Disappointing to say the least.Flew in to buy a pre-owned truck. Signed all the papers and headed home 900 miles away. The truck broke down 30 minutes later and 16 miles away from the dealership. Not really the dealerships fault the truck broke down and that in itself although disappointing was not really that big of a problem, but what happened next is.Limped it back to the dealership and then struggled to get my money back. The Used car Manager did not want to refund my money. He was rude, dis-engaging, and unapologetic. He had little interest or concern that I had flown in from out of town and was now stuck. Nor that I was leaving the dealership without buying a truck. The Used Car Manger was the problem. Rude, just really poor manners and people skills. I struggled to get them to even give me a ride back to the airport. You would think after buying 2 plane tickets that would be high on their list. A little common courtesy would have gone a long way.Not sure the other locations are like this but Weber Chevrolet Creve Coeur is where this happened.

During Covid 19 they wanted to charge me $3000.00 for steering gear assembly with parts and labor included for my 2018 Chevy Impala. I read up on it and seen that quite a few of these vehicles have this issue. So I took my car back to the dealership where I purchased it and they charged me $1100.00 parts and labor included. They replaced my rack and pinion and did a wheel alignment. I am now back on the road and I saved myself $1900.00.

Had a wonderful experience working with Mike Busch! He was patient and so helpful. Buying a car is so stressful and he put me at ease and helped me get exactly what I wanted and we had fun doing it!

Good service

While filling my windshield washer fluid I noticed a large amount of coolant fluid leaking from my reservoir where the hose connects to it from the engine. I called the service department that afternoon and the nice lady said to bring the car in first thing in the morning at 7am. I did so and was treated with complete professionalism and care. Within one hour the part was replaced, coolant refilled, and I was back on the road heading home. Thank you sincerely for those that repaired my car and also for the professional care I received from Shawn Chambless.. Oh and uh.. The free coffee and blueberry donut were a great while watching the news as well. 8)

An hour for them to tell me there was a nail in my tire. Duh, told them that when I brought it I. An hour later, I m still waiting them to fix it. The tire wasnt flat, it wasnt even leaking. Really? Over two hours? Just bought the car three weeks ago, from a different dealer. Less than 2k on that tire. I wont be back to this one ever, nor will I refer anyone here.

Little pricey for repairs

Do not go. Do not go. Do not go. Three interactions with the service and parts departments. Each time they seemed to fight over who could do the least, give the most misinformation, and cause the most people waiting to throw up their arms and leave. Several of us truly began to wonder if it was a game.
