I always love visiting Fannie May whenever Im in town and today was the best yet! Devin was so knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right gift items for me to purchase, but more importantly he was just such a joy to meet! I wish everyone were so kind and helpful as he is! Also the chocolates were as tasty as ever!

I was shocked at the lack of friendly staff at this location. I have been enjoying Fannie May chocolate since I was a child. I always buy pixies and the meltaways for special occasions. I regularly shop local or family owned. Not only were they out behind the counter they didnt have any on the shelf. The sales girl promptly turned her back on me when I asked if they were out. The sign on the doors were expired so that sale was over. With Covid I expected them to also follow the allowed limit of shoppers in the building. You couldnt stand in one spot and be 6 ft away from anyone. Never will I be going out of my way to visit this location. Besides, Jewel is always in stock and at this time of year 9.99 for 14oz.

This place consistently has the best, freshest chocolates and very nice friendly staff. Free samples dont hurt either!

Absolutely the best dark chocolate anywhere. Family owned and I think this is now the 4th generation. Excellent chocolate, wonderful people.

Very clean, friendly, and professional atmosphere. I was helped by Devyn and he was wonderful! I dont know anything about chocolates and he was very helpful with any questions I had. A tiny bit pricey but the quality is worth it!

Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is they have cutdown on the selection of chocolates.

I was attended by a employee named Lauren. She was fantastic as describing the chocolates to me and all my questions. I highly suggest to go here for their wonderful customer experience.

The candy shop is kept perfectly clean - impt with purchasing food. The staff is always so friendly & tries hard to be helpful.
