Went in looking to switch services and get a family plan with Boost. I wanted to bring over an iPhone XS and person at the desk explained to me that there would be limited service to see if it could be brought over. I said ok, go ahead and check, and I kept getting circular answers. They basically told me they would not check to see if they could bring over my iPhone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE.

This place was a waste of time. We were better off going to Best Buy. And Best Buy down the street actually had nicer newer options for less.Only one of the two employees at this store knew anything about the phones, and they only wanted cash... Very uncomfortable experience,so glad we walked out.

Went in to buy an iPhone 8, came out a lot cheaper than I expected because of some deals they had. The big guy behind the desk was super nice.

I just purchased an iphone 6 from this store. The gentleman was so completely helpful and answered all my questions, and activated/transfered my phone #. Was very quick and efficient .
