There was a recall on the headrest in my vehicle back during the summer. I was told that they would call when they were in, but did not. I called to see if they were in and I was told they were so therefore I made an appt. for them to be replaced, my last service, an unusual alarm going off for no reason, and left a note that my sunroof is making noises. I dropped my vehicle off the night before due to having to take my kids to the Dr. that day and so I didnt spend my entire off day at the dealership. I received a call at 3 pm stating that they had good news and bad news the only good news was that they changed my oil and rotated my tires. The bad news was that they didnt have my headrest, couldnt figure out what the alarm was going off (which I understand because its crazy), and they couldnt figure out the sunroof (which is still popping this morning). I am very disappointed because now I either have to take off work again or go without a vehicle because I have had to drop it off and plus have either my husband or son drive from Moulton to Cullman to pick me up and then drive back to take me to get it, again. I am very disappointed.
Was quite surprised how fast they got parts in and got my car ready to go before a holiday weekend, and discovered majority was still under warranty!
10/10 recommend Bill Smith Buick GMC. Amazing customer service and our salesperson, Don Hunkeapillar did everything he could to get me in my dream car! Will definitely shop here in the future. Great prices as well!

Austin Hinds was the best sales person Ive ever dealt with. He was very open and honest through the entire process of trading in my vehicle for a newer one. I think they could have worked with me on the purchase price a little more but, considering the vehicle, it was still a really good deal. When Im ready to trade this one in, Ill be going back to Bill Smith Buick GMC.
Service department was great. The parts department I ordered something amd never got a call saying it was in. After a week and a half I called to check on it and was told it wasnt in but they had one they could sell me it ended up being the wrong one so I had to carry it back and I finally got the right one

Had a very good experience trading in a used 2500 hd for a new one. Only issue is there were some numbers changed without me knowing it,so make sure you hold them to the original price they quote you.
Dealt with the online sales manager for a 2018 Sierra, he was very eager and vigilant to help without over doing it. He found exactly what I was looking for quickly and drove to get it for me. The executive manger, Andy is the rudest person I have ever talked too. Took a form for my daughters cheer sponsorship and called to see if it was ready and he said well did you buy a vehicle from us, umm, I’ve bought 2... he then said I could bring a form by and he could sign it and I said the form is supposed to be on your desk and he said well I don’t know what to tell you because it’s not and we can do this all day and he hung up on me. I will never buy another vehicle from them.

My salesmans name was Leon. He told me to come back another day to have my dealing for my car. I said ok thats fine. I called back up there and he said they was to busy that he would call me back when they have time. So I waited a couple of days no call.. so I called back and he hung up on me. By the first 6 months owing this car it broke down on me 6 times. Yes I had a warranty but I got tired of putting it in the shop every month. I see Leon outside of work often and I try to speak to him and he is totally rude and avoids me.
Service was EXCELLENT. I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when the work was begun on time. It’s nice when your business is appreciated by a dealership, now if General Motors would do the same. GM will NOT allow me to configure the truck I want. I guess they’re (GM) attitude is ( buy it or not, we don’t Care.) -NOT. I’ll be buying a new truck from there competition, they will let me order what I want. !

The service was good while actually at the dealership. When we got home and tried to apply for a tag we found out we were missing part of the paper work. We have tried to get said paperwork sent to us for over 2 weeks and have been unsuccessful. Without the paperwork we need we are gonna have to go to the courthouse instead of just doing it responsibly online. They definitely could have been more considerate about the current pandemic. Over all we got a car but the whole experience was almost a joke.
Excellent customer service! I recently Traded my Jeep Wrangler and bought a 2015 Silverado. The process was easy, and gave me a good price for my trade. A few days later I noticed a coolant leak. I gave them a call and they had me bring it in. Due to the virus they didn’t have the part needed, and I was going out of town for 2 weeks the next day. They gave me a loaner and had it ready when I got back. I’ll definitely check them out when it comes time for another vehicle.
Request information on vehicle on website and an internet salesperson said someone would give me a call. Waited and waited, emailed the internet person back twice and was told each time they would get someone to help me. Waited all week and no call. On Saturday the vehicle was not only still on the website available but they had discounted as a special. So I drove the two hour drive ready to purchase and emailed them to tell them I was on my way. Got there and was informed that the owners daughter drove the vehicle to the beach. Apparently this is just a normal thing because it seemed like no big deal to them.Two emails to the dealership to with my experience with no response, again they didnt care.Drove over to Devon Lowe in Gadsden and made a purchase. Save yourself time and just start there.

Got an oil change today weve bought 2 vehicles from Bill smith and so far so good.
Drove 4 hours to buy a truck signed papers got home and found out we didnt have the truck we signed papers for. Had to wait all holiday weekend til Tuesday and found out they had no idea what happened, but the truck we signed papers for wasnt even available. The service was awful other than the finance dept. So we drove 4 hours back and picked up our trade-ins and drove home. The general manager was supposed to talk to us when we got there but he was no where to be found, even though he was on site. After we found out they had a 2.8* rating. Now we know why and they lost the key fob to one of our trade-ins and had to give us another one.Well we learned a lesson . Buy local

I brought my 06 Buick because the service engine light was on, although I didnt buy it there I figured the best place to get it checked was the Buick dealership, was I ever wrong. There were 3 employees helping and within 10 minutes I was told they didnt have the right computer machine and they couldnt help me but gave me the name of a person who probably could. I was confused but took it to the place they suggested and within 5 minutes he fixed it. It was a fuse for the cigarette lighter. Its hard to understand why the Buick dealership couldnt figure that out. I guess they didnt need my business. Im just grateful thats all that was wrong, that place will have my business in the future.
