Pretty good place to go. Brought in a mower with a warped blade. Still not sure how the blade got warped, as it never hit anything. I know that because Im the only person thats ever used the mower. We have no trees, bushes or rocks in our yard and it gets cut once a week, so, very mysterious. I guess these newer mowers are just super fragile. Used mine 4 times and it basically fell apart. Honestly, something was probably loose from the beginning and it just eventually broke. Anyway, not real impressed with John Deere mowers thus far, but Tri-Green, on the other hand, did a good job repairing our mower. Service was good. People were friendly and to the point. They do good work. Only small complaint was that the mower was there for 2 weeks with no update, so we called them. Thats when they asked if we wanted to order the part and get the mower repaired. Obviously yes, thats why we brought it in. Could have been that the timing of the call coincided perfectly with them getting the mower in to take a look. Thats a possibility. When a place is as busy as they are, anything is possible. We were satisfied with the work. Wouldnt take our mowers anywhere else. Theyre nice folks and do a good job.

The salesman didnt bother to insure my new zero turn mower was ready as I expected. (Error code showing on the hour meter-fuel gauge). After a couple trips to dig up the correct diagnosis for the code, their service department fixed the problem very promptly.

Help me understand all the finance options and set everything up on line. Signed the documents on line. He had everything ready when I arrived. Jared Puckett, head mower mechanic. had everything checked out and mechanically ready. Great experience. Would buy there again.

Completely rude and very unfriendly staff. They expect you to know everything about your mower or tractor, you cant just simply give them a serial # to look it up for you they just get mad cause its more work on them.
