I have had the pleasure of doing business with this company for more than 15 years. Excellent customer service, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.

Ive worked there for all most two years and in the middle of this national covid19 pandemic the owner Ted held a company meeting and told everyone if your sick please stay home till you feel better, you do not have to worry about losing your job because of staying home and being sick during this crisis I stayed home as instructed and I called in every morning to keep them informed with my illness till I gotten better, I show up to work and called as the letter taped to the door said to do if your sick so they can come out side and take your temperature and the head floor manager answers and I tell him Im there and he hangs up on me as well to find they changed the door code.The company in all are good at what they can do with in there abilities and strive for the best but lack in management skills to only find them self with a high turn over rate from employees taking the fall for them in many areas. Know I came in everyday half hour early before everyone else to set things up for others and I stayed on a regular late to make sure the job was done for not only my shift but the other two shift left the that day. I was informed that if my clock out was not signed and approved for over time I will not receive it weather I stayed or not. Many times I not paying attention to my leaders (management) to make sure they are doing there jobs and would work for free as well to be told I can not leave till the job is done.So over all the most important people at the facility is an issue and I would find my self not Wanting or Willing to work as well as want them making any parts I may need in the future because management allows to many things to pass and that can be a liability.Please stay safe during this pandemic as I will with my children and loved ones, as I try to find new employment with this high unemployment rate is going on.

Toxic work environment, abusive management, would not recommend.

Well the Google ad said they did metal fabrication, apparently not.... just needed some metal plates for strapping beams to a pole. The guy at the door said we dont do stuff like that here. Very confusing 🤷‍♀️
