If you are a fan of aromatherapy products, then this is your store. There is a large selection and the price is reasonable for the amount of product available. I also recommend their hand soaps. I usually stock up on this item when there is a sale. I also like their candles, but I find the price to be a bit higher than comparable brands.

The selections were well stocked and had plenty of product samples. Kudos to the staff for being welcoming and knowledgable about the product.

Whats not to love?Their car air fresheners are a game changer!During this visit.. I found out that my whole has been a lie. (jokes) but an assistant showed me that there is actually a wrong way to light a candle!If youre not trimming the wick, its gonna burn quick.

I usually wash my car myself but I highly recommend this car wash. Free vacuum, free mat cleaning, I pay $5 to get it washed and I put my Armor All on myself.

I can always count on them to have fantastic year-end sales. Even stumbled upon some scents I had never heard of! Some things were discontinued but who cares when its only three dollars and some change?! Theres no excuse not to smell good ALL of the time!!!

Unacceptable service. It was my second time shopping at this company and my last.I paid with a $100 bill and was given the change and as soon as I was handed my change, the cashier proceeded with the following:Cashier: “And what’s your email? ... and your phone number?”I gave it to her thinking it was for security purposes because I had paid with a $100 bill since they had just made a big deal to give me change for that amount for a $20 purchase.Me: “What is this used for? I don’t want to receive any promotional emails. Is it for that?Cashier: “Yup that!”Me: “You didn’t explain what it was for, I thought it was because I paid with big bill…”Cashier: “so what do you want me to do about it now?”Me: “Umm remove me?”Cashier: “It’s too late now... you can call to remove yourself” in a very rude and condescending toneMe:” Well you should let people know what you’re asking their email for and phone number phone before just asking for it”Cashier: She then gave me a “I don’t care” face and disregarded me and never apologized and began talking to the lady giving her more cash for the register. All other employees just watched and did not say a thing.What a rude and unprofessional group employees. Like I said, it was my second time shopping at this company and my last.

Probably my favorite bath & body works store. Its not the biggest, but Im always met with a cheery attitude as soon as I walk through the doorway. Theres always a least 1-2 people that go the extra mile for you to locate a product you love when its not on the shelves. Never had a bad experience, Ive been to many B&BWs but I always come back to this one.

Great customer services. The shop is tiny but the selections are big. My girlfriend loved to try all the sample products here. Great deal on the holiday sale product!

I love their candles, car air fresheners, body showers and lotions, hand sanitizers, hand soaps etc. I especially love their app; if youre a frequent shopper, may as well get it because you get coupons and free items. I highly recommend shopping here. All their products smell good and are great quality.

I love the bubble bath and the body wash. I do feel that the prices are a bit high but its okay. I just wait for the sales.

The staff was very helpful. I had a picture of an old body spray and asked if they have something similar smell, also asked if they had coupons which they pointed out if I have the app, $10 off of $30, not bad. I was able to go in and out.

They have lovely fragrants for your body. Like body gel,lotion, mist, scented candles to light up while your bathing. Its wonderful,you will go crazy trying to find that perfect one so you end buying almost some everything. Like I did ! Lol 😂

I came over her to exchange items I bought online, I met an older women, she ask me the item, I show her, she said, it is not on sale I cant do that, that is true I bought it on sale but what is the problem to exchange, after a few minutes she come up with new reason and said we dont have it, I didnt have much to say i just returned back the product. Their motto is satisfaction is garanted 100%, I didnt get it that way, I called customers service, they found out that when she returned I gusse she scanned one product 3 time, customer services said she didnt gave me the correct amount of money, they promised sending me $10 gift cards.

The merchandise is displayed such that it is inviting, coupled with the fragrance, it just draws you in. The Sales Associates are very visible and helpful as well. A happy place to shop.

Good but small location ..always usually has different items for sale than the ones in the surrpynding area

Always a good place for gifts, because everything is really nice but usually too nice to justify purchasing for yourself. If you are interested in buying a nice soap or lotion though, this is in direct competition with lush for most atmospheric place to buy nice cleaners.

Typical bath and body works. Was very busy and just a tad messy. Noticed the stores sales person was looking people over. Appeared as if she was giving patrons a once over trying to determine what or if they would buy things. One young lady seemed to get the brunt of the high brows. She made her purchase and hastily left. Just terrible.

Sharon the sale associated was loud rude and acted a fool in front of the manager in front of the customers and kept on saying I dont care if you call the corporate office on me call them thats what she said to me more than once she was super rude and loud and obnoxious. Sharon was just awful horrible sales associate and embarrassment to Bed and Body Works. I have never ever saw Bed and Body Works associate Act in this type of capacity ever. Sharon apparently had a mental health issue. She did not need to be working with the public.

My favourite shop does everything you need for your bathroom and great for that relaxation bath.
