I have never shopped in an Amish furniture store before, but have wanted to for years. The styles and quality are impressive. As a family who builds our own projects with wood, we appreciate quality work when we see it. We ordered furniture for 2 rooms, with plans to order another bedroom set in a few months. Glad was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to work with.

The staff at the store were extremely helpful. I was looking for a dining table that matched the hutch that I had purchased at a store in Chicago 6 years earlier. The matching table was too big for my new smaller home and was being used elsewhere. I didn’t realize that this store was also operated by the now closed Chicago store. When I told Glad about my purchase 6 years ago she offered to try to find the old order and she found it! I needed a custom sized table for my new smaller space and was able to order the exact size I needed to fit in the space and the same wood, finish and design features. It will take about 12 weeks to have the table custom made but it will be well worth the wait to have a matching dining room table. This furniture beautiful and very well made.

Purchased a custom kitchen table with cushioned chairs and matching breakfast bar stools. Took a few months to receive, but it is beautiful. Very happy with the purchase. Many gorgeous things in their showroom.

We bought a couch here & WILL NEVER purchase anything from this place again. 1. The salesmen ordered the couch in the wrong color, 2. The quality of the couch is VERY POOR!! The wood that was use broke after 6months. The material wore through after 3 months. Now after 3 years we are ready to put it to the curb!DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS PLACE!!Not worth a single cent!

Nothing Amish about this place. Furniture quality looked and subpar. If its an Amish furniture gallery it should be all fine hardwoods with high quality fit and finish. I saw neither when in there. Their prices were also not very competitive in a market that is going more ecommerce. Also layout of store. Is poor. Space sells furniture not over crowed show rooms.

Beautiful, heavy, well-made furniture. You definitely have to have a lot of money to shop here but you know you will be getting quality pieces.

Bad experience. Very long lead time (+6 months). When we finally received the table, both leafs were missing. No one would give us a staight answer about the missing leafs. We were told multiple inconsistent stories (lies) about the missing leafs. It took almost a month to receive the leafs and guess what...they fit poorly (obvious gap). Very disappointing! But who should we complaint to when no one seems responsible and we were already exhausted from the long wait and hassle. It makes me think that they intentionally passed on poor quality and hid behind poor customer service.

We bought a few pieces here. Good quality and got what we were looking for.

I am giving one star, but not deserving of that. Their Wood furniture looks beautiful, but we bought a leather couch and chair. Terrible we had to have the first set replaced, that is when we noticed the 2nd set had nice leather !! The first not! The padding w/in 6 mos was smashed!! as if the furniture was 30 years old!! Back and back and back, finally gave up, shouldnt have but so tired of fighting!! Neighbors bought same and same result with no effort on Amishs part to repair despite their attempts. I will now (3 years of suffering with flat cushions) need to take the cushions and pay to have them restuffed!! Will NEVER EVER buy anything from them and I tell EVERYONE I know about our experience.
