Dr. Wasiuta and his staff are very professional and friendly and I am always happy to go there for my eye exam and my eye glasses. I have been a patient for as long as I can remember and I would highly recommend this office. My husband is also a patient here and we are always very satisfied with our visit and the quality of care we receive.
Ive been going for the past 3 years to this My Eye Dr and they are all SOOO amazing. I never had the correct prescription until I went here and Ive never seen so clear. All of the staff are so friendly. The past 2 times Ive been, I had Amber who is absolutely fantastic at helping you find the perfect frames. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
My husband and I just recently came for an exam. The staff was so friendly, the doctor was very knowledgeable, and the staff helping to pick out frames was so patient. We will definitely be returning and continue as patients here.
Got a call about 2 hours before my appointment that the dr had an “emergency” and was rescheduled a MONTH from now…last time we were there my son and I both couldn’t even see through the lens machine because the dr put greasy fingerprints all over it 🙄 would go somewhere else, unfortunately NOONE TAKES OUR INSURANCE SO WERE STUCK
WE WELCOME ALL INSURANCES Thats exactly what they say!!They will ask you your insurance company and schedule you an appointment for 2 months away. Then when you show up they tell you sorry we dont accept this insurance. Has to be a joke! 2 month wait to have to find another eye Dr because they lie to get you into their business. UNACCEPTABLE!!
I was skeptical after reading reviews online but I have to say that I thought they were absolutely AMAZING. They did NOT try to push anything down my throat. My insurance didn’t cover much so they took the time to sit down and find me discounts were they could and benefit me the best they could. The staff was the sweetest, most caring. I will most definitely be coming back!!! Thank you guys so much for your help. I felt just at home!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful! They talked me through my insurance and even helped me pick out the best frames. I tried on a bunch of frames and they were very patient and willing to offer suggestions. I really appreciated the help. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
Love this place! Love my glasses I got from here Im going back within a few weeks to get new bigger frames love their variety of glasses they have as well! very helpful staff and quick to get back with you about insurance inquiries.
I visited this location with my daughter. Doctor was very caring and professional but the receptionist and front staff were beyond rude and dismissive. No call when glasses were ready and the helper had to yell across the waiting area asking if I could pay for her glasses.After picking up the glasses she realized they didn’t print her prescription, we had to drive back across town (10 minutes) and the receptionist said they didn’t have any record of her going to the doctor there ? Rude and unprofessional.
Everyone at this location was so sweet and kind. Walked in found the perfect pair told them this is what I wanted. Went back saw the dr who was highly intelligent. Went out paid and was out in 45 mins!! Got my glasses earlier than expected!
Everyone is courteous and so helpful. They work with you and your insurance to give you the best price possible. Highly recommend them
My wife and I went to My Eye Dr. again this year for our annual vision check ups. We felt safe with hygienic procedures in place.. As usual, Dr. Wasiuta was top notch with his professional service.

