This Starbucks definitely used to be a bank or insurance office. It doesnt have your typical Starbucks decor or vibes. With that said, it is a big location with plenty of seating, inside and out. I had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for some coffee consistency.When I was inside, there was a woman painting portraits at a table and it was really cool that there was some unique flavor here. There were also friends meeting, people working, and moms with kids. A really good mix of everything at this location.I got my usual and it came out promptly and I was on my way. I did not see a drivethrough but there was ample parking, There is no reason to give this Starbucks less than 5 stars.

Nice and clean place but busy at least at Friday 11am . Only 3 tables outside and it was It was too crowded inside. It took up to 13 minutes to get my order.

I have been coming to this location for over 2 years. Usually my experience is pleasant because I play my order through the app and pick up my coffee. I know most of the regulars and they know me. The last 3 Saturdays I have come inside because my daughter lives the experience if ordering the coffee. All 3 times a young lady with very pink hair has taken my order, it takes her a very ling time to get it right in her register and she has needed help from an associate. I thought maybe the 1st two times she was training and was patient, today the 3rd time she asked me the same questions about my order 5 times and only managed to out through my daughters drink and not mine. After waiting for 10 minutes and seeing that mine was not being made, I said something to the woman behind the counter and left. I wont be coming back. It’s very inconvenient to have these experiences and it isn’t pleasant for me or my child. God bless her little heart, however, when you come in for a service and coffee and continuously do not get it then it’s time to move on. Plenty of other Starbucks locations some not as convenient as this one but this ruins a persons day.

Overall okay starbucks like most others. have spots for drink pickups and a few other spots close by. they were training a new barista the day I went in so did take a little for drink to be done and it was alright for what it wasbaristas were friendly overall and the visit was as expected for a neighborhood Starbucks

I love Starbucks but this location is the worst one I’ve been to. It sucks when page and ball is closed because then I have no choice but to come here. I asked for a Frappuccino with coconut milk and I got a slushee without any toppings. Normally I’m asked if I would like it. So I knew something was gonna happen when they didn’t. I never have any problems with Starbucks except when I come here. Would love to see them do better.

Super friendly, bummer there wasnt a drive thru but it was worth walking in to interact with the staff. Coffee was great & the warm banana nut bread was delicious.

Customer service was horrible everyone was very rude. My drink orders were wrong and when I politely asked a barista to fix it all he said was “I didn’t make it in the first place” and just sat the cup next to the barista that did all she did to fix the drink was throw some whipped cream in…not much of a fix.

Tough with no drive through and a small parking lot but staff is friendly and courteous.

Starbucks a Great place to have a meeting or working on your laptop or grab a quick snack or a quick drink relaxing indoors or out doors!!!!

Very busy - two baristas working, but seemed to be one short. Customers visibly taken out of order. Out of Splenda (how does that happen?) and ameracano marginally drinkable. Havent been to this one in years and probably wont be back.

Theyre always busy, not too fast, and just a bit overpriced- but what did you expect? Its Starbucks. My main complaint is that they dont always understand simple English; and they seem to resent refusal to use their internal lingo. When you need mediocre coffee so badly it doesnt matter that it will take 20 minutes and $12, you already know what to do. Support the locals; theyre cheaper, better, faster, and they speak the same language we all agreed on.

When I order a Refresher, I would like more Refresher & less ice. $5 wasted.

It took a bit to get my order, but they were pretty busy. Other than that my drinks were great!

Rip-off, $0.25 more for every drink than most other Starbucks in the area. Did Starbucks really think daily customers wouldnt notice that little secret? Its not taxes, because this city does not have such a huge tax gap that would cause a 25 cent difference between stores. Its corporate greed.

You might wish there was a drive-thru but if you can past that and appreciate the unique, modern architecture, you will enjoy your latte that much more.

My drinks are always made wrong when I order ahead. I’ll order a cold coffee I get a hot one I order hot I get a cold frappe. The staff there are decent but the manager there is rude.

Too quick for me. if youre extremely in a hurry or business person working and running.

Wish they had a drive through, but truth be told they always have my drinks at the ready super quick and are very friendly!

