I had the dealership put wiper blades on my truck today in the middle of a storm the left wiper blade almost came fully off I happen to notice it right before it flew whoever did put the wipers on my truck they need to recheck cuz that could have been very dangerous

Delivered my Camaro for a Brake Inspection. They saved me a ton of money - as the brake pads were not ready for changing yet. Honesty is KEY! I elected to go ahead and get my oil changed while there. I have a 2020 chevy trac that I have had one 1 month. My door handle broke and they told me because I had my windows tinted that the warranty is no good and tried to charge me $75.00 for looking at it. I will not buy another car from this dealership. I have talked to other dealerships and they said that mitch smith should of fixed it under warranty.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF FOR REPAIRS AT 8:00AM, NEVER RECEIVED CALL FOR UPDATE, SO I WENT BACK AROUND 3:00PM. REPAIRS WERE NOT DONE. MY VEHICLE SAT ON LOT ALL DAY. MISSED ENTIRE DAY OF WORK FOR NOTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED. AND YES, THE PROBLEM WITH MY VEHICLE IS STILL OCCURING.

My 2500 truck had a vibration in it that really bothered me . another dealer said I did not have a drive line trouble and it was in my wheels and tires. The service people at Mitch smith took me serious. They offered to do my 50,000 mile service at a cost . while doing it they found metal in the rear-end. they fixed on warranty at no cost and advised me that i had a bent wheel. They fixed my vibration . They were very courteous understanding and professional at all times.

My first oil change and tire rotation service. It was fast, friendly, they picked up my car at my work and brought it back to me within an hour. My only “complaint”-they left the radio on (loud) and my air conditioning on (full blast). Just personal preference as I believe in leaving things as you found them, both of those were off prior to them picking up my vehicle. The seat being all the way back upon return-I understand. I’m short, hahaha.

I’m so disappointed with myself for even coming back to Mitch smith service department, it’s been something almost every time I’ve been there, this time I come back to get my truck it’s sitting out in the parking lot with both front windows down and unlocked, definitely not the way I left it with them, I never leave windows down or unlocked I keep plenty of things in my truck I don’t want to walk off, money guns among other things, I just decided I would just not make a big deal about it and pay my bill and go home, so Sunday I’m checking things out and I pop open the hood, and lo and behold they spilled oil on top of the plastic on the motor! No it’s not a big deal but it’s just that kind of shoty service that you get at Mitch smith, how much effort does it take to wipe up some oil. Had a similar problem last time my Malibu was in there with not cleaning up after there selfs. I will say that on previous visits the shop manager was helpful, he actually cleaned the greasy finger prints from the headliner in the Malibu on the last visit. But I can not understand why this keeps happening.

Very courteous, I had an appointment and I feel they kept the appointment and had me in and out in less than an hour from the time I drove into their driveway, also asked to make sure I was satisfied before I left and I feel that had I not been they would have done everything in their power to fix any concern. Appointment at 11:00. In and out at 11:45. 12 point new car inspection. Oil change, etc. Has a brake issue that was diagnosed during this time also.
I only deal with mitch smith
The first day I came I was told that they didn’t have anything until the afternoon. I went to check with Lynn Layton where we bought the truck and they didn’t have anything until the following week so I called Mitch Smith then was told they didn’t have a appointment until 2 days later. I explained the problems I was having including a electrical smell and they still couldn’t work me in. I let them know my concern with not being able to get it back to the dealership and the woman didn’t care. I ended up making in to town and the truck shut off on me which meant I had to pay to get it towed less than a mile to the dealership. Even though I had a appointment I was told that they had to work me in because it was electrical at that point since it shut down on me (even when I expressed my concern two days earlier). Our battery was put in wrong when we bought it at a auto parts store. We dropped it off Thursday and went with out it until the following Tuesday. There is still warning message that comes on when you start the truck which means it was not cleared or looked at when they put the part on finally on Tuesday.

My truck has had squeaky brakes since about 6000 miles. Now has 26000 or so miles. The brakes didnt squeak when the tech drove it. It comes and goes but is loud and usually keeps doing it when it happens. It happens when applying the brakes. Its annoying and makes the truck sound cheap. My truck also broke a rocker arm when it only had 400 miles on the engine. I wont buy another Chevy. My Ram and Ford trucks never had squeaky brakes like this. I wonder if it has too hard metallic brake pads? The vibe I got from the dealer is that squeaky brakes are normal.

I was not entirely happy with this visit to Mitch Smith Chevrolet. Theres a problem with my tire pressure monitoring system. The mechanic said none of the sensors would scan, on all four tires. Seemingly to me a peculiar circumstance, I asked the mechanic to explain how all four sensors happened to go bad at the same time. He didnt have an explanation. He only advised me that it will be very expensive, more than $500.00, to correct. Thats a bit steep, and so I declined, the problem not being fixed. My service advisors name is Jared Stancil, tag number 3245*W*.

Dont buy a small car from this place. They start falling apart after the 36000 mile warranty expires. Some of the cars are now made in Korea and the quality is not good. Then when you need it fixed this place is going to charge you arm and a leg.
