Shopping with them for years. Needs better customer service. Rude and impatient.

Great appliance parts supplier. They are always my vendor of choice.

This company is a joke. I order a part A MONTH AGO. It was one day shipping I still have yet to get this part, when I call they keep saying they can see that the part is moving now. They are wont refund the money until I ship them the part back. I cannot ship a part I do not have. I would NEVER recommend them to someone.

Tried to take a Core back that was purchased before their policy conveniently changed. Local rep was useless and so was their customer service rep when I called. I hope Marcone enjoys the loss of business over a simple fix because I will not buy from them untill this is resolved.
