All I can say is wow. I’ve been doing exhaust modifications for a looooong time now. And these guys were absolutely fair, nice, and professional. Went in for a muffler delete and dual tips welded on with mandrel bending, and an x pipe welded in. Got there at 8am was gone by 9:15. Welds were perfect not a flaw whatsoever. Enjoyed some small talk and laughs with the manager. I will DEFINITELY be going back and will recommend them to anybody.

The owner of this establishment is truly an automotive master. He gives honest, fair quotes and the work is top quality. I brought in my 2020 challenger scatpack to remove the mid and rear mufflers as well as put on new stainless works mid pipes. The total installation time was maybe an hour. This included custom mandrel bends in high quality stainless steel to replace the mid and rear mufflers.If you need a true professional or are looking for someone to treat you and your car to the highest standards, then look no further and give this joint a shot, you will NOT be disappointed!

Had a noisy exhaust, called to see if an appointment was needed, and they said stop in anytime. I stopped in a short while later. I was concerned that my repair was going to cost a fortune, but it was very very affordable. The bonus is they did the repair to my muffler quick, so I was in and out within a half hour. Couldnt be happier with everything!

What I value most about an auto repair shop is honesty in diagnosing a problem. I had been told my brake booster was bad at a garage close to my house. It sounded unlikely. When the brakes started grinding, I brought it to Quality where I had previously had oil changes. I told Oscar about the booster diagnosis. He just smiled a little, and dismissed it by noting that the opposite of what I described would happen with a bad booster. Most places would tell a customer in my position, yeah, the brake booster failed and ruined the brakes or something like that—to double their money. Not here. As I feared based on what the previous owner had said, I did need new calipers in addition to rotors and pads. The work was done quickly. The brakes are silent—no him or squeaks—and I’m a happy camper because the price for parts and labor was also fair. My shop.

Oscar is so super friendly. He is honest and does not charge for things he doesn’t have to. My engine was misfiring and he tested new coils and plugs in case those were the issue, they weren’t, so he put back my non-offending parts and didn’t charge me for the new parts. The work they do really is quality, and you’ll also get the best deal in town.

I have two older cars that if taken to a retail chain place, they would charge an arm and a leg. These guys at Quality Muffler are an honest outfit, very reasonably priced and do good work. They dont oversell more services that are not necessary, just goes to the root of problem and gives you a quote. They are my go to.

Pulled up to the shop with my 6-speed Miata. It could barely make it up the hill and there was no engine light whatsoever. Within a few hours they contacted me and had found a bad muffler AND a bad clutch assembly. Fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price and now shes running like a champ. They were even able to re-attached my modified tail pipe!Few days later, I brought my Toyota Corolla 2001 that has been showing the P0420 error for years. They replaced the Cat within the same day and again for a very reasonable cost!The customer service was very friendly and gave thorough explanations of the issues and kept in good contact. Very reasonable cost and quick service!They also will install any parts you order and bring to them!Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend!

This is possibly the most honest car repair place in the area. They only do the work you need. They dont try to up-sell you on every little thing. If you only need part of the muffler fixed, they dont tell you, you need a completely new exhaust system. Fast, reliable, very fairly priced. I recommend them to everyone!

Called the shop looking at installing a flowmaster muffler (supplied my own parts). quoted me a price stood by his price even tho he didnt know it was single in duel out exhaust. He said he could do it if i made it there by 5pm Showed up 15 minuets early. Had my tuck on rack by 5 done 35 40 minuets. I brought my own clamps thinking he would use them. he didnt use my clamps and welded my exhaust in. He stated he only welded never used clamps. The owner great guy will be retuning for more work on my truck. THANK YOU EXTREMELY PLEASED A+++++