This Starbucks is pretty great. The person thats there to get people their drinks has learned who I am even though Ive been wearing a mask since I started going there. However, they do occasionally mess up my fiancées order of a London Fog Tea Latte, usually forgetting to add the vanilla syrup and once also forgetting the milk. Its not a super popular drink so I get it, but its happened even when I ask for extra vanilla. Other than that though, this is a great store

I love this Starbucks. Its made my list of the top 3 locations in St Louis. Everyone is kind, and drinks are served quickly and correctly. I only wish there was a drive thru and better parking, but thats not the baristas fault

Very nice location, and the baristas were very accomodating.I would give it 5 stars but in light of the ongoing covid nonsense they still wont let you dine indoors. Which Im sure is State policy(not a law). When they get fully operational, I will change it to five stars.

Dirty tables in and out. Server was rude and forgot some of our order it was only 3 things.

I miss sitting in the dining room while sipping my caramel macchiato, but the baristas still make them as tasty as ever.

Starbucks drinks are always good here! The breakfast sandwiches and pastries are mediocre, but it’s hard to find a really good bakery. I really like their Pumpkin Spiced Latte, Caramel Frappuccino, and Iced Green Tea Latte.

Quite busy at this location especially without a drive-thru. Not sure why but I ordered 2 drinks and one came out rather quickly but the other quite some time before it was ready. The first drink out was cooling down while I was waiting. I still gave them 4 stars because of the quality.

Typical Starbucks, in a good way. Courteous and professional staff. No drive-thru. Super busy every time I go. They really need to rework the interior to better accommodate online order pickup -- Its a tiny counter in a corner and sometimes it is not staffed with someone organizing and calling out names.

Feel free to ask Omar, Phillip, and Keith why they wont be seeing much pink and green again since clearly I am safer at a Starbucks in the Barnes & Noble in Ladue where Im invited along with my service dog. Thank you for showing me what I left in 2015 after I hallucinated for the first time in a place of work. I cant imagine what it would have been like to work there during a busy rush where I was treated the way I was treated as a customer.

Food was rubbery and bland. Coffee was weak.

Usually a good place for coffees and such but lately the drive thru service has been a little slow. However, I have noticed the friendlier customer service. Maybe things will speed up later. Ill give them more time to get it right.

Im not trying to be a Karen, but when I went there, they got 2 out of the 3 drinks I ordered wrong and they were talking about me behind the counter. Im a partner as well, and I know how partners are supposed to behave. It was kind of a rude experience.

Should have listened to the reviews. This is the WORST Starbucks. Terribly slow. After 20min of waiting for my drink (purposely didn’t customize so it would be easier) I left empty handed. Multiple orders were messed up ahead of mine. Though the place is covered with signs from corporate about masks, this was not at all enforced. Employees and customers did not have masks that covered their mouth and noes. One employee approached me within 2ft while half wearing her mask. To top it off, employees were making light of a death that happened recently at a near by Starbucks.

This is the 3rd farthest Starbucks from my house and I only come here because the staff is so professional and nice every single time. Also shoutout to Darrond for holding it down in the rushes he’s gotta be ex military or something

Worst experience ever. I ordered drink and asked for no ice. the cashier smirked at me, thinking I am asking to much??????? and then, the person who were working on my drink kept asking me how to make a drink. like you want oat-milk on top of the espresso shots? what else do you want? i know what you ordered. just tell me how you want me to make it. I cant believe he did not know how to make a drink without ice.. what a surprise.I am not going ask no ice unless they always give a full cup of ice. I tried to ask less ice, but i still ends up with a full cup of ice... HORRIBLE Experience here. I will never go to this store again.

Always prompt service, even when they are swamped with mobile orders and the morning rush. Friendly, quick and accurate. Small space, but if you can find an open chair or table its a great little hang out spot to catch up on things or just relax for a few.

Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve had at a coffee shop. I and an entire room full of people spent 50 minutes waiting for a drink with a 10 month old in my arms. The customer service face to face was fine but the wait time, seriously. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

The gentleman making our drinks was nice and courteous even after having to remake a drink. The purple haired barista didnt correctly take our order, and when we sent a drink back, she argued that we didnt say that the first time, as she turned away. We did, however, and there was no need to argue even after I said it was a simple mistake.

