My favorite tools store I wish they bring the coupon back good price.

This place is a joke went in there Friday evening bought a few things had to hunt a employee down to get help since no one checked on us to see if we needed any help the store was not busy as there was only 3 cars in parking lot me and another customer helped each other trying to find things but thats no problem in this world no one wants to work anymore. Saturday morning I log into my bank account and harbor freight pulled the money out of my account twice I called my bank to verify it had come out twice so I called harbor freight figuring it was a honest mistake or someone made an error I asked for the store manager and he told me yeah this happens from time to time that I would have to go to my bank and file a dispute I said so let me get this straight you made the error and took money that did not belong to you but I have to do all the leg work to get the money back that was wrongfully taken from me? He said yes sir that’s how it works I don’t agree with it but that’s how it works so harbor freight will get my hard earned money for nothing if I don’t check my bank account and do all the work to get my money back I have spent my last dollar at that place and I recommend anyone doing business with them to pay in cash only and watch your account if you use a card

What can I say. I love Harbor Freight, but this location is the worst. The managers, namely Steve and Joseph, are the worst customer service providers that I have ever come across. Steve is rude and always in the office. Joseph and Steve both act like you are bothering them when you need help with something while shopping. Harbor Freight needs to send their managers back to customer service school.

I have always enjoyed any Harbour Freight stores. Affordable tools, the pneumatic tools are quite dependable with great quality for the price. Especially if you take care of them, cleaning and oiling.

Called the Cullman store looking for a ATV-motorcycle lift, inquiring about the one on sale for $109. This particular item has been hard to find so I was surprised that they had the item and was told that they had 3 in stock. After driving 45 miles I found that this was not the case. They only had the one listed for $189.They offered no apologies or concerns for my lost time and travel or for their mistake. I have come to expect this from our mis-managed fast food places, you would think Harbor Freight would be a step above.Will never shop their again. Will be putting them on the list with Burger King and McDonalds!

Finally got the nitrile gloves in small that I have been looking everywhere for. I love this store.

There was one cashier wearing a mask. The other had one but kept pulling it below her nose and mouth. Few customers were masked. No concerns for public safety.

Did not buy anything there but if I decide to buy something I will go back there very nice people very nice establishment very well-mannered and nice customer service well-mannered Young Folks working there and hopefully something near future I will go there

Clean, organized, and helpful staff. Sold out of shelves we wanted. Truck came that same night and we were able to pick them up the next morning.

Its harbour freight you should know what to expect. Its less expansive usually imported tools that will do the job but probably not as many bells and whistles as the name brands. If you want all the options and maybe better build quality tool go to the big box home stores but if you want a tool that will get the job done and get in and out quick stop at harbour freight.

Come on its Harbor Freight.. Its always a 5 star visit!

Harbor Freight is My Hangout when I need tools have any kind. Again on this visit great service, fast and efficient check out, the employees are very helpful and they have a very organized store and with clean restrooms. I can spend all day and sometimes I do.

I like Harbor Freight. They have decent quality stuff at a good price. If you need something specific that you will only use a few times this is a good go to spot unless you have a friend to borrow it from. And sometimes you can discover a great buy.

Nice convient place. Some employees are a little caddy, but the lady thats usually running the register is super sweet.

My local one did not have the toolbox I was looking for but the manager was kind enough to call one closest to us and they did have the one I wanted, they held it for me until I got there.

Ive been to several Harbor freight stores. This one is by far the best with the best service. It is always clean and well stocked. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Jasper is a close second and both much better than the Birmingham stores.

Well to buy a tool that doesnt have a battery makes no sense . By the time you buy both you got alot of money into a lower quality product . Might as Well buy the good brand that comes with a battery and most of the time you will get 2 batteries when you buy their Cordless tools . Harbor freight smoke and mirrors China low quality products .

Generally decent tools. Never had a bad experience. Sometimes they dont have what I am looking for but what they do have is discounted enough to buy instead of going somewhere else

When I entered the store I was told they will be closing in 10 minutes (not politely either). I politely told the salesperson I had 1 thing to get. Within 2 minutes of being in the store I was told by 2 different salespersons that they would be closing in 10 minutes. I did not feel welcome in the store! Do you need my business or am I a bother? Please consider and let me know. Disappointed in customer service.**out of 4 or 5 employees only the cashier was working! Nice young man!

Good place for unusual tools. Good prices too. But dont go here looking for a quality everyday use tool. But if its something you will only need a couple times a year, this is the spot.

If you like doing anything that requires tools then Harbor Freight should be a regular stop for you. With a robust catalog if offerings they can provide you with what you need the majority of the time and save you TONS in the doing. Ive got a generator that I bought from them 6 years ago and it starts up as if it were brand new. If you need a tool, you need to look here first.

Harbor Freight has a lot of good items but their employees have no idea what they are used for and in some cases what they are called. I called the other day and ask if they had any wire welders? the child employee did not know what that was and ask me if they were shaped like a suit case? I responded well not really, he then handed the phone to a little bit older female and in a very huffy voice she ask NOW WHAT IS IT I CAN HELP YOU WITH? I replied a wire welder, YES WEVE got them. Ok can you tell me the price of these welders. WELL YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO COME DOWN HERE AND PRICE THEM, DIFFERENT ONES ARE DIFFERENT PRICES. OK can you just give me a price range, thats when she loudly sighed and said SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 150 TO 300. With that attitude i told her I guess I just need to find somewhere else to buy my tools. I buy a lot of tools and have bought a lot from this store, but not anymore I will go to Jasper. This took place Sep.1, 2019 about 11:00 am

I found what I needed and saved money on the purchase. The cashier was both friendly and helpful. I like going to Harbor Freight. The store is well organized, clean and well stocked. I will be going back again.

I went in to buy a tool chest at the cullman location.. They did not have the bottom part so I asked the lady if she would call the jasper store to see if they had it.Me being me, called the jasper store while the lady said she was going to call them. While I was on the phone with Sharon at the jasper store (who told me she had one) she was just going to put hands on it since we all know how computers are, the lady at the cullman store said that the jasper store did not have one.Now I understand you are busy but... it was a simple phone call. And she didnt even bother calling to check it out and then lied. I will not go back to the cullman location. Teresa and Sharon at the jasper location will for now on have my business. And a special thank you to the man walking in the store for helping us get it in he car!!!!!

Courteous and helpful staff. Pricing same as the other Harbor Freights but as a general rule the staff at most all Cullman business are friendly and still has small hometown feel.

Need a better selection of good drill bits!! Ive bought 3 separate sets and EVERY SINGLE ONE has broken. Couldnt even drill through a piece of tin!!! Very unreliable
