Morgan does a fantastic job and I request for her to assist us every time we bring our car in. She’s always working hard to get our car repaired on time as scheduled and she is great at communicating whether it’s phone, text or email.

Went there to get an appraisal on my 2018 X2 and they low balled me. The day before I went on Kelly blue book and was offered around $30k, I go to Plaza today and was told my car was only worth $18k and supposedly thats for very good or excellent condition. But since I was there I decided to get my windshield wipers replaced. I bought them last year from Plaza and theyre already worn. So a couple of weeks ago I called and was told my wipers were under a two year warranty. BUT was told today the wipers are seen as a wear item like tires so I would have to pay to have them replaced! Very odd seeing if I were to go to Napa or Auto Zone, etc. I would have a warranty on them. Even with my tires (that I bought from Dobbs) I have a 50,000 mile warranty on them....soooooo how are wipers seen as a wear item like tires. So if I bought tires from Plaza there wouldnt be a warranty on them?! Thats the impression I got so with that being said I will never do business again with Plaza....

Great customer service came in for my oil change was in and out in less than an hour even with 3 cars ahead of me,,

I came here in June 2020 to service my BMW I purchased in 2018 because I had ONE flat tire. They convinced me during this visit that all my tires looked bad and I should replace all 4 of them. I know nothing about cars and I drive a lot in the city, plus the guy that sat me down seemed concerned that it was in the best interest of my safety to have them replaced so I agreed. Well, I just learned how to read the DOT manufacture date on tires and realized that the front 2 tires were made in 2020, and the back 2 tires are the ORIGINAL ones I had from 2018. I am incredibly disappointed with the dishonesty of this dealership. I live 5 minutes from here but never again will they get my business and I will be placing a complaint with the BBB. Shame on me for not being a more informed consumer, but shame on them for for robbing people. You are the reason women hate getting their cars worked on.

Morgan at Plaza BMW was very helpful and courteous.

The service at Plaza BMW is always great. I wouldnt go anywhere else when it comes to BMW service and sales.
