I was extremely satisfied with the Crestview Beltone office. Dr Austin Black addressed every question and adjusted my hearing aids perfectly. My mother had an appointment the same time and is overjoyed with the improvements to her aids as well. Very professional and knowledgeable. Also advised on military veterans options with new discounts. Highly recommend!!

I actually enjoy going there for my appointments. The staff is very friendly and very helpful and just a positive place to go. I feel theyre truly concerned that Im happy with my hearing aids and they take time to make sure I am.

I love my Beltone hearing aides!! I have been wearing hearing aides for over 20 years. Cameron is awesome to work with. He always keeps me updated on the newest functions. It’s amazing how hearing aides have changed in the last 20 years. Cameron is always available to clean or inspect then as needed. Today I just dropped in unannounced and he helped me out. Big Thank you to Cameron and his staff!

I walked into the store, without an appointment, but hoping to make an appointment. The person who had the next appointment had come in early, so I was taken right away. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, and in an instant, I had purchased new hearing aids! Good experience, and I am anxious to receive them and hear the difference.

Excellent service, as usual! I had a regular scheduled appointment, but had a problem with one of my hearing aids. Pat arranged for an earlier date, and Cameron fixed the problem! Since then (less than a week ago) my other hearing aid developed the same problem. Again, Pat arranged an appointment to get needed repair! Always had good service from the caring people who have restored my hearing!

They rescheduled my appointment without speaking to me. Then when I showed up to my original appointment time, the receptionist that scheduled my appointment, in person less than a week prior, acted as though she didnt understand what was wrong.

Cameron has treated our family for years. I have now started using him. He is also a supporter of our community.

Unprofessional. The receptionist was flirting with the other guy that worked there ... Unacceptable... The testing took 5 mins and poof they want to charge for a hearing aid... Not saying she doesnt need one but generally they do a little more testing ... before you expect someone to Shell out $5000.
