Had a wonderful experience with Graves Auto Repair. Had an issue with an door lock. Very professional, customer-oriented, and timely. In the same day, Patrick and the team diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and fit my repair action into their busy schedule (including dealing with an auto warranty company). They turned a horrible Monday into a fantastic week. I will be back again for future service needs!

This is the place that tried to tell me my engine was about to go and the mechanic offered to buy my vehicle on the spot. I drove away for a second opinion. I then ended up driving that same vehicle for 4 more years afterwards without a single issue. There wasnt anything wrong with the engine. The guy just wanted me to believe my vehicle was on the ropes so he could swoop in and get himself a nice truck for next to nothing. Hopefully he doesnt work there anymore.

I hate working on cars, with a passion. These guys like it for some reason. A little touched in the head if you ask me, but whos not these days, right? Their passion for excellence shows through in every way, from the way they treat their customers, to the level of cleanliness, not only in the office, but the shop, the parking lot, the mechanics, are all tidy and professional looking. They do the work I ask them to do, with no surprise fixes or add ons that I didnt. They will recommend services, and even give you a maintenance schedule, with your bill, so you can keep your vehicle properly maintained. This aint the Walmart, dont come in here looking for roll back prices, theyre using quality parts, and backing them up with a warranty, and because they are a Napa Gold Car Care Center, their work is covered at all Napa car care centers across the country. If you want it fixed right, by people who care, Graves is the spot.

I have taken 4 of my vehicles to Graves over the past 6 months. Every time I have went to their business I have been extremely pleased with the service they provide. Graves has completed routine services for me including oil changes and their price was more than fair and the amount of service they provided was beyond what I expected. I have also had extensive motor and transmission repair completed at Graves and every time I have been pleased not only with the quality of their work but the fair price they charged. When my son was leaving for college in south Florida, the week before he left his car over heated and the transmission started acting up. I called Graves and explained the situation and urgency. They got my sons car in the shop that day and two days later had repaired his radiator and completely repaired his transmission. The owner even recommended another shop in south Florida in case my son had any more problems. I would not go anywhere else for my car repairs.

Took my car there when it ran hit. It was an old car and the motor was ruined but they did a good job on what they could. Very reasonable price.

My car broke down on the way back from a trip, and I had to leave it where it broke down to make it back home. Graves coordinated getting my car towed and repaired— all while I was 4 hours away! They were very professional, answered all my questions, communicated all the necessary information very clearly, and were just all around great to work with (despite the circumstances). Highly recommend! If they were in my town, I’d go to them any time I had car trouble.

Had a 4 wheel Alignment done, and got the fuel system cleaned. They got me in same day, and it was done within a couple hours. Courteous, professional and affordable. Highly recommend.

Brought our Equinox to this center for a radiator leak. My wife was informed that we would have to pay $1,100 for a radiator and hoses. This is an outrageous price for a radiator that costs $100 and hoses that cost $20 each. We paid the diagnostic fee and took it less than a mile down the road where we were quoted less than $400 for parts and labor.How can you even justify your cost being $700 MORE? You may have good reviews on your quality of service, but how many people have reached out for a second opinion and found out you’re raking them over the coals? You really need to update your cost indicator on Facebook. Two dollar signs does not adequately reflect your service costs. Unless you just threw that number out there because my wife called.

I wasnt sure where to go for vehicle service in the Cullman area. A friend I work with suggested Grave’s Auto, and Im glad I did.The driver window on my Frontier stopped halfway and that was it. Called Graves and gave them the good news. In less than an hour, Nathan called me back with a great quote. He let me know up front the part was in stock and to come by anytime.It took only 3 hours for the service! Everyone was professional, work and waiting areas were clean and the service was as promised. My favorite part about them though was the debt of gratitude showed for Veterans. That was very important to me.Great job and thanks again.

I broke down and coasted into the parking lot. I left my keys and info in their drop box. By the time I had made it there early the next morning, they had already tried to crank it. I asked them to check it out and they called me within a short time and told me that my fuel pump was not working. I asked them to replace it and figured it would be the next day before they could get to it. It was ready by that afternoon. Great service, great prices. Highly recommend them and I will be back.

Graves Automotive performed great work for me. They were meticulous in troubleshooting and had a wonderful attention to detail.

Went to have an alignment done the end of September and a few days ago my husband noticed that the front tires were showing wires really bad and the front driver side tire could have blown at any moment so instead of us just needing to get two new tires we ended up having to buy all 4 new tires costing us $212 and another new alignment done for $90 from another shop because we definitely will not be back to Graves auto ever again for any type of work. When we got the alignment done today they said that it was way off from where it should have been.

Excellent service and the mechanics were very honest about the issue. They gave great advice for dealing with it and how to better maintain my vehicle. Topping it all off everyone was incredibly friendly!

Oil change is very affordable! The service is great! This is my new shop go to! I have been looking for one since Im new to Cullman and I am very lucky to find one that is honest. They explain everything and suggest a plan to get your car back into great running condition again.

Overall, I did not have a good experience with this business. The people are pretty friendly, but thats about the only positive I took from here. Asked them to just check and see if they could find the problem with my AC, they did work without telling me about any additional charges. But thats not a big deal, it wasnt crazy expensive. They found the problem and I got scheduled atleast a week in advance. I show up right on time and get told that they were to busy to fit me in. Got all the work done elsewhere, at a place that keeps its appointments.

These guys are amazing. I called up there to see how long of a wait and how much. The lady asked me how far away I was and I told her 6 minutes. She told me to head there and they would start on it once I got there. They even let me know I had two lights out on my vehicle. If Wal-Mart every turns you away then go here. Wal-Mart wouldnt work on my car because of my hood having damage from where someone hit it.

They were very helpful in letting me know what was wrong with my A/C and let me know that the seals on the vehiclei was in was to new to have gone bad and that my problem was caused by the accident i had been in. Which let me know that the insurance adjuster was in cahoots with the body shop (mullins body shop)

I’ve been doing business with Graves Auto Service for 21 years. It’s a great feeling to have someone I trust and depend on to keep my vehicles in good shape.

Graves has lost a long time customer. My family has used them for all out auto repairs for years. A few days ago I had them check my wheel bearings and they said they were so bad that my car was unsafe to drive. Had my dad, who is also a mechanic, check them when I got home and they werent that bad that itd be unsafe to drive. They always try to pile things on your ticket and if youre a woman they will always take advantage of that and charge you more or tell you that everything is wrong with your car. They will never get a dime from my family again!
