For nearly 10 years, Brandon and his team have been the greatest. Theyre understanding and with the past year the way it was they worked with my payments. Theyre usually early with deliveries and always getting me the best deals. I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else.

This company and their manager in Crossville, TN (Brandon) and staff (Brittany) are wonderful to work with. I have medical issues which necessitated a power recliner for use while visiting Fairfield Glade Resort for a week. The resort does not have any recliners or chairs with ottomans and I need to elevate my feet for medical reasons, as well as sometimes sleep in a recliner when I cant breathe properly at night. Fairfield Glade suggested calling RAC and right from the first call it was clear they wanted our business and would help us out. Once we arrived in town we went to their center and the manager immediately got started on the paperwork and it was easily completed and we were on our way with the promise that they would deliver the recliner within the hour. They arrived, brought in the recliner and assembled it on site. It was brand new and is power with controls within easy reach and cupholders conveniently located on the armrests. This chair is so comfortable that we are planning to find one in our hometown when we get back after our vacation. We are also going to order one to rent when we travel to Michigan to make my stay there much more comfortable. We will definitely use you again for our vacation needs wherever we travel. It was a joy to work with your company and staff. THANK YOU, Rent-a-Center for an awesome product and for making my stay in Fairfield Glade so much better and more comfortable. I have been renting from them from years. The staff is great! My personal favorite is Brandon. He always makes sure I am purchasing the best products at the best price. Anytime I have talked to Brandon he is always extremely helpful, friendly, & makes you feel like he cares about his customers. Brandon needs a raise because his customer service is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for the best customer service and the best prices with quality service ask for Brandon. You won’t be disappointed! He’s just an honest, nice, funny guy and sometimes I just pay a couple days late so he can call me and I get to talk to him.

This Rent-A-Center is amazing. The staff are by far some of the best! They are friendly and efficient. I hadnt been in in several months, when I walked through the door the other day she said hey Nichole. I was shocked. They didnt have the laptop I had chosen online but she found my something for the same price and honestly its better than the one I had chose! Lol. If you need anything come see them. They are great!

What can i say ??......ive been a customer at this particular store since 2008....why you ask??......dont really know (wink).......because Brandon, Brittany, and the rest of the crew do what few stores do anymore......although yes, it is a business, what i like is.....THEY KEEP IT PERSONAL, you go in there with what your needs are and your budget, if they dont have it, they will go the extra mile to find it.....i also appreciate the fact that you (or anybody else for that matter) can go in for a purchase, make a payment, etc.... you get greeted by name instead of a generic may i help you ??).......all i can say is if youre in need of a rental, purchase, etc.... if you go there and they cant meet your needs, it wont be for lack of effort on their part.....i highly recommend them

I am always able to get the merchandise I want, and if they dont have it in the store they have no problem getting it for me by the next business day. He always lets me know what new things they have in and has talked me into a couple things. Brandon has gone above and beyond what other places wouldnt do and thats why I stay a customer. So overall i would and do recommend them to anybody before going any other place!!!
