Just came across this site looking for IH BD-154 engine parts, fantastic pricing, for cost/quality you can not beat them. The packaging is first rate,They must repackage everything to a very high standard. all paper base disposable too,The internet siter needs to be updated to as you place your order it should notify you on tracking etc. One should not need to call in or email. then get who did your order. should be all automated. I do most of my shopping online these days. Mostly with Amazon and E Bay just because todays world is price driven. I always look for a website that I can buy from instead of those two even if the cost is a little more, just because I want to support a small company. Very high on used part pricing. This place is a very last resort. I dealt with Jonathan and he didnt seem very interested in finding what I needed. The other staff seemed friendly. The outside man who searches through the used parts was the most helpful.

Ordered a carburetor for a MF20 tractor. Received the new carburetor in and pulled it out of the box and it was the wrong carburetor. No big deal, Called and they issued me a RMA and I sent the carburetor back and was going to order a different one.They received it in and called me up and said it wasnt the same carburetor that we ordered. They refused to credit me the carburetor and accused me of swapping carburetors and sending them back a different one.
