Do not give them youre money as you will likely have to fight for it back. Bought an engine and they didnt ship it for over a month. I called and they said the would ship it next day. A week later I called back and they said it hadnt shipped. I demanded that they cancel. They sent a request to cancel and then the next day shipped the engine. There are no supervisors. An agent gave me a number to a guy named Sancho and it was disconnected. Their shipping manager Dale to this day has never returned my calls. Do not do business with these people or you will regret it.

Worst customers service EVER. Paid for an engine on July 19th still have not got it six weeks later. Customers service is rude, when I said I will call a lawyer they told me to go ahead. Dont do business with them, you will regret it

Just another internet troll company that is misleading and reselling other businesses products. These are more than likely ATK engines which go by various names at your local parts stores. All of these internet companies are the same…. I’ve had customers bitten by them. Do your research.

I purchased a remanufactured engine and had it installed a few months ago.So far so good. The car is running great and the engine seems to be quality. So why only 3 stars? Because Remanns communication is terrible. I ordered the engine online. The order was processed immediately, but my order status never updated. After a few days I opened a ticket on the website to ask for an eta or tracking number. No response. The next day I called and had to leave a message. No return phone call. The shipping time wasnt bad. The engine did arrive at the shop in about a week. But I couldnt even give them a heads up because I never received a tracking number! Same thing with the core return. I initiated the return online. Status never updated. The shop told me they came about a week later to pickup the old engine. Their FAQ says the core deposit is returned within 45 days. I waited 60 before opening another case asking for a status on the refund. Again, no reply. I called and had to leave a message. The day after I called, the core charge was credited back. Still no return call or email. So again, no problem with the product but communication with their customers is non-existent.

Do not waste your time worst customer service, purchased an Enginefor $2345.00 there warranty department is terrible will not retturn your call only get an automated response stating they will get ahold of you but they never do. Cant even contact a supervisor on week 2 numerous tickets still no response stay away !How can they get away with this ?

My experience has been mixed. For the most part everything went very well and was a pleasant experience except for one issue. When my engine was shipped and I received the tracking information it was getting shipped to the wrong location. I tried to catch it before it left but nobody from the shipping and tracking department would answer the phone or call back. I did get a response from sending an email however it was too late to correct before it was in route. They did acknowledge that the shipping company had made a mistake and would get it re-routed. Two business days later I checked the tracking again and it showed delivered and that was it, no other correspondence. Again the only communication was when I sent a second email. They did get it re-routed to the correct destination but I feel that with better communication it could have put me at ease to know that my engine was going to the right place. This engine was to repair my truck that was broken in Colorado and we need that to get back home in Georgia so this was a little stressful for me. We are still waiting for the engine to make it to the final destination but at least I have a UPS tracking number to keep tabs on it. Things happen so I am not angry about what happened but better communication is what I feel could be improved.

Not off to a good start. I ordered online, but I called first to ask questions efore I placed my order. They told me it would take 7 -10 days before they ship. After a week I called 3 or 4 times over the course of several days and no one answered. I finally got through and they told me it takes 7 - 14 days before it ships. If they told me it would take that long before it left their location, I probably would have continued looking for another seller. I guess they know that. Lol. I ordered March 1st, 2021, It didnt ship until late afternoon on March 12th, on the way to Ohio. I live in MD. I hope this is not like another purchaser whose engine was sent to the wrong location. The free install kit did not ship with the engine. Maybe they use another carrier for that. I dont know. Hopefully it will arrive before on the same day as the engine so my mechanic can get started. The price is about $200 more than most sellers, but if the actually installed the Automatic Fuel Management Delete Kit as i was told over the phone,, then its worth it. That kit costs over $400. The free install kit is probably worth another $300. I pray everything works out, but I dont have a warm and fuzzy so far. 2 and a half stars for now. I hope to raise the rating after this is all said and done. Come on Remanns. Are you going to come through for me? I will follow up with you all...

This business is a SCAM. They ripped me off for $2845. for an engine that never existed and I never received. What my mechanic did receive a month after he found and installed an engine for me was a shrink wrapped RANDOM engine on a pallet from FedEx with NO PAPERWORK or documentation that only had my mechanics address on the label and the word KIA. It was returned to where it came from. My bank has requested they reimburse me and they said since I filed a dispute they were not going to reimburse me. Good luck getting through on the phone before they transfer you to the right department. Everything on their website is a LIE. There are no low mileage engines w/5-7 yr warranty! SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered a transmission on May 22, 2021. Today is June 18, 2021 and it still has not shipped. Try calling customer service, if you want to call it that, and get transferred over and over to finally reach a VM and get no return phone calls. This place is a complete and utter JOKE. Stay far away from this place.

If there could be a zero star it would be so, received new engine from this company and the timing was off, contacted warranty department and they are a complete joke. warranty company will only cover 50 dollars in labor, there is not a single repair shop left in this nation that would accept 50 dollar repair rate. either way i have gotten screwed out of money and time from this company, due to the builders screw up. the vehicle has 2 miles on it and i get to tear it down and fixed a mistake of someone else. i will never buy another engine from this company again.

I have purchased several engines and transmission through this company, and they have all held up ok. The reason for 1 star is that their customer service is TERRIBLE. I stopped doing business with them becuase if I ever had a problem and needed to call someone, it is almost impossible to reach someone. My last order was 5 weeks late! I would call in once a week to find out the status, they would always forward me to someones voicemail. I never received a call back. Finally got the transmission after 6 weeks, and it was WRONG! Very very frustrating. If you like dealing with the IRS phone system, then this company is for you! They do an amazing job at amazing me that their customer service is awful! In a nut shell: Terrible customer service, stick to your local supplier or dealer. Save yourself the headache!