Starbucks is known for it consistent proven customer service from place to place. This Starbucks is not typical. Takes forever to get your order placed and even longer for them to make it. Its closest to me but I will drive the extra distance to not go here.

So Keith is supposed to the be manager dont ask me how. Not only will he blatantly lie to you on the phone, hell lie to your face. Ive have never had anyone for no reason at all lie to me then try and make it my fault that they lied. He tells me that theyre sold out of something only for me to send someone to the location, and they buy me that exact drink. Then he says he went and got the mixes to make the drink in the 90 seconds that it took to send someone down there. To make things even worse he tells me theyve been sold out for months. Now mind you I got the drink in my hand that he tells me theyve been sold out of for months. Not only are they not sold out I got two of them last Saturday. Then he trys to bring in someone else that works there to lie with him about them not having it. Bottom line is this I wouldnt let him run me across the street let alone run my business.

Do not order specialty drinks because the baristas will talk and make fun of it. They talked about mine right in front of me, just because I needed the extra shots after working 12hr shifts, been up all night with a sick child, and needed the extra energy to go to class. Way to make your customers feel special!

WiFi fast enough to get good work doneAs an added bonus, there is that light sound of people conversing and drinks being made that just puts me in a good mood.Pretty sure that Ive still never ordered a coffee from the place because I dont drink it. I have ordered just about everything else. I cant go there and not get anything; its like leaving a brother hanging. Great atmosphere, only problem was that I couldnt hear my name called. Not that it was loud, I was in spot where sound doesnt travel well.

Friendly staff. Drinks are as you would expect from any Starbucks. The building is clearly an old bank which gives it some charm and its not your typical cookie-cutter Starbucks that you see everywhere. Parking is a little difficult as is entry and exit to/from the parking lot. Overall a pretty good location, Olive @ Craig. 4/5 stars

I used to get my lunch there everyday until today. After an unusual long wait of 20 minutes just to get my tea. I told the barista that I needed to get back to work and couldn’t wait any longer, I was then confronted by him saying that he couldn’t believe me my tea because it would be unfair for the other people waiting (out load in front of everyone else) I told him that it wasn’t necessary, that I just needed a refund. He then asked me “Why would you come in here if you don’t have enough time?!” I tried to explain him I’ve never waited more that 20 minutes for a tea before at any Starbucks...SO I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO STARBUCKS SINCE IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT!

Ordered a coffee with espresso, 30 minutes later I walked up and asked, apparently they had forgotten. Bad organization system. Really late now.

Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is excellent. They took what looks like an old bank building (or something like that) and really did well with it. Good work!

The only con for this place is there is no drive through.

Starbucks needs a bigger shop at this location Entry and exit difficult on the parking lotService levels suffer as a result of limited staffing. Orders come out wrong. A smart true coffee house could make inroads on their lack of space and sometimes frenetic environment. Really a 2 1/2!

It was a Starbucks. Got there about 10:45. Took about 7 minutes to get our drinks (2 drinks)It was a cold rainy day outside and was pretty chilly inside. Most people still wearing or put back on coats inside the building.It is a smaller building and all tables, couches and chairs were full.Drinks were average.

Takes forever to get your order whether they are busy or not. Its a hit or a miss whether your mobile order is correct or not.

Workers were nice and fast to take my order, but the store was in horrible condition. Stuff was all over the floor, chairs weren’t with there assigned tables, and trash was on the floors.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to.Ive been a gold card member for nearly 5 years now, so Ive been to my fair share of Starbucks. I walked in while there was nobody in line or waiting and stood there for several minutes before anyone took my order. I understand having to wait if theyre busy or something, but one of the baristas stood there for several minutes not doing anything before finally taking my order. Both of them were rude about the order (I was ordering for someone else and had the exact instructions on a text I showed them) and threw it im front of me when it was finally done. I brought the coffee back only to find out they messed up the order. There are plenty of Starbucks in the area. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the others.
