Some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced, especially at a mechanic! We were given detailed descriptions and pictures of everything that was wrong, along with the process and cost if we wanted to get it fixed. He told us that he was estimating high so there were no surprises and it could possibly (and likely) cost less. He gave great recommendations and guidance.While they are a little short staffed, youd never know by the quality of service provided.High quality of service. They care about their customers. Best of all, they wont lie to you.10/10 would recommend!

I couldnt have taken my ram 1500 with rear end noise to a better place to get repaired.They went the extra mile to get the correct parts that fit and were good bearings. The factory parts were a nightmare. After finally getting them only half the bearings showed up. They measured them and they werent the correct size. I will take my vehicle for all issues. Honest, generous, trustworthy. I had a pre-purchase inspection here, and I really got the impression these guys know their stuff. You can tell a lot about a mechanic and business owner, by how they keep their place. Hes covered up in work, but keeps a clean organized shop. Very impressed. He shot it to me straight, and gave me some very valuable feedback on the truck I fortunately didnt buy. And he stopped what he was doing, and helped me immediately. When Im lucky enough to find my dream truck, I know exactly where Im taking it!

Probably worst customer service I think ive encountered to date lol...all it took was about 1 1/2 min on the phone with whomever it was that picked up. Person just said hello. No business name, no how are you today nothing. Asked about turbo swap on my 2012 Cummins and he quoted me more than double what other shops quoted @ $1600. Thats laughable as Cummins are known to be the easiest trucks to work on and labor for pretty much any motor work is never over 1k... need a zero star option

I’ve had several repairs at different times over the last three years done by Kevin and his shop employees. Always quality work!! From oil changes, to oil pumps, to head work, he keeps my 2005 Yukon xl with almost 300k miles, safely on the road.

Recently Kevin committed to changing out our MH engine which had seized. I requested a budgetary quote so i could prepare for the cost. After several phone/ texts and Im going start on it hopefully next week they went silent. If he did not want to or could not do the job it would have been nice to say so. After 4 months of I will start it next week I chose to move on to more open and honest provider. Note we are Canadian and limited to travel due to the extended border closure this made the situation difficult to deal withI wish him success in his business but he best improve his customer service and communication skills.Lastly we have our MH back running great from somewhere else but we wasted too much time waiting for this guy.
