Employees are always nice and helpful, they provide hand sanitizer at the door plus wipes for your buggy to help keep Rona in check, plus they all wear masks so if your a germaphobe this is the place for everything on your shopping list

Too crowded and some of the employees are rude and not helpful. Have to look for assistance with finding things and have been out of others for a long time. Always ( for 6 months or longer) my order would be on the next truck in only be told HQ was out of stock! Really? You mean to tell me Arkansas warehouse is out of stock? Ok thats fine, I can shop somewhere else! Wont go back!

This store is seriously a joke. They never have anything in stock. They will advertise it as being in stock when its not. I havent been able to find Impossible meat at this store in almost a month and I was getting it weekly. The substitutions on grocery orders are absolutely laughable. The vegan selections are pathetic and skimp. I can seriously go on all day. And there is never anyone around to help a customer. If you do find the rare employee, they act like they are too good to help. Its not my fault they keep rearranging the store and I dont know where something is. Dont even get me started on the plus size clothing. You can do better Walmart. Im so glad the 157 exists, even if I have to out of my way.

I just picked up my order and didnt have any problems picking my order up. The substitution sometimes is not so great but then the other times its good. I wont complain about either. The boy that put my order 8n my car was very nice and polite.

Gave my order to someone else for curbside pickup even after I checked in with my parking #. Had to wait 45 mins for them to repick items.

Seems like it has more in stock then jasper walmart at all time and better service too

Im very happy that this Walmart has done better about being stocked. A couple years ago you can never find what you needed but now the shelves are always full of everything. Theres a Walmart on the north end of town but I always go to the south end its just better for some reason to me

Didnt have what I wanted yet again....

Was getting groceries for my mom and she had told me she wanted mountain dew so I ordered the size she wanted. Next day before pickup I realized she wanted diet dew. When associate came out with groceries, I told her my problem. She took back the regular dews and brought out some diet. Every one was really courteous. I love Walmart pickup!

Not very busy this morning easy to walk down the isles. Store was very clean and tidy. Shelves were stocked great and was easy to find items without having to ask. No lines at the registers.

Everybody that I come in contact with was very sweet to me which is important I have limitation because of my legs they were so very helpful. Went out of there way to help to get what I need. The pharmacy was very sweet also every department I went to was very professional and kind.

Very nice for a Walmart. Also very clean. Had a very nice selection in the Home Goods section.

Walmart is always a great place to go shopping or to hangout with a friend there is tons of things you can buy there its great for all your needs

The majority of workers dont want to help you find anything in this store. They rearrange everything & dont want to help you find what you are looking for. The ones in Electronics are the worst! If I have to check myself out the least the employees can do is help find the item I am looking for! Backwoods Walmart service!

Very nice store,quite large. Layed out well. Very nice personnel.

Bad management and customer service. Half the shelves are always empty. Half the lights are always off. A/C and heat are never on. store is always trashy and messy. Theres never any or enough employees. Since 95% of the registers are self checkout I think we should get a 95% discount because theyre still charging the same price and were having to do all the work on top of it.

We shop Walmart almost every day. I would have given them five stars but it seems every time we go, they are either out of what were looking for or they have discontinued it. Other than that its about the best place in town to shop.

It is hard to get down the isles for the associates doing curbside. These curbside associates are usually quite rude and often times in your way. Since the store has been rearranged, it isnt easy to find the things you need and many isles are mislabeled. There is rarely more than 2 or 3 registers open besides self checkout. Moat staff seem clueless when you ask a question. And I hope you dont need help from the jewelry department. There is never anyone there. And they dont show up when you press for assistance. If you ask another associate, they call for them, but they never show up. I have also noticed many departments have slim variety of choices. I know the pandemic could have some effect on supply, but the pandemic doesnt entitle associates to give poor customer service.

Walmart takes care of their customers with lowest prices and quality products.

Always nice to go into Walmart and find things in stock. That is what you will find here rarely have I gone in and theyre not being something I need in stock.

This is one of the nicer Walmart stores, seems to be clean and organized compared to a lot of the other ones I’ve been to.

The new App is horrible. Have had trouble with grocery orders ever since the new App was installed.

This Walmart is well stocked with very helpful employees! In my case I was looking for a nice microwave. I found an employee in a completely different area that took me to them, helped get it down for me, and put it on the buggy for me! Clean store, help if you need it, and easy in and out access.

My favorite Walmart I enjoy going in there employee are always nice store is always clean.

I always like to browse thru looking for everything and nothing, lol. And I was bewildered when I couldnt find the one item that I was looking for, my dogs kabobs 🤔 It turns out that they are on backorder because Who know?

Great prices on crafts! The mechanics did an amazing job on replacing tires! I give only 3 stars because there was only one problem that made it less appealing. The man who was my cashier in the auto section was quite rude. He disappeared for long periods more than once, and when he returned to 5 or 6 customers that werent happy they had to wait for so long he got an attitude. Overall he made it clear he did not want to be there.

Its Walmart, I just wish they would go back to 24 hours besides that theres only one cashier and thats for the tobacco aisle/10 items only aisle, which nobody ever has just 10 items They have two carts full instead because they dont feel like using the self checkoutThere are no other cashiers even though they have 45 cash registers and use 10 self checkouts on each side, like come on seriously as much freaking money Walmart has and you cannot have more cashiers?Do not tell me it is to save money on employees because you have just as many employees if not more now but have self-checkout instead I dont know That just blows my mind.I also do not like that Walmart quit selling pistol ammo and stuff but thats a whole other story and I know someone is going to say well if you dont like the place then dont shop there which some days I choose not to and other days I do because they have some things that other places dont have and vice versa.3/5

Stuff is either out of stock, on the top overstock shelf to where I have to reach. Stuff keeps getting moved around, ask an employee they tell you what isle and walk away with out taking me straight to the item after I’ve been already looking up and down that isle. A little irritating. Almost worth spending the little bit more money going to Publix.

