Over the years we have found David with Billco Appliance to be very knowledgeable, honest and extremely reasonably priced. We phone him when we have trouble with ANY of our appliances. He always returns call promptly, asks specific questions and can easily identify the problem. Then, he has either brought the part he felt was needed with him (and has always been right), made suggestions over the phone on how to reset the appliance (fixing the problem and saving us a visit) or recommended we purchase another appliance (saving us charges for a service call he knows will not fix the problem)We HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone!

Dave is awesome! He listened to me describe my problem and provided a diagnosis. Gave me advice on how to lessen the impact of damage to my fridge until someone else could get out there (as he was booked). Walked me through how to do it and gave me the number of someone to call that could get there quicker. All at no cost. Really hard to find service as good as this.

When I called, and had a bad connection, Dave immediately called me back and wrote down my fridge model number. In between two other service calls, he discovered he didnt have the right part and made sure he could get it first thing in the morning. He showed up, did the job, and for under $200 got my fridge running again. THEN he called a few hours later to check on things.Great service, great price!
