I have purchased so many things from Urban Pine and can’t say enough great things about these ladies! Always go above and beyond in customer service! My favorite purchase from them was my porch swing and I LOVE IT!

I recently discovered the Urban Pine Company on FaceBook and saw the add for shower bombs. I purchased two different scents and spent over $50 on them. I was so excited about the though of the product but once I received it, that was a different story. I have tried them 4 times now and its a total waist of money. The tablets foam a little and give off a very little smell. Its so faint you cannot smell anything. The add on FaceBook made it look like this great spa experience, but basically throwing money down the drain, there is really no smell and the product itself is very small and looks like something you would buy at Dollar Tree. I feel like I was ripped off and total waist of money the ones I have left will go in the trash, they are really not good or worth messing with.

I purchased a custom made table set from Urban Pine Co on their Etsy site on 4/27/20 and paid over $3200 for it. Within days the company stopped communicating with me on Etsy and shut their Etsy site down. I located the owner of the company on Facebook and contacted her via Facebook. She promptly shut her facebook site down as well. I have had to contact the police, the attorney General of Alamaba and the BBB! Stay clear of this company!
