If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter and her fiancé were treated like garbage by a lady at the Crestview location Sept 18th 2021. Just because they looked young and had a budget they were telling her they would like to stay in…she refused to show them anything but small single wides and was sooooo rude to them the entire time they were there. Such a shame! These young adults have 700+ credit scores, fantastic jobs and 2 years plus proven work history at those jobs…with a fat down payment in the bank and literally was there in hopes they would find a home to start their lives together in soon. They were 100% discriminated against as soon as they walked in for their age. I’m glad they didn’t do business here and they are now on their way to build a house instead.Beware of these unprofessional people! They are terrible. Go to a credit union and finance a new build…it is a better investment for your future!!!

How about you call my fiancé and fix our house before we follow through with a lawsuit for potential mold poisoning. We have water leaking through our shower wall, white powder on the floor on the other side of the wall, an A/C unit placed UPSIDE DOWN that just went out yesterday because water is coming out of it and has corroded parts of the A/C. We have a 4 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER. I suggest you follow up with us before we pursue legal action against you all like we should have done months ago. Lee, CALL ERIC SCHMITS TODAY.

Don’t buy from here. Used Erickson land clearing like they recommended (stay clear of him). Quoted $4200 to clear the land and another $3800 for the dirt. I told James to add an extra $6000 in case we needed that for anything such as gravel. Eriiksson sends a bill for the full $14000 and they pay it no questions asked. I didn’t authorize it. Now I have my drive way washed away, under the house washed away, the back side washed away and am told 9 months later they are still trying to figure out what to do.They did not fix any of the issues with home. Had to put all light bulbs in, sliding door in, fix all the doors myself that wouldn’t close properly, the drawers came from the manufacture missing screws to help hold them in place so had to fix those myself as well, was told all the walls come insulated which is a joke because only the outside walls are insulated, laundry room comes with no ventilation what so ever. Salesman doesn’t offer any added features. They will call you anytime there is a review on them and be like can you give us a good review I promise we are still working on everything(not).Go to affordable homes not them.Should you still decide to use them, I highly recommend any issues you have with your home are fixed before it leaves their lot otherwise you’ll never see them again. Because once it’s on your property they get their money and are done with you. Buyers be ware.Update: owner leaves messages on here to reach out to them but will not return calls.....#trying to look like they care#slim shady#don’t care

It started off great (months ago) but we are having issues now. Until we are satisfied (and we are not asking for much) I cannot in good conscience give a higher review.

My experiences with the sales people at the crestview and freedoms in milton were absolutely horrible. They were both un informative would not answer my questions would not even try to find out the answers to my questions. I have never has such horrible customer service in my life! The representatives on the phone were much more helpful than the actual men onsite.

Friendly even though most of what they helped with I could have done online.

I agree with Betty book thats why people read reviews and your response to her was pathetic. I wouldnt waste my time after seeing these reviews!! Why would anyone want to come?? Thats why people read them and your response if you havent been here dont judge US!! Thats even more reason to steer clear!!

James the salesman was not pushy at all and so knowledgeable and friendly.Plenty of parking and lots of homes on display except the one I was interested in. Homes were nicely displayed on the inside.Need handicap ramps into some homes.

James has been great. Went there looking around and ended up buying a nice home. James has been with us every step of the way so fare and has answered all of my question. Our house should be delivered this week and everything hooked up and moved in befor the first. Thats what we where told and so fare thats where we are at. Looking forward to seeing it all come together like this. Thank you James!!

Went to purchase home for my land and looked at one with a price on the refrigerator and left to come back 2 days later and the price on the that home was last years price- now $8000 more -- what a joke - deceitful and greedy, do not go there, go to regional homes for the best deal--

Im I am not a customer havent been to Clayton Homes to look at any mobile homes and just from reading the reviews from old to new they are all horrible terrible reviews I am surprised this company is still in business this is very disappointing because Clayton Homes is always had a good reputation. I will think twice about coming home to buy a mobile home

My friend and I went here with our wives to look for homes to place on our land. We walked in and asked one of the ladies in the office if we could take a look at the houses. We were told no and then she asked if we even had any land to put it on. She asked where we were going to place the homes. We said it would be in Escambia county, which she kept questioning in a disrespectful way. She appeared to not believe our land was in Escambia County and not within the city limits.I would not want to try and deal with this business for the whole process of purchasing a home and placing it on our land, if they dont even want to show the homes. I never got anybodys name because we werent inside more than 5 minutes.

