FASTSIGNS may have 5 stars but isnt open to working with people from a multicultural background. I understand language barriers exist but immediately calling my Korean born mother ignorant and threatening to call the police because there was a misunderstanding on the agreed design isnt an acceptable form of customer service.Note - When my mother asked for a refund she paid cash but they told her they would mail her the check and decided to give her a check with her name spelt incorrectly and assumed her name was Kim.

I came in with a few safety sign templates. I needed them to be turned into magnetic signs with a few changes. Within a couple days I had a template preview and i had my signs within the week. Great service and great people. Thanks
