This is a great place to get your car serviced. Good, honest work and good prices. Hard working and conscientious crew. Management is knowledgeable and fully engaged. There is even a box for prayer requests. You can never get enough prayers.

Incredible customer service and quality staff!!After my oil change I got home and noticed all my oil had leaked out from under my car. We called them the next day and they immediately sent someone to the house to check my car and clean up the oil. They left us with extra oil and instructions on what to do to get back to the shop. The next day I showed up at the shop and they fixed the issue free of charge! They handled the situation with urgency and professionally. I really appreciate their great customer service!!

I wouldnt even give a star if I had a choice not to. I called and a woman answered the phone as though she was miserable.,not pleasant to talk to what so ever. I needed a when alignment and when I asked about an appointment she said they dont do alignment. What? Why would your web page have alignment listed then? 🙄 That being said Ill never use them for anything.

Havoline Xpress Lube theres a great place do you have your automobile serviced with good serviced and honest answers which is hard to find at most speedy oil change stations. They keep their Shop clean, they social distance and they always explain the needs of your car without pushing you into buying a lot of needless parts. Great employees, friendly service and fast and efficient.

I have an older vehicle but one that is in very good shape. I had an issue today with leaking oil and they fixed me up and got me out of there in no time. Went in for an oil change. Brought oil and filter with me(purchased at Walmart). They do a very thorough job of checking your lights, cleaning your windshield, checking your air filter, checking tire pressure and of course checking your oil filter. Am always very pleased with their service and very satisfied with the complete job they do with servicing my vehicle.

I can get an oil change anywhere, but I keep coming back here for the friendly and respectful service. Everyone is always kind and happy to answer questions and take the time to explain things.

Not impressed. I had an indicator come on in my dash. They checked everything. Adjusted the component. Told me to drive it about 10 miles. If it didnt resolve itself, come back. We did and had to go back. After the second try, we gave up. Found out a key piece involved with this issue was missing. The same piece they told me checked out OK. How can it test good when it WASNT THERE

This is the only place my wife goes for an oil change. The team is super friendly and efficient. They check everything but do not push anything that you dont really need.

This place is horrible. They put the wrong belt on my truck! When I came back to get the right one not only did they not want to refund it, but they wanted to charge me full price for a new one when they was the one who got it wrong in the first place! They ended up only making me pay half price, but when I asked them why they were gonna charge me for a new belt when they messed it up in the first place, they said we gotta make money...they dont care about anyone, they just care about making money. I went ahead and got an oil change, and then they left the drain plug lose and I lost a lot of oil and the engine started knocking! I wont be back here, and you shouldnt go here either! This place is horrible! And every week they got new employees so apparently they arent treating their employees good! This place sucks big ones!

Overpriced

I usually go to the Honda dealership in Jasper but just didnt have the time to drive the 45 minutes there. Decide to try Havoline Xpress. The price was double what I pay for an oil change at the dealership. Synthetic oil is always used in my vehicle so I have no clue why the price is so much higher. Ill be making the trip to Jasper next time.

I always heard that this was such a great place. I came here a week ago and they had quite a few customers. I thought ok, thats a good sign. I finally got pulled in a bay and they began with checking my lights and then checked my trans fluid. They said my trans fluid was low so I said it was ok to add to it. I watched them add about 1 and a half quart. Now keep in mind that they didnt know I was watching. After that they had me shut the car off and they continued with the oil change. They said my coolant was low and that it was so much a quart. Well most places Ive been dont charge for coolant, unless it was a coolant swap or flush, etc.. I asked the guy why it wasnt just complimentary to the service because anywhere else I had been it was. They didnt have a good answer except that it was just procedure they charge. So I told him Id go get my own. They shouldnt charge for coolant in my opinion, it should be complimentary. Especially if they are just toping it off. Well they tried to upsale me many things and some things I know I didnt need. I just got wiper blades a couple of weeks back and the manager recommended I replace them...They recommended a belt, and I know that the belt was still good. The car has 65,000 mi. They seemed to get irritated the more I refused the upsell products and services. I quickly realized that they were more concerned with nothing but making money off me rather than actually trying to take care of me and only recommending what I needed. After they added oil to my car (which I seen them add a little under 4 and a half) they recommended a rotate. Thats when I finally got irritated and told the manager that I felt as if they were worried about nothing but upselling to me and just trying to make a money off me, (just because I drive a Lexus doesnt mean Im rich). He told me Were just trying to take care of you I then mentioned how he was trying to sell me stuff I didnt need. He then told me well you can go a little longer on some of the stuff, but while your here we will go ahead and recommend it so it doesnt get too bad before you get back. I could see right through him, it was just a bunch of b.s. The manager was the one working on my car! I know he was the manager cause I over heard someone ask him. After it was all said and done, they seemed to of wasted more time when they could have got me out quicker due to upselling and etc...I had already been there 20 minutes before I even got into a bay. Im older and have arthritis and cant change my oil myself anymore or I would do it myself and not bring it to fast food style oil change centers. I know he exaggerated some things cause I know a good bit about cars and had done an inspection a week before bringing it in. After they rang me up and gave me my total they told me have a nice day, I was already aggravated at this point but kept my cool cause I know sometimes it takes longer and it cant be helped, although the time spent trying to upsell and other stuff could have been avoided. Dont get me wrong, Im all for them checking my stuff, I want everything checked and told about if something needs replaced, but some things were exaggerated and I know why because places like that get a commission and the workers get a commission so they try to upsell the hell out of everything, even if it doesnt really need it. I looked at the ticket real quick before I pulled out and noticed they charged me for 5 qts of oil instead of the 4 and a half they actually put in it. I thought maybe it was just a mistake and they just accidentally put it wrong on the ticket. Well I looked where they rang up the trans fluid and instead of one in a half, it just so happend to be rang up as two. Its like they went ahead and just rounded off on the oil and trans fluid because they didnt know I could see them, I called em out on it, of course they lied and came up with some Excuse. Too much upsell and dishonesty. They corrected it, but the manager would not admit he was dishonest, he just said oh, a typo. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT U, JUST YOUR MONEY!!!!