Dr. Wasiuta is the only reason to come here.Ive beenLoyal to this place for YEARS. All of my family has.However since My eye Dr took over, the overall quality has gone down and prices are through the roof!They have a very limited selection and long waits to get your glasses and the new staff is usually RUDE!.Have a problem??? Well thats YOUR problem now...(they have your money)This is such a shame because it was a wonderful place.Now I just get our families eyes done for a script and go elsewhere for frames, contacts and lenses.If Dr Wasiuta leaves, I would never go back. There are other choices and I think they forget that or by the attitude of the women there, they just dont care.This just makes me so sad.
Great people, great communication, and an awesome optometrist. Comfortable going here with an extensive ocular history that requires an understanding staff. Myself and my family are dedicated patients.
I had an excellent experience. I sat on my glasses and broke them. MyEyeDr in Culpeper worked with me so I did not have to get a new prescription (it was extended another year) and they gave me a discounted special deal to buy two glasses for less than half the price of the one pair I broke. Page originally took my call and began helping me on the options I had with a goal to save me as much money as possible. I then have to thank Collin who was very helpful and professional during his callback and then my visit there, he took the time to help me through the process and every thing went smooth and promptly and best of all, affordable. Thanks for all your help. I will be coming back.
Charged me for my daughters glasses without billing insurance, even when I asked if the price was after insurance, they told me yes. Found out about it and talked to the office manager who basically told me there was nothing she could do about it! Charged me a $115 fee for a refit on my contacts even though they did not refit me. The contacts are exactly the same prescription as last year...so Why? Again, I was told there was nothing they could do. If you have unlimited funds and dont care about being ripped off, then you might enjoy this office. But if you struggle to make ends meet and a $115 fee for nothing and paying out of pocket for glasses is too much, then do NOT go here!
Worst place since they switch from total eye ! Ive had several times my contacts never got ordered after I pre-ordered them in advance. I wrongfully suggest my husband to go their because total eye was a great experience and they were terrible with him and charged a ridiculous amount with him even having government insurance. I called them to explain the situation and they were very rude ! I was suppose to be expecting a call back, and never got that call. I even called and left several messages no one returned my call. I strongly suggest not going here. Im all about the customer experience and this place has been removed from my list . They are all about making money and not worried about the actual customers . I dont even want to give them the one star !
I had a pretty good experience. When I went in for my appointment the young lady at the desk was very nice and polite. She took care of me with all my pre-appointment exams. She was professional and very nice. The doctor that I saw was very nice and very good at what he what he does. Those two are really the only reason that Im even giving them 4 Stars. If it wasnt for them I would have given them two stars Because of the young man that helped me pick out my frames or rather didnt he didnt try tinsel me he just pointed from his chair at a display and said that mens stuff. his demeanor throughout the experience of telling me my insurance options was akin to dealing with eeyore incarnated. I felt as though due to his body language and the way he spoke to me that I was inconveniencing him. I did not appreciate how he rushed me through everything especially when there was really no one waiting for him to help besides me. But again besides that okay

Had a yearly eye appt with my granddaughter and everyone there was professional and very nice. I am very eased with the visit.
Awful... Got the wrong prescription 3 times. Once they finally got it ready for me... they didnt label the box so I have no idea which one is for which eye. I will not be back. #NotMyEyeDoctor

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! I purchased glasses Oct 29, 2018. They told me my glasses would arrive within 10 business days and also provided a pickup date. They would contact me when they came. Well... i had to contact them..... picked up my glasses. The same night i cleaned then, the lense popped out. I made a special trip to the office explained that the glasses felt lose. They tried to fix and make me think that wasnt the problem. I mentioned the lens popping out and checked and yes the lenses sent cut correctly to fit the frames.... they would order me another pair and I had to wait again. I waited and waited. I called them more than 10 days later for them to tell me they never had an order in for them to redo... huh? I drove in, spoke with 2 people and no one placed my order... Wow..i contacted corporate. They said they eould check into it and get back with me. They never did....customer was not put first. I asked for a manager ro call me back. Never recieved one.... called back to the store angry and now they tell me we will have your glasses here by the end of today for pickup. Wow so fast....Now its Jan 2019. I am still squinting with these new glasses. I decided to get a second opinion. I did... some of the #s were the same, but some were off. I called spoke with an associate. She told me she would speak to her manager and have her contact me on a solution. Waited and waited. Called back a couple of hours after opening.... thinking I would recieve a call early being this was a customer concerned about a perscription. Spoke with the manager Vonda who was supposed to return my phone call. She was never informed. Wowzers! Now i have an appt Jan 21. Lets see how this goes... Im already prepared to be disappointed..... They have shown ne since day 1 they it was all about money.... after the fix, I will never return! So much time, gas and energy to deal with an office that doesnt care AT ALL FOR CUSTOMERS.Please dont waste your time at this location!!

Will not go back. I had a credit of $170 dollars and all of a sudden it was gone off my account. Had to call everyday just for the account manager to keep telling me that she would call me back. Never heard anything else.
Waited over hour to be seen. They were over scheduled.Staff could care less . Was given two diagnoses for problem. Will be getting second opinion.Very unfriendly to family .
Have visited for myself as well as for my kids and never have they ever been on time with appointments. They are always behind! Last time it took 40 min for me to even see the doctor. They need to stop stacking appointments so tightly.
