I came a few weeks ago and the Latin manager lady was soooo rude! I can’t believe she’s a manager. The ice cream was good. Great location by the kids area in the mall.

It is always a long wait . They should always have at least 2 or 3 working bc i hate seeing one person struggling doing all the work. I know this bc I work in food retail

Absolutely agreed with other people rating this location. I came with my grandkids to the mall, it was 10:26am. They still closed. Now 12:25pm, we are waiting for 10 minutes and nobody in the store. When do they even work????

The lady was rude and I asked her not to put too much milk In my shake and she still put way too much I asked her to make it over and she said she was gonna have to charge me extra I’m not even from California I’m just visiting I wouldn’t even recommend anyone visiting go to this one review rating before visiting any place this place need to have new workers or they need to shut the place down. My parents went to this place earlier today and did not have a good experience. All my mom wants was their sugar free ice cream and the lady there was incompetent and not very helpful. Why can’t someone just get the ice cream they want (and you have) and just pay and go?!?