How is it this Cullman location has less than Jasper?! Its so aggravating when you cant find what you went shopping for.

Thanks to the Walmart app you can find your way easily because all the isles are numbered and clearly marked. They were not fully stocked, which has become common. They do have a good supply of almost any basic necessity, however. The prices are fair, the store is clean, in part because it is newly renovated.

Place is clean and very calming to shop there now that the crowds are not there making a mess everywhere. Only problem, and its this way everywhere, the shelves are empty due to the cold, wet, icy, snowy weather keeping the trucks from bringing the groceries. Spring is just around the corner!🐦🏵🌷

Not enough check outs with real people. No associates to help people, older lady needed help getting a item of upper shelf. Nobody to help so I climbed the rack and did it myself.

I really enjoy my experience at this Walmart here compared to the 157 Walmart in this area the lot better customer service at the Walmart out that is listed here publicly online about its moment and my wife and me had a good experiences very very helpful customer customer service they went above me on to help me in ways that they didnt have to so really appreciate oh man I will be by for more shopping I think this is actually the Olive Drive or Olive Road Walmart thats the one is the better one a whole lot better staff at least the staff that I dealt with are better just Walmart location Alvin recommended Most definitely

While shopping at Walmart here in Cullman Alabama Im able to enjoy a larger selection of the latest merchandise available right there all I want or need Walmart has it. They also provide us with the best everything else.

Even though it was busy in there, it was a good experience because the staff was friendly and the pharmacy was quick, courteous and a good experience all around. Im getting used to the new automatic doors for entering (only) that you cant exit from anymore even though it may be slightly inconvenient until Im used to it, its actually smart idea and strangely enough, it makes you feel safe. Thumbs up!

Good store shop there all the time

Crowded and not enough checkout clerks. They expect you to check yourself out which slows down the traffic in the store. They are cutting out jobs. Which means less income tax and less social security being paid. The pot will run dry before long.

I worked for Walmart 10 plus years. I enjoyed my job. Now, I just love going to shop and saving money. If you have never been to Walmart, please go try it out. I believe you will love the savings to.

I went at 8 at night and it was a much better experience than the afternoon. I was able to get right through checkout. They had everything I went for. Great experience.

I have to defend our walmart in Jasper, they do the best they can with what they have, like most retailers they are short of supplies and personnel most of the time, difficult times.

They are always changing the layout just when you get used to where stuff is the mess it up

This is the most clean and friendliest environment of a Walmart I have ever been in.

The checkout lines were way too long, leading to a majority of the customers becoming irritated. They could add more cashiers, and floor associates. It wont break their bank. (This is an issue at all the Walmarts Ive been to). Also, there are self check out registers that are cash only and NOT clearly marked. The Cullman Alabama location has outgoing associates and a cleaner store than most Ive been to.

Friendly staff as usual. Finding the dog food i needed was rather interesting given the large selection..

I gave this Walmart 2 star... their bathroom dont have handicap commodes Ive had knee surgery set down on one of their comm. I should have sued them because it hurt my knee so bad.. theyre only have 1 handicap commode someone was in there..

The lady in the jewelry department was very helpful! She took her time with me helping me find exactly what I was looking for! She made some great suggestions and knew her job well! I only told her what I was looking for and she got a few options together for me and I didnt feel rushed AT ALL!

Normally a pretty good place to shop, sometimes they were a little crowded,but they had plenty of registers. However, recently,they are being overrun by Walmart associates that are filling orders for the customers that stay in their vehicles. They block the isles, they will run over you. I take it that they have a time limit to fill these orders. Also,it seems like they never have but 2 or 3 registers. They have the self checkout,and theyll have a dozen associates working those. But when youre handicapped and independent, its not always easy doing things yourself. But guess what? Thats how it was planned when Mr. Sam died!

One employee in customer service waiting on people.The phone ringing off the hook.I have called this location several times over approx 2 yr period & have only had someone answer the phone twice.Customer service at this location seems to be at an all time low.However, I did have a good experience about 3 wks ago. An employee by the name of Tithee was exceptionally helpful.

Best Walmart in cullman! They stock their shelves regularly. Employees are friendly and willing to help. Also makes great time in the automotive center whereas at the new highway 157 Walmart I waited 2 hours, and would have been more according to the mechanic I talked to, before my car could even get in the shop. They always have everything I need and keep their store in an organized manner.

I like this store a whole lot better than the one on 157 . The staff is a lot more friendly and helpful !

We never review Walmarts, frankly because we have never had a really good experience in one. The one in Cullman was actually a great experience. Any of the employees we walked by said hi, how are you, we asked a couple of people where to find something and they were SUPER helpful and the best part... there were enough lanes open to handle the business! I might visit Walmart more often if they were like this one!

The store is cluttered and disorganized still has all the brands you would like and everything was stocked but some items were miss placed and or in weird locations.

The online photo center did a wonderful job on my canvas pic. Went to pick it up from the store. The kid in the photo center Joseph was nasty and rude. He couldnt find it so he said I must be at the wrong store. I said no I checked that. Then he said when dis you order it I said I dont know but the lady called me a couple hours ago said it was here. When he finally did find it he threw it at me and walked off. There were plastic straps around it so I couldnt open it and check it without some scissors to cut them off. Ive never had the photo center just throw my pics at me and walk off. This young man should find another job.

Out of stock on a lot of things and the prices have gone up.
