I broke my MacBook laptop screen which I heavily rely on for work and thought I would have to go buy a new computer right away. I called my friend, Jeff Lord, and he highly recommended them. I took my computer in right away, they ordered the screen and when the screen came in, I made an appt pretty quickly. I brought it in for an hour or two and it was done. The majority of the cost came from the screen and I was pleasantly surprised at how little they charged for the actual labor. Highly recommend!!

Needed a fix for a phone not charging properly. Not only did they get everything necessary for a full part replacement ordered right away, but they ended up able to fix the original part faster and didnt charge for the parts ordered. Fantastic customer service, and fast but thorough work done.

I walked into X-Tek a hot mess due to my phone downloading weird stuff ... and I couldnt stop it. Jacob came to my rescue, noticing my volume switch was all jacked up. In a few moments he was able to figure out the problem and fix it!! He is amazing and X-Tek is the best place to get stuff fixed !!

My husband and I had purchased a Wii through X-Tek. When we got it, it worked one time and after it stopped working. Turned out it was a software issue. We sent the Wii back to X-Tek, they fixed the issue quickly and kept us informed on what was going on with it. Definitely recommend going to them for any of your repair needs.

I went to three different places trying to fix my phone. Nine of them could do it. They did in 5 minutes at X-Tek. The guys were very helpful and tray their best. They didnt give up! Thank you so much!

I had a broken screen on my cell phone. They said they could fix it, or get me a new phone. I asked them to fix it. It was fixed quickly, but people have a very hard time hearing me. I took it back in and they said it was fine. I went a week before being forced to take it back in again. They said it was fine, but they would look at it. There was an issue, and they were able to fix it without a charge. When I picked it up here was a scratch on the brand new screen. The gentleman helping me called the technician that worked on the phone. He said he scratched it while while working on it. They didnt offer to fox it again, or refund me. Theres also a small indentation that Im assuming is causing my battery to die quicker. No one followed up with me. If youre looking to purchase something from them, that has already been refurbished by someone else, you may be okay. I would not recommend to take your belongings in to get fixed after the multiple problems and service I received. I dont have any recommendations for another store, but at the moment Ill be sure to inform everyone of my experience before they make the same mistake I did.

Although they were able to repair my headset, the lead tech there called and advised me that it would be cheaper to buy a refurbished unit and returned my headset to me at no charge. They have friendly staff and great customer service.

I recently shattered the screen on my LG G4 phone, but George was able to replace it very quickly. He responded to my initial request for a quote within a couple of hours, and a few days later the screen he ordered arrived. He was able to replace my screen a few hours later and everything is working well.I was very happy with the level of service and quick handling of this repair.

Went in for a screen repair for my IPhone 6. Nothing worked afterward, as far as hardware connected to the screen.The man at the counter told me that virtually every screw was loose, and asked me if the phone was an insurance replacement, which it was. I was grateful that he tightened the screws. Hence, the extra star.I dont know if these companies generate revenue by salvaging parts, but it seemed that absolutely noting worked after having my screen replaced.When I came in, I informed the man at the counter that neither my touch-ID nor my proximity locator (?? sensor that makes your touch-screen inoperable while while the phone is to you ear) were working.I came back in to the store within an hour of the repair to explain what was wrong with the phone. All I got back was tech-talk, and how my phone had been repaired previously.Everything operated as it should before the screen was replaced.Hopefully, someone has had a better experience

I went in to have my iPhone fixed because it would not charge. I handed the phone over, and less than five minutes later was given it back completely fixed. I wanted to pay for the repair, but was told that it was a quick fix and that no payment was needed. Great and honest customer service at X-Tek.

George and his crew have been able to repair phones and computers for my family for some time. They are very knowledgeable and stand behind their work. So nice to have such a great service nearby.

Last year I took my motorola Cell phone to be repaired for a battery that was not Charging. in the process I was told that the back cover needed to be replaced. When they repaired the phone one of the phone cameras got disabled, then finally after nearly 2 weeks I was told that they could not be able to repair it. the back cover was not suppose to be expensive but they still kept the difference of my deposit (no refund) back to me from the reminder of the money from the back cover plus a bit of labor. no refund on the difference they still owe me, and they never contacted me back or mail me a refund. my phone still wont work, my camera got disable by their intervention and they kept some of my money i will not ever endorse or recommend these people. their management in the money and customer relations is terrible. dont do it I found better places like one on Route 47.

These guys are great. I brought my iPhone 7 here to have my shattered screen repaired. It only took about 45 minuets but afterwards I had some more problems, but these guys quickly resolved it. They were very friendly as well. I would recommend X-Tekto others. Thanks again guys!