They will sell you a low mile engine as quoted....take twice as long to receive the part only to receive an oily engine with 200k miles and never respond to any calls or emails! Not buying from again! See invoice # 370060

Horrible customer experience, I purchased a transmission, was told I would receive it in 14 days, tried calling a week later to get an update and was directed to a vm greeting to leave a message. I left 6 messages with no return call. I was forced to call the sales person I dealt with to get me to a live person. They provide no shipping tracking number, I would not work with this company again!

Had some difficulty getting some tech questions answered by the sales person. Finally after the third try the sales person put me in touch with the builder, who was able to answer all my questions. I ordered my engine after my discussion. They offered a package that no one else was offering. 7 year no fault warranty is unheard of, free shipping, no core charge, and they included the install kit that saved me another 350.00. I am awaiting my engine now, the shop has removed my old one. We’ll take a look at the new one when it arrives.

Ordered an emgine a week ago. Still waiting for it to be shipped to my mechanic. Web site says they ship everyday but no communication as of yet or tracking number that was supposed to be emailed to me. No communication of delay just a thank you fot yhe purchase. Not feelijng happy right now. I need my truck fixed.

This is a very disreputable company. I ordered a remanufactured engine from them after they assured me that they had the engine in stock and that it would ship within four days. My credit card was immediately charged the full amount of the transaction. After a week of checking on their website and not seeing any indication that the engine had shipped, I called them. The only number they provide is the sales department, for all others you must leave a message. Their recording states that they will contact you within 24 hours. After leaving messages on three different days with no response, I tried to contact them through their website. After completing the online form, pressing the Submit button has no effect and the message is never sent. I called the sales department and told them to cancel the order, but they didnt want to discuss it and blocked all calls from my cell phone. I know this is true because after trying several times with my cell and not being able to get through, I called them on my home phone and they answered immediately. It has been over a month now and the engine has not shipped, nor has my cancellation request been acknowledged. I have initiated a dispute inquiry with my credit card company to resolve this issue.

Absolutely horrid experience from start to finish. It has taken over two months to get a refund for a part shipped incorrectly, and when we finally got the refund is was less than 1/4 of what we were owed. The customer service department is the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with.

Bought a remans engine 3 years ago and we noticed right away that it didnt have the umph it had before it broke down .Then stayed the oil or gas leaks and the smell was so bad I couldnt use my heater in the cold and the ac in the hot because it was too strong to bear... Hoping to call The people who installed it take a look... Before my 3 year warranty is up in April

Ordering was real easy the parts department was very good and very informative the only complaint I have I never received a tracking number.l had no idea where the engine was l called my mechanic and found out that the engine was delivered 11/9/19 other wise I would recommend them any time

What a bad company! Do not buy anything from these people! Bought a remanufactured motor from them and came in a timely fashion. That part was good. What came next was not. The motor had a problem when it arrived and once installed leaked oil all over! Took it back to the shop that I had put it in and they determined a faulty part in the motor. Called remanns, called again, and again and again but never got an answer. So I did what I had to do as my truck was sitting at their shop an extra 2 weeks, I paid to have the shop fix the problem. 600 dollars later it is fine. Once I finally got ahold of remanns they informed me they would have covered the problem but since it has already been fixed it is not their responsibility.... dishonest, disrespectful and outright scam! Look at all the other reviews... do you see one good one... didn’t think so. I just wish I could have looked before buying a motor from them. If I could give a negative star I would.

Do your homework before even thinking of purchasing from this company. There are hundreds of reviews regarding the lack of product quality, warranty and customer service. I placed a down payment on a engine and tried cancelling the order 6 days later but the CS rep would tell me it was complete and a email would be sent. After weeks of trying I eventually got Wells Fargo involved to dispute the charge. They still kept 25% of the down payment even though I asked the question on the phone and the website says 10% fee in the FAQ section. Never Ever do business with these people. DO YOUR RESEARCH, IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. TERRIBLE BBB RATING

I recently ordered an engine from Remanns, we had some questions about the process so I made my order over the phone. The first person that I spoke to, Lisa who also ended up handling my purchase was wonderful. We had a tricky situation with how my CC company wanted to handle the sale and she was a great help. In between I had to call back in order to resolve the issue with my cc after speaking to them and I was speaking with a Joe. He was rude, short and couldnt be bothered to help me because its 5:30 PM and at this hour I dont have time to help you conference call with your CC company. It was 5:30pm cmt on monday, they are open until 8pm cmt.. so this guy couldnt be bothered to do his job. It almost made us choose a different company to buy our engine from because he was that off putting. A guy like that shouldnt be in customer service or in sales. Luckily when I called the next morning I got Lisa right away again and she handled everything with me. Ill revise my review once we get the engine installed and can share about the delivery process and quality of the engine.

Never Again, Dont buy from this place . I gave them $3175.00 for a motor, they said was in stock . Promised my engine would be shipped with in a week. Its been 10 days . Website terms are if canceled theyll be a 10% restocking fee ? How come i have to give you free money for something they never had in stock? Next thing when I canceled the order I get a letter I have to sign that states a 25% restocking fee . ARE YOU KIDDING ? Thats over $700 for you not doing anything and you never had the motor in stock. Just refund my money and Ill cancel the dispute transaction case I filed.

Ordered an engine on 1/16/2020. As of 1/28/2020 I have still not received the engine. They told me on the phone that the engine would take 7-10 woking days to arrive. When I checked the status of my order online, it shows that the engine has still not been shipped and they have not contacted me about any issues causing this problem.
