too long to checkout. Employees are always helpful. Great place to shop.
No one answers the phone,!!!!
The minute clinic is great! The nurses there are thoroughly evaluate your symptoms to make sure you to treat what is making you sick
Peter Brezniak is just horrible he is rude and flirts with the women customers. How unprofessional
Ian V. in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help. Thank you!
Waited 15 minutes for 1 RX pick up in drive thru just as bad as Walgreens. GET more HELP!
They were so helpful and nice they close at 10 pm
Always greeted when u walk in very aware of their surroundings
The pharmacy is never staffed per peak times & drive thru is horribly slow. Unless you go at the time it opens & closes be prepared to wait. Absolutely ridiculous!
Poor customer service, very argumentative.
Poor customer service by shift manager forgot his name but wore glasses.
Go there all the time, clean store busy all the time.friendly staff.

Convenient, friendly, great selection.
