TechBox came through for me. I only wish I had called them sooner. I was worried about the cost but it was well within reasonable rates. They clearly and calmly helped me with a problem scanning documents. I feel so inept but they are very understanding and even helped me over the phone when I ran into another glitch with my scanner.

A friend recommended I come here for help with my phone. The manager, Rodney and everyone on his staff that I dealt with (Jeremy and Megan) were extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I ended up having to leave my phone for several hours.When I came back for it Rodney showed me everything he did, and showed me how to navigate through it all in a way that was easy to understand. Thats a big deal for me, because I am not good with computers at all. Despite changing my request midway and asking a ton of questions all the way through it, everyone there treated me like like they were happy to do whatever it took to get me what I needed. If you need something done with your phone or device and you arent computer savvy, or if you just dont have the time I highly recommend TechBox.

TechBox worked very hard to fix my sons computer. They figured out the motherboard was bad they checked to see if it was still under warranty with HP. They sent it to HP who fixed it. My son, who is away at school, was so relieved when he got his computer back. There was no one at his school who could have done what TechBox did!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had my screen on my iPhone 6s Plus replaced here and the screen started to burn out on some spots on the screen and ended up dying completely after 3 months.[To Tech Box response]The phone is fried the only thing it will show is the apple logo

I was having issues with speeds on my network. Techbox came out in a timely fashion and was very professional. They were able to fix the issue and I havent had a problem since. I highly recommend their services.

This was a total rip off!!!! My computer was there from Dec 1-19. I ended up picking it up after $50 for them to look at it. Communication was terrible! They told me one thing and then said they did not think it would work. Since it is not worth they investment, i told them not to go forward. One of the guys offered to try something he thought might work. They would tell me it was be fixed the next day and then they would not call me for 3 days.. I would call back and they said again it would be ready, but nothing... I just gave my computer to my friends boyfriend to look at. He said it had not been touched from Dec 4-17. Basically, a disaster in how things were explained to me!!!

I too have been getting the runaround. I ordered a fan for my HP laptop over two weeks ago and still am waiting for it.I have called at least 6 times and spoken with various members of your staff and I get the same reponse....I dont know anything.A couple of days after the order was placed, I had a voicemail left by John to call the shop. When I called to speak with John, he didnt know who I was or even that I had placed an order. I have called every several days since then and each person I talk to says they dont know when the fan will arrive. Last Tuesday I was told that the fan was expected in that day or maybe the next day. Today I called and Chris said that the fan was shipped on 6/28 but he didnt know when it would arrive.It appears to me as if the fan was not ordered on the day the order was placed and most likely from the runaround Ive been getting, the order was not placed until this week...especially since Chris told me today that the order was supposedly shipped on 6/28. If your business actually placed the order week before last, its hard for me to believe that a company would not ship the order until 10 days later.If there were issues with the order why wasnt your staff notified, and if they knew, why didnt they call to tell me? Dont you think that you should be giving me an update on the situation rather than me calling your business every few days. and being told by the person who answered the phone that he didnt know anything about it and I would have to talk to another person who didnt seem to know much either.
