Manager is great, no problem returning parts might be a little overpriced but thats worth it for the service

My car battery died in front on the grocery store in the same shopping center where this AutoZone is located. I was running late to work, I had been waiting in front of the AutoZone because it opens at 8am which I believe would be more convenient if they opened at 7am. The manager shows up exactly at 8 and still has me wait an extra 5 min for him to open up. I asked for help with a jump or if they had a jumper I could borrow. He said they didnt have anything. He didnt even offer to help. Customer service here is not good.

Don’t trust the cashiers and double check your items. First issue came when Elisa tried to charge us for some valve we had already said no to. We were buying oil for 2 cars and specified the brands and weights for each. She repeated everything back and even wrote it down, so we thought we were good. We get home, change the oil on the first car and realize she switched the brands and weights so we put 5w30 in a 5w20 car. Had to switch it out, luckily we realized it before it was too late. Some fault on our part for trusting the cashier who repeated our order back to us to give us the right items. Never coming back here.

Went in today for some wheel studs and lady said i cant do it cause we have a lot on the wall?! This is management a woman with red hair dark skin. Very poor atitude.

Doesnt honor warranty. And David chavez is the worst store manager with very bad customer service. And very rude. Theyre not even in the bbb thats how bad they are. I would recommend to drive the extra mile to drive to another AutoZone even if its an OReilly.
