Bought living room set and mattress from Standard Furniture in Cullman. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and I got my furniture within 2 weeks!!! The sales ladies are all super sweet and the manager was even helpful during the financing process. A++++++ Store and service. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I have bought multiple items from here. We did not buy anything on this visit because we were looking for something specific but we have found several things that we were looking for over the years here. The staff has always been friendly and easy to work with.

I purchased a sofa with a chaise from Standard Furniture and I love it. It was in stock so I was able to pick it up from the store within 2 weeks.

Been shopping for sectional. Went to multipe stores. Finally found one we liked at Standard. Manager wouldnt let us look at one in warehouse that was available for take home. We decided to go ahead and purchase it. They had free delivery but wanted to tack on $50 to bring it in house. Young saleslady was polite and helpful but it just seemed odd. We chose to go elsewhere because of trying to sneak the $50 on bill.

Purchased a nice reclining sectional. When I received it, it had been damaged. The store manager, Scott, handled the issue extremely well and promptly made arrangements to replace the couch I received. Awesome customer service and a great piece of furniture for a great price.

My grandmother bought me a recliner from Standard because usually they have great furniture. One year and a few months later recliner breaks and I have been given a run around about having it fixed. I do know that I will have to go through another company for extended warranty but when I have called the store two different gentlemen have been very rude. The main one said he is the person over all the store managers...poor customer service.

My dealings with standard furniture of cullman started out really great. My wife and I went in during a sale, and with an 8k budget were able to furnish our entire house, including a washer dryer set that was on display in the store .Turned out to be a major headache.We never received a queen mattress and box spring that we ordered, nor did we receive two twin box springs that we ordered . We were told that we never picked out these items, but let me assure you that we did . We actually sat on the queen mattress and made our list with the salesperson... Furthermore, after installing the washing machine after its delivery, we find out that it doesnt work. It has a 10 year warranty decal right on the front of the machine, so I call to have it serviced, but need my sales receipt in order to prove my purchase . While looking at the receipt my wife and I discover that we were charged twice the price for the washer and dryer than we were told . The 1 year old display set of appliances we were told were $600.00 for the set, instead we were charged $600.00 each .Then we discover that the washing machine is not covered by any warranty, and we are stuck with a $600.00 paperweight.Our dealing with standard has been a complete nightmare, would reccomend any furniture store over this one .

They were AWESOME until you bought from them. You pay them get your furniture. You have issues with what you bought. They NEVER RETURNED CALLS. Had to get my credit card folks involved. They took payment back from them .After that they got things in motion. Got furniture fixed but didnt last. Folks brought furniture back after taking to fix.They left screws and had to rig something up .Thats probably why dont work now I will NEVER buy from them again. TERRIBLE SERVICE. 6/4/21Never heard a word from them on their reply. They were going to get right on it. See not a good place to buy. I have seen lots of complaints about the same problems I had. Doesnt really say much for Standard does its. 🤔

Good quality of furniture for a good price. Salesman was very helpful had a lot of knowledge about the furniture and there warranty. Enjoyed shopping there.
