This visit was for my husband John. He thinks a lot of Zac and Beltone. The hearing aids are good and Beltone keeps a check on him.

I just wanted to share a few words about my niece that works in the Cullman Beltone office. I think she does a very good job running that office and has an outstanding personality for the type of job she does. She deserves a lot of credit for her work. Give the girl a raise! She comes from a good family and is a good person. I do not have hearing problems and I am very thankful for that but I am sure Beltone will help any person that needs hearing aids in the Cullman Beltone office. I have not met the practitioner that works with her but I hear he is a very patient, understanding and helpful with all patients. Please give the credit deserved for the Cullman Beltone office.

I am 35 years old and have had hearing aids since I was 5. I have ALWAYS used Beltone for my hearing needs. I have used Beltone in Cullman Alabama for the last 10 years. They are always supportive, and they do everything they can to make sure I have what I need. I hear nothing without my hearing aids, and my family depends on me to hear so that I can work and provide. I feel great knowing that Beltone has my back. Great friendly staff

Ive had Beltone hearing aids for years. I started using this location when I started to work in Cullman about 4 years ago and they are the best. Zach is always so professional and willing to help in any way he can. He listens and understands and works with you to get the settings correct. I am probably his worst nightmare about tweaking the settings for me, but he always gets them right no how many times I say the right ear needs just a little more or less. Deanna, his assistant, is awesome as well and so helpful. Both Zach and Deanna are professional and so easy to work with. Of all of the locations that I have used, this is the best. I highly recommend them.

These guys are always so nice and helpful. I can call when I’m having an issue, no matter how big or small, and normally they get me in the same day.

Keep good on check ups

I recently obtained a new hearing aid from Beltone. I have had Beltone hearing aids before and got this upgrade. The personnel at the Cullman office were super. They were always attentive to my questions, friendly and pleasant and full of knowledge. The hearing aid that was suggested for my problem has been wonderful. It is clearer that any aid I have had before and I can now hear more clearly that in years. I also got the remote control, which is the best thing since sliced bread. The program that reduces background noise is my favorite. When we go to a restaurant, I simply click to that program and I can hear those at my table clearly and not be distracted by the noise in the restaurant. I have used this program at other places also, but it is most noticeable in restaurants. (Maybe it is because we eat out a lot) I would highly recommend this hearing aid and the Cullman outlet for anyone that needs a hearing aid.

I am very pleased with the service I received from the Cullman, AL staff. Zac and Alissa were very helpful throughout the entire process. Working through some unique hearing issues has been a little challenging. Courteous, knowledgeable staff is key to a successful operation.I am very pleased with the product I purchased. Having the Bluetooth and different settings options are fantastic. Though quite expensive, these aids are the best.I would definitely recommend Beltone and especially the staff in the Cullman office.Tim Frazier
