Super shop day! Checking Lowes & Pattersons for a new dryer with delivery & take away old one, I got the best deal at Crossville Tire & appliance. $20 more for the same dryer but free pickup & delivery still saved me money! Also was able to get 6 month interest free financing! I like supporting our smaller businesses and was happy to give them my money! Friendly people (Hi Theresa!), no pressure, professional and fair. Will definitely shop there again!

Stopped in Crossville to grab some gas on our way to Maryville, when we noticed on 1 of our back tires, that wires were showing. Worried about a flat on I40 going threw Knoxville we started looking for a place to get a quick and inexpensive tire. They hooked us with 2 tires plus rotated the new and the older ones. They were fast, friendly, and didnt break the bank. Thanks you guys for being awesome

I needed a new washer and dryer as both of mine had given up the ghost. I went to them on a recommendation from my sister. They had the same washer I had looked at online at Lowes for $100 cheaper. When I asked when they could deliver the set the very nice, helpful lady said 2. I thought she meant 2 days - NO she meant 2 OClock that same day!! What customer service!! The delivery person was very kind and very repectful of my home. He found where my dryer vent was clogged (I just bought my house 1 month ago) and told me how to get it fixed. I highly recommend Crossville Tire & Appliance for their products, customer service and prices.

Seems like an alright place. The front desk guy is usually always on the phone it seems. Dropped our car off to get new tires put on and ask them to call us when they were finished. They never called us. We stopped by to retrieve an item from the car and it was sitting out front ready to go....Other than no notification to pick the car up, all else seemed okay.

I had a tire fall apart driving down the road. After putting on the doughnut, I drove to Crossville Tire and Appliance. They gave my a fair price for 4 new tires and put them on quickly. My wait time was 45 minutes total and I dont have a popular tire size so having a good tire in stock was a surprise to me. The staff was professional and personal and somewhat funny.Highly recommend if your in the area.

Awesome place!! I bought a very nice washer and dryer. They’re honest and upfront about the cost no extra surprises like sears! Even the plugs came with it and free delivery! Extremely good service!!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!

Great place for tires. Beat the prices at Sams Club for the same tires. We have purchased appliances there in the past year and there prices beat the local big box stores and with the free install and haul away.
