Friendly staff at front desk. They always make sure the food area is clean. However, the food dividers near the froyo machines has cobwebs, dirt, and dust in it. I wanted to use one but it was dirty.

Great healthier option over ice cream but still plenty of of unhealthy toppings and options. Great fun serve yourself style.

We drove 15 minutes to get to this location becuase we saw online that they close at 10 and we got there at 9:02 so it could be closed !!! Very disappointed

I’ve been eating at this FroYo (among other locations) for several years now. It’s one of my family’s favorite treat places since moving to Creve Coeur. The flavors are delicious (especially since they don’t have that icky artificial flavoring taste like other frozen yogurt places I’ve tried), there are many toppings to choose from, and I enjoy eating this frozen treat all year round. Will definitively continue to eat here as long as they have the good business and quality ingredients they do now. Only downside is the price, it’s a little pricey to fill your cup is about $9.Tl;dr- delicious, consistently good service, pricey, would recommend.

Fro NO. Do not go to fro-yo. I use to like this place a lot more but over the years theyve clearly tried to cut costs by cutting quality and its shows in the flavors, if you can call it that. Very plastic and artificial tasting, something you would expect in a gas station soft serve machine or other very cheap ice cream. The flavor and the texture of the product here is way below what other great ice cream/frozen yogurt businesses offer. The staff is rude and they are very skeet with the sample cups. They would only give 1-2 tiny paper sample cups out upon request ONLY, which I saw didnt prevent people from getting more samples only encourage them to re-use them (gross and what a great way to spread disease). Thanks to froyos cheapness with sample cups the only thing their serving up here is the flu with a topping of communicable & contiguous diseases. Pass on this place and check on the other great self-serve ice cream shops in the area.The majority of the crowd here are children with under-developed taste buds covering the garbage quality ice cream with a mountain of toppings. Which makes sense cause even dog poo could be made to taste good after covering it with enough caramel, chocolate and toppings

Fine. Good as any other frozen yogurt place, I guess. I like that their toppings arent ONLY crushed candy bars. They have some fresh fruit and granola to add. And their flavors seem to rotate a little and offer something for everyone though the taste of their frozen yogurt just isnt right for me.My real complaint is this: unless you are there at peak hours, the employees are always in the back and the tasting cups are behind the counter. I have been to other FroYo and they are the same. Walk in and wait until someone comes up front (sometimes you have to call to them) to give you a tasting cup. How expensive are they that they need to be protected. How much work needs to be done in the back that they are never in the front greeting. Makes me always feel like I am burdening them with my business.

I know this place deserves a better rating. The store was packed full of kids and grandparents, but no staff keeping up the place. It was just the cashier (who was extremely nice) and missing toppings, kids eating from the dispensers, and tables sticky enough to catch flies.

The best healthiest dessert ever with a wide choice of flavours and toppings. Little cups allow you to taste before filling your cup of delight. The weight of the cup determines the prices. Toppings can be imaginative or plain fruits with chocolate chips. End result is a healthy frozen dessert.

We did not complete our order because the gal preparing our order only had a glove on right hand and used her ungloved left hand to hold the cup and her long thumbnail held the inside of the cup. Then she put her ungloved hand on the top rim of the cup to move it to the pay station. Very unsanitary, germy and COVID risky too. We could have self served mire sanitary than that!!

The frozen yogurt here is good, there were several flavors to choose from but two of the dispensers were empty. Lots of toppings to choose from. I wouldnt say this place is exceptional or unique but if you want fro yo its a fine place to go.

I used to be here weekly until this giant gnat issue. I tried again tonight in the cold. They are absolutely everywhere on you. Your food. The table. All of us were swatting away. So at this point this location is a no go.

An easy pick what you want yourself and pay for what you get. Great value and tastes with all sorts of flavorful toppings. Delicious.

Me and my family had to rush through our treat because of an excessive gnat problem they are expierencing. There are no warning signs or anything reporting the issue. I was very displeased as we spent most of time after purchasing our yogurt swatting at the insects and wondering if theyve been resting on the toppings that are all laying out uncovered. When we were finally able to get the attention of an employee all she said was oh yeah, were aware of the situation. And walked away. We only stayed 15 minutes and that was only because it took that long to get someones attention. It will be a while before i return due to this disgusting incident.

If they are going to charge 15 bucks for froyo.... they need to clean this disgusting place before doing so. This place is gross. They have like 8 flavors, some interesting toppings... and no cleaning supplies apparently.

The treats are great, but when you have bugs flying around you from the moment you reach for a bowl till the time you attempt to pay, it ruins the experience quite a bit to say the least#GetRidOfTheBugs
