Called them up for some advice on my crank treads that were stripped. Absolutely friendly and helpful. Great customer service even with someone that hasnt spent any money with them. I can see why they have such great reviews and will definitely use them for any machine work I need.

Googled machine shop in Crestview and saw that Edwards Machine Shop is a 5 star. Called him and he was able to help me to press out a pin from a triple 3 for the front end of the Harley Bike. It has been in that hole for 38 years and was obviously stuck. Super cool guy. I definitely will be back for all and any machine work that need to be done.

Fantastic! Lanny (Mr Edwards) removed my broken tap, replaced my screwed up heli coil attempt, cut new threads perfectly on a 12 mm engine bolt, and even found time to show off his fruit trees. 60 years of experience fixing other people’s screw ups! His shop is so interesting and he is too! Quite a man and quite a place!

I had a super easy job but everyone I called thats on Google here in fort Walton. And no one would help but Mr Edwards said come on! So I did and what amazing service.... In and out!... And he charged me 1$ ....... Yes 1$.... So I gave him a 20 lol...... Amazing service with that good ole southern hospitality 👌..... Highly recommend!

Cool guy, been doing it since dirt! Every time I go in shop has a model T or something from the early 1900 in there getting machine work and repairs. Has repaired cracked aluminum for me when other places said “ no way man I can fix that”
