We came here to view homes and see what was available. Chad has been wonderful. He stayed in touch though I told him we were just starting to look. I have my home bought through Chad, it is already set up on the property almost ready for us to move into it. I was approved by the neighboring facility as well have never heard from them again. Had a great home buying experience. The financing process was trying, but they never gave up on us and their hard work put my family in a 5 bedroom 3 bath home. Our experience was quiet unpleasant. First off, we did end up getting into the home finally and we love the home but we didnt like how we had to really work at it and do alot of work by ourself using our savings money we were trying to save for our newborn daughter. We did the home and land package. They never asked us how we wanted the house put on the land or the orientation of the house on the property. We actually had to pay more money to have the house moved to the proper side of the land. Also, they kept tacting on exact exspenses after we had sign for our loan, trying to make us rush through loan signing process. I assume to meet quota. After signing for the loan it is almost impossible to get answers or correct time frames on when things will get done. We were trying to get in the house before our newborn came but didnt happen.Secondly, we needed a lift station. They dont include that with plumbing so we had to pay for that as well. They were going to make us pay the full price of the lift station but we did manage to talk them into paying half the price. I ended up calling their plumber to get our plumbing setup, the plumber was a great guy, came out late one night to do our house to help us out.Thirdly, Like i said before, we ended up pushing to get stuff done by going to outside sources. Dont expect any timeframe they say to be true and tact on about 3 to 6 month to the move in date

I purchasec a Live Oak Manufactured Home from Family Home Center in Crestview, FL in 2016. I had a wonderful purchase experience with Anthony, but after the sale he left and it was difficult to get calls back. Let me say that the Live Oak home is a beautiful home, but after a year, I have learned they take some short cuts on their plumbing and it is not the end of the world but you should know in case it is important to you. They use a 1 1/2 inch PVC in the plumbing, and it is fine in the sinks, but in the tub this is not a good design. The tub drains very slow so when you shower you are standing in dirty water. I kept thinking something was wrong, but it is not, this is their design and it sucks. They are aware of their bad design and that is why I got pushed around for a year or so. I am sure I can hire someone to change out the tub pipe to a 2 or 3 inch pvc and everything will work as it should. I really think they could find a way to just use the larger pvc in the tubs. One of their workers who is no longer there said they had never seen a company use such small pvc for the tub and there were many complaints on this tub issues. Ok folks there you have it.

I bought a trailer from them almost four months ago and it is still not finished. It has been sitting on my property for three months with no progress made at all. I have a trailer with no permits no keys no paperwork but I have a $900.00 a month payment that I am still required to pay even though the trailer is NOT allowed to be lived in per the city. No power no water no skirting no plumbing. Do yourself a favor and go somewheres else.