My wife and I have been very well pleased with every aspect of the home buying process! Maria has been with us throughout the entire experience and I truly believe we are where we are today because of her passion and expertise of the process! We have been pleasantly surprised with the whole experience! It has been a pleasure working with Maria!

Bought our single wide here. Had some issues, but we took care of some and their maintenance guy came out and fixed the big stuff. Big thank you to James for walking us through this and helping me keep my sanity! Go see him if youre looking for a manufactured home. *come visit us James!

I strongly suggest that you dont buy from these people, they only care about the sale and not the customer. They will lie and tell you that you can have something and then dont give it to you then they all gang up on you like you are a criminal just becasuse you fuss about not getting what you assked for. Now you look at the house, I have seen dog houses built better this house is falling apart. The cabinets are so cheaply made that lm sure they wont hold your dishes, just be careful if you buy from them because they are just after your money

Barely been a year and vinyl siding is coming off my trailer, they didnt lock all pieces in and when I found a couple pieces not right they just moved pieces in question until I didnt see them, but today 14 months after brand new trailer bought Im having to call vinyl siding crews to replace pieces, already had to have a roofer come and seal vent pipes that were leaking noticed mold inside home 3 months after we moved in, horrible company with no care about the buyers, BEWARE OF CLAYTON HOMES OF CRESTVIEW

I bought a home from Clayton Homes about two years ago. My home is absolutely beautiful but dealing with this company was a nightmare! The person who sold me this home paid pretty much no attention to anything I said! I told him we had a septic tank but we are on city sewer so the septic tank isnt in use, he sent out someone to pump our septic tank. I told him I didnt want to include my land in the package and he wrote up the paperwork to include the land anyway. I took a bath in the bathtub once and it wouldnt drain anymore, they sent out a plumber and said that its because my hair stopped up the drain. I took ONE bath! The entire home had the wrong floors. None of the sinks or tubs had working plugs. The shower drainage had to be completely redone. I didnt have skirting for over a month. When the shady contractors came out to hook up my water they left and my pit bull puppy mysteriously disappeared. There was never a hole cut out for my dryer. You cant be nice to these people and get anything done. If you dont call and complain to a manager or show your butt you wont get anything done. I would never, ever, ever recommend them!

Mostly large double-wides. We are looking for a small single-wide. Nice homes but not what we were looking for.

Tried to purchase a home from them. Signed paperwork and put down huge deposit. Was told it would be built in 3 months. Waited the three months and called them to check on it. They tried to tell me how back ordered they are and havent even started on my home and it would be a minimum of 6 more weeks. They wouldnt renegotiate the price so I asked for a refund. Now I have to wait for that. If a company gives you a date of completion they need to do better on keeping that date.

Drove 4 hours to this lot to see homes listed on their website as in stock and none of them were there. No one came to talk to us while we were looking. Once we walked to the officer to ask about the models we came to see staff gave no help at all other than telling us we could view them online.

Homes are nice but small bedroom need more bedroom space

Buy from these clowns & wait three months for them to set it up. They demand the monthly payment for a unlivable home. Could of had my home built & occupied quicker & cheaper.

I bought a home from them in 1998 brand new. Had huge amounts of problems after just a few years. There is no barrrier between the vinyl siding and the sheathing (wood osb) causing extensive damage with even the smallest amout of mositure. And no felt paper under the singles on the roof agin causing huge headaches and leaks. As well as the ac unit not properly draining the water out.

Called them a few days ago and they were RUDE . Then I looked on google and noticed all their great reviews .

The selection on lot doesnt compare to the competition. Ive been in the market for over a year and have been to Clayton homes 3 times in a year to see if they might have different models come in and they dont.

Maria in sales is rude.... if you have to deal with her, I highly suggest shopping somewhere else. Once she was paid, she was no longer working for you.

But when you sign papers on a home they never call you to give you updates

Terrible experience and will never buy from them again! They dont care about the quality of a home just the money.

Drove over an hour to go speak with someone and see the properties. We vied the homes alone then they told us to have a seat. After 30 minutes of waiting we left. We could not even find anyone or the person that told us to have a seat.

The person that help us wasnt very honest.
