Would give zero stars if possible. The manager here abuses the staff and disrespects them like crazy. They refused to give them breaks, seem to have provided little to no training, overworked them and even flat out said she doesnt care for her co-workers. VERY unprofessional and distasteful, I cannot believe nobody is doing anything about this. Shame on her and the people running this place, someone should shut this place down for poor working conditions.

The manager or assistance looks under drugs or she dont care about nothing . there milk spell at floor . cant find noting. plus she told to the cashier loud it out front customers she dont care about people . I cant believe it. No way.

So, the girl argued with me about the sale signs and refused to honor the price tag. They left it up and she argued with me. Manager wasn’t even present.

I normally love DG. Not this one.They wouldnt honor the price shown on the box holding the crayons i wanted, saying they had to go by the price on the shelf tag and in the system.Very unhelpful and rude.

My go to store!!! Always clean, workers always helpful and friendly!!usually well stocked which has been difficult in the state of our nations affairs this past year. This is my FAVORITE DG!! Although I do love checking out others in surrounding neighborhoods, my heart belongs to this one!!!

Dollar General on Hwy 278 in Cullman, Alabama. When you forget something at Wal-Mart. Its always great to stop there. I like getting the $5 off coupon. Some Dollar General cashier will just crush your receipt and say oh I didnt think you want it when it had that $5 coupon on it. But this one I received my receipt with no problem.

This DG is new and still pretty nice. Employees are polite.

The new design in corner has a lot of new and better stuff. They do need to get caffeine free diet Pepsi and cokes.

Very busy, one cashier and a LonG line of people. Completely out of 2lt cokes that are on sale. They do have alit of nice Christmas stuff

Store was clean. Wheelchair accessible. Restroom was clean & stocked. Even though the store was super busy all the employees were very helpful and friendly.

This DG is my favorite location. The employees treat you like family. They are always available to help. They take pride in this location, it is very well kept. It is also right off the I-65 corridor. Easy in and easy out.

Not sure if its due to the pandemic still taking a toll on the economy or if they just schedule wrong, but the staff ALWAYS seems to be short-handed. Otherwise, they would be my first choice for my store choice..

Dollar General has always had professional, courtesy minded and helpful employees who cater to the customer...not their job or employer. The customer comes first. THATS BUSINESS at its best.

The employees were Not Working they were either Talking to one another or Flirting with Customers or on their personal phone or the work phone. There is no telling how many people have walked out with yall merchandise and didnt pay for it.

This Dollar General is a little more cluttered than others are been to but the people make up for the Clutter theyre very very genuinely friendly and helpful!

Dirty, Smells bad, the parking lot is Always nasty. Sketchy people hang Out in there Cars in the parking lot It is understaffed and not kept Clean or taken Care of. The ladies working there work Very hard and are Super friendly they donot deserve the way they are treated by A company that Seems to want to put all the money in there pocket instead of Using some of it to hire more help in There Stores to clean them up and make them more presentable forthe customers... Greedy company!!

Store is clean today when I when in there. The Lady who waited on us was polite and smiling. Floors cleared of items, where you cold get around easily.

Went to buy puppy chow had a coupon the cashier with dyed red hair wouldnt let me use the coupon unless i bought two bags, coupon was for one bag..so i went to the dollar genersl at jones chapel used the coupon no problem. some employees can ruin a business.

The employees are not very friendly at all. If ask a question, they never know the answer and wont take the time to find out. The music is always up so loud, if youre trying to look at make up or shampoo, ect.... the music will actually hurt your ears and is most of the time on a rap channel.

The manager here ( Casey )was horrible to me. Literally tried to snatched my debit card out of my hand when the system wasnt working correctly while snapping at me rudely telling me that I was reading the screen incorrectly. I couldnt believe it. Im usually pretty laid back about that kind of stuff but this was too far.
